This is our second stay at this beautiful villa we really can’t fault it again. Beautiful location. The pool is fantastic and the extra shade is a godsend. We love the fact that we can get a bus to Nerja for 1 and haven’t needed a car at all. We will we back xxxx

Very nice, clean and comfortable Villa in a peaceful area. Easy access to Nerja by foot along the beach. Owners are very helpful and everything was as promised. We would be happy to come again!

Lovely home from home

Great location with beautiful views of the mountains and sea. House is very clean, well maintained and well equipped. Everything we needed was here and we wanted for nothing. Pool was lovely and we had alot of fun.

Easter break

Claudia was very responsive to questions and queries in advance of our arrival. The house was clean and as described in photos and property details. We had a lovey stay here and our children loved the pool - even if it was still a little cold!

A wonderful place, excellent hosts, perfect octobre vacation

We spent 10 marvellous sunrises, days and nights at Claudia's lovely, extraordinarily equipped, super clean, comfortable house - our three kids called it "the Villa". Correspondence with the host was super friendly, quick and helpful - from the first questions even before booking till after our return. We'd highly recommend it!

Claudia is a great host. Very quick to respond to any issues, which were minimal. Helped immediately with a power cut, which is a ‘Spain problem’ not a host problem. Property is fabulous, lots of nice touches. Basics all provided for, even 4 beers in the fridge. Pool area fantastic, AC ice cold and very user friendly. 5 minute bus ride to central Nerja or 7 taxi ride. Avalon restaurant is right next to the property and we had a memorable meal there with incredible views at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Lovely villa which was really well equipped. Short walk to the bus stop into Nerja town or a 30 mins walk and then 7 back in a taxi with your shopping so if you're like us and dont fancy hiring a car, you can manage without!Nice to find essentials like washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc so you don't have to a big first shop.Only downside for us is we would have preferred no canopy over the pool but understand that those with young children would appreciate it. Would definitely recomend.

Relaxing, scenic holiday.

What can we say? We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The outdoor space was amazing with plenty of shaded areas and places to sunbathe too. Pool was fabulous. Kids lived in it! Perfect that it was shaded too. Air conditioning in all rooms was a godsend. Only a 5 mins walk to the beach, bus stop to Nerja and restaurants/bar. But in a such a peaceful, quiet location. What more can you ask for? We will definitely be returning.

Anniversary

The villa was amazing and very clean and very tidy, the gentleman that let us in was very polite Norman, and showed us around the villa. The sea was only ten minutes walk away. The beds were very comfortable ,the only down side was the pool was under cover which we couldn't get any sun while in the pool, apart from that a amazing 10 days Holiday and will be defentley come by there . Väldigt nöjda med detta boende.

Bra planerad villa med två fina sovrum och ett mindre sovrum. Nära stranden ca 5 min. Bra planerade uteplatser och en härlig saltvatten pool. Närhet till mysiga Nerja och utbudet där. Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse.

La casa está muy bien equipada, no echamos nada en falta. Disfrutamos mucho en la piscina. Con coche está muy cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo.

Für uns absolut perfekt!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem die absolute Privatsphäre, die das Haus bietet. Der Austausch mit Claudia - per E-Mail - verlief immer super zeitnah, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Selbst bei einer anstehenden größeren Reparatur war sie sofort um Hilfe bemüht.Ebenso war die Strandnähe für uns von Vorteil und um unsere Reisezeit im Juni wenig besucht. Gute Restaurants waren in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Lidl oder Aldi in ein paar Autominuten.Für uns war es ein toller Urlaub, zudem die schöne Unterkunft wesentlich beigetragen hat. Gerne empfehlen wir die Villa Casa del Sol weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Zu Gast bei Claudia

Man fühlte sich wie privat zu Gast bei Claudia Zuhause. Ein wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr bequemen und riesigen Betten. Je nach Zählweise 3 bis 4 Terrassen, von der obersten Blick über die Siedlung und die ganze Bucht, aber auch von der unteren, riesigen überdachten Terrasse schöner Blick über die Dächer und aufs Meer. Schöner Pool mit elektrisch hochfahrbarem Dach - geniale Konstruktion für Kindersicherung und bei unserem Kind sehr beliebt bei Regen, um beim Baden nicht naß zu werden... Haus- und Küchenausstattung für ganze Dörfer vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vor und während der Reise sehr zuvorkommend und verbindlich.

Geburtstagsreise

Wir waren zu fünft und an zwei Tagen zu sechst vor Ort. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen in der Punta Lara 3. Der Platz hat für uns alle ausgereicht. Die Terrassen sind wirklich Spitze. Man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und schön beleuchtete Hauptstraße, die man aber geräuschmäßig nicht störend ist. Die Vermieterin ist total nett und antwortet schnell auf spezielle Fragen. In meinem Fall nach einem schönen Restaurant für ein Geburtstagsessen. Auch die Pflegerin des Objektes ist super nett und spricht auch sehr gut deutsch. Die Gegend finden wir sehr gut. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Nerja und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Ich kann das Ferienhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Nochwas: Ich fand es sehr schön, dass man keine leeren Schränke vorfindet. Ob Gewürze, Müllbeutel, Getränke, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffee etc., es ist alles vorhanden. Wenn es was alle wird, kauft man es nach und lässt es für die nächsten Urlauber da. Find ich Klasse. Wir haben z.B. ne Kaffeemaschine gekauft und da gelassen. Für 6 Personen war Filterkaffee geeigneter als Kaffee aus der vorhandenen Kapselkaffeemaschine.

Voortreffelijk

Het huis was geweldig schoon en volledig uitgerust! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig: ruim voldoende handdoeken (groot/klein allemaal netjes en schoon gecategoriseerd in een linnenkast), de keuken was volledig uitgerust. Aan elk detail is gedacht ( dienbladen, haken, wasmanden, waslijnen, anti slipmat bij het zwembad etc) Airco aanwezig in alle kamers. Wij hebben ze bijna niet aangehad ondanks de hitte in Spanje gedurende ons verblijf. Het huis ligt hoog waardoor we in de tuin lekkere koele briesjes voelden afkomstig van de zee. De tuin is ook geweldig: veel schaduw mogelijkheden. Van de veranda en het zwembad hebben wij het meest genoten. De overkapping bij het zwembad vond ik bij het boeken een minpunt, maar dat bleek al snel het fijnste ooit te zijn. Het was heerlijk om niet in de brandende zon te kunnen zwemmen. Vooral met kleine kinderen. Zo konden we uren in het zwembad vertoeven! Wat betreft de locatie: het huis ligt in een rustige wijk. Ik vind een auto bij dit huis wel echt een pre. We konden zo alle kanten op en elke ochtend ontbijt halen bij de supermarkt (5 min rijden). De communicatie Claudia de host was top. Ze reageerde snel. Alles was top dus wij komen graag volgend jaar terug!
