Fabulous villa - amazing views, great space for a group holiday, children loved the pool, easy to get into Kalkan by frequent taxis to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops, something for everyone. Would love to return. Very receptive host and would definitely recommend.

Perfect

This villa couldn't be anymore perfect. It's absolutely gorgeous, we all wanted to move in permanently. Every bedroom has a view of the water and sunset, and fulfilled our Mediterranean dreams. Andy was fantastic, so relaxed and helpful, answering our million questions as we were a large and quite disorganized group. It really is the perfect vacation house in a beautiful part of Turkey.

Perfection! We genuinely couldn't fault this amazing villa. It was such a lovely space to spend time, we honestly had to drag ourselves away to go exploring during the course of our stay! Andy was a very kind and host, we had good exchanges prior to arrival and since our friends were arriving first, he made the arrival process super simple in terms of accessing the property, getting keys etc. The whole space worked for us brilliantly; stunning outside space with the very best views, gorgeous dining area in the shade, amazing pool that the kids lived in and really beautiful bedrooms with fabulous bathrooms for each. All really light, spacious and absolutely everything that you might need provided, from superb air con to washing machine, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher etc. We were two families, so eight of us in total: 2x sets of parents with four children between us, aged from 12 to 15 - and the villa worked for us all. Truly, we didn't want to leave!

We (family group of 7 ages between 24 and 80) had a fantastic 10 days in Villa Bianca. Having stayed in Kiziltas previously we preferred being closer to the water in Kisla and being able to walk down to a couple of beach clubs (150 steps!) although got a taxi back! The view from the villa was breathtaking and the sunsets just wonderful. The accommodation suited us very well and had everything we needed and wonderful views from every bedroom. Both Andy and Adem were extremely responsive with any questions or issues immediately solving them. The outside area provided plenty of shade with the covered pergola and also a large mobile umbrella which we used to cover the additional outside seating. Using taxis to get us out and about was so easy with the contacts provided, we simply Whattsapp’d Yosef and within 10 minutes they were with us. I would just mention that the villa is looking a little dated in places, and there is a shared pathway that runs right past the pool with the next door villa however neither of those factors detracted from our wonderful time here and wouldn’t prevent us from booking again.

Loved Villa Bianca. Everything we wanted . Stunning views and amazing service from Andy the host. Andy organised and recommended restaurants , boat trip and our transfers ! It made the holiday so special. The rooftops restaurants in Kalkan we’re out of this world!

Stunning Villa with owner who really cares and communicates well.

We spent Easter this year at this beautiful villa, the views were stunning and the owner fabulous at responding to any questions we had. If you have mobility issues then the inclines around this area may not be for you but taxis into Kalkan were only 7TLs, we would definitely return.

Fantastic Villa Bianca

From the very first contact with the owner Andy,the meet and greet with Adam and all the way through our family had a wonderful time,communication was instant,any issues were sorted promptly and we all had the absolute best holiday in the most wonderful Villa. Many many thanks,we can’t give any more than 100% complete satisfaction and highly recommend anyone to stay. One word to describe our experience is “OUTSTANDING “ Thank you ANDY and ADEM.

We had brilliant time, found villa a little tired could do with some touch ups in kitchen and bathrooms. The main criticism is no shade in afternoon the outside seating area could do with being better shaded. The contact with host was great as was transfers.

The best

Villa bianca was amazing and will exceed your expectations.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! The host Andy was very easy to deal with and dealt with any questions we had before, during and after our stay. Its hard to put into words how amazing this villa is, youll have to see for yourself and 1 thing i can promise is, you wont be disappointed. Wonderful !!!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Bianca. The villa is stunning, amazing views, extremely spacious and situated in a beautiful, quiet part of Kalkan. The villa fully accommodated three generations of our family aged from 2 upwards! The pool with the children’s area was absolutely perfect for a grandson to play safely in and there were plenty of sunloungers & beanbags for the rest of us to relax on. The view from every room in the property was spectacular and the sunsets were simply amazing. It was a wonderful, relaxing holiday from the moment we stepped into the villa - pure bliss!

Fabulous Villa with beautiful views

We loved our week at Villa Bianca. Andy the owners was superb in recommending activities, restaurants and booked our Boat trip & airport transfers for us which was over and above our expectations. As first timers in Kalkan we really appreciated that kind of support. The views from the Villa were stunning and to be able to watch the sunset from the pool was really special. The Villa is walking distance from Kalkan beach club, Zest & Mahal beach club. Zest was our favourite. You could have walked into Kalkan but the heat meant it was so much easier to get taxis. 170 Turkish Lura each way. Would definitely like to return in the future.

Beautiful Villa, perfect for relaxing by the pool.

Lovely villa. Perfect for our family including teens and grandma but I would think twice before bringing toddlers as there are lots of stone steps. The villa has everything you could need and Adem was on hand if needed. Stunning views from the pool area, and only a short walk up the hill to a small supermarket for supplies. 15 min walk down into Kalkan but if it’s hot then taxis are very cheap and accessible. Lots of fabulous restaurants and bars in the main town but closer to the villa and just up the hill is the hotel Fidanka which we loved. Overall this is the perfect place for a fabulous, lying by the pool, lazy holiday.

A wonder villa with just the best view in Kalkan!

We had a fabulous family holiday at Villa Bianca this summer and I'm only writing this review because Andy and his support staff were great but I don't really want anyone else to know about this gem in Kalkan. The villa was really well appointed and plenty of space for the nine of us that stayed. We arrived really late and Andy's team was on hand to welcome and show us around the villa. If we need anything, it arrived the next day and we also had a good recommendation for a doctor when one of the kids got an ear infection. Clearly spending way too much time in the wonderful pool! Great villa and a great holiday. Thanks Andy!

Beautiful property

We just had a long weekend for my friends hen. 5 ladies so enough room to have a room to ourselves but we could have equally had 5 more people and felt just as comfortable. The views are breathtaking and the pictures don't do this place justice. Access into old town is easy and taxi services are fast, cheap and reliable. Andy was excellent prior to our visit catering to all our needs and making sure we had a smooth trip and everything we wanted waiting for us, he even arranged a chef to visit one night and make us dinner. Adem then took care of us whilst we was there. We would come back again. Kalkan is beautiful

Spectacular views peaceful and helpful owner

Our family of 4 with 2 children aged 12 and 15 had a wonderful early April week in Villa Bianca. Andy the owner was of great help for us all through with communication and recommendations. The villa is well situated, the views are to die for, especially the sunsets, the pool area beautiful, so spacious and had all the useful amenities you may need. Kalkan was lovely to visit at this time of the year, the harbour beautiful. We visited Kaputas beach, did paragliding in Fethiye, and Andy arranged a boat trip for us which was so beautiful to see the sunset out in the waters. But our favourite times were relaxing at the villa where we sometimes cooked in, played cards, and watched movies. The pool was ideal for sunbathing with everything you need but with peace and quiet and away from the crowds. While we had some niggles with the AC in the beginning, it was quickly resolved and speaks to Andy's professionalism. Truly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds in a quaint town with the best sunsets. We hope to come back soon. GC

A Beautiful Villa

We visited for 4 nights in May in a family group of grandparents, parents and grandchildren ( 6 of us in total ) Communication with the owner prior to our trip was really easy, and he always responded quickly and patiently to my millions of questions. We were able to order things like breakfast cereal and beer ( all the essentials! ) before we arrived and we paid the property manager when we checked in. Everything we needed to know was explained to us when we arrived, and a couple of bits that we missed were easily explained by WhatsApp. Our whole stay was very comfortable and easy. The only downside for me personally was that the pool was chilly so I didn’t use it. It didn’t stop the grandchildren from really enjoying it though. Taxis into town and back were easy to order and very cheap for 6 people and the trip only took 5 minutes. The centre of Kalkan was so much better than we had expected. We loved all the “brands” and had so much fun browsing, negotiating and buying. It is very steep to walk back though, once you’ve walked down. Two highlights of the visit were 1/ the food in Kalkan. We ate at three recommended restaurants and the food was spectacular. One steak dinner was the best meat I’ve ever eaten, EVER 2/ the view and sunset at the Villa were absolutely spectacular. Breathtaking. Sitting by the pool drinking G and Ts before going into town for dinner was such a treat. The best thing I can say though, is that we’re really hoping to return.

A piece of Paradise

We were blown away by the listing and blown away by the property. It was the most perfect villa for us 5 chums and we never left during the day. Facilities were outstanding, water cooler, huge fridge, exceptionally well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could need. Beautiful infinity pool which had spa jets. Local Taxis quick, easy and not expensive, 1700 lire to go down to the harbour to eat. Lots of 6 seater cabs, just mention the size when you book. Great local shop 200 yards up the hill who delivers. Special shout out to the Marina Restaurant. We ate there the first night, and they delivered us a meal at the villa mid week. All beautifully plated up. They came back in the morning to collect the plates which we left on the wall. Only point to note, this is not suitable if you have mobility problems. My mistake, I didn't notice the stairs into the villa and thought there was a bedroom on the ground floor. Two of our group have real problems with their mobility, so while they managed, it limited our vists out of the villa to just once a day. Kalkan in general is not great for anyone with mobility issues, in a wheelchair or unsteady on their feet. It is the most beautiful place, but it is incredibly hilly with paths and roads uneven. The restaurants are outstanding, food of the best quality and all very reasonably priced. Many of the restaurants were upstairs not great if you have mobility problems but the staff are a great help. 1000% recommend

Absolutely beautiful

Six friends celebrating two major birthdays within the group . We chose the villa because we were able to only have to share one room so most of us had our own room and bathroom . The villa had a large living dining area and a great outside eating and chilling area and a spotlessly clean pool which overlooked the sea and delivered the perfect viewing spot for the evening sunsets . The kitchen was well used whilst we were there and there was also a utility room and a downstairs loo. We were extremely well looked after by Andy before we stayed there who was endlessly patient with our hundreds of questions and they Adem once we were onsite . The pool man came every day and cleaned the pool and took the rubbish away and the water man who delivered the drinking water was very efficient . We did a big shop in Kalkan when we got then and then just topped up at the mini market near the villa . Taxis were good value to go into Kalkan but we also enjoyed the beach club which was walkable and luckily we never had to walk back uphill in the dark as the owner of the beach club used to take us home in his car . Andy arranged a boat trip for the 6 of us on Sea Belle Junior and this was the high spot of the holiday . We had the boat to ourselves and the lovely lady cooked us the most amazing lunch , a huge array of home made salads , chicken and rice , fish and courgette fritters . In the afternoon she then produced a warm home made chocolate cake served with Turkish tea . Stunning

I had looked at buying a villa in different locations around Europe and Turkey over several years. I visited Kalkan once and fell in love with the amazing views, the restaurants and the local people. I saw the villa and instantly knew it was what I was looking for. I have not found a place that can match the views and every morning when I wake up in Kalkan I still get a buzz!
Kalkan is a great place to visit for anyone. I have visited with family and with friends. The villa is perfect for romance, enjoying time with friends or for time with the kids. It really is a magical place.

People who have stayed at the villa have been stunned by its location. Some have said that they did not even bother leaving the villa as it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. If you do venture out, there are great restaurants to be enjoyed with some of the top Turkish chefs arriving for the summer season. Beaches are a few minutes away and a ski resort is opening soon! This is a beautiful part of Turkey and should not be overlooked when choosing your holiday..
