Property was excellent very spacious, very comforable with everything you could need, howerver, if any mobility issues or young family this property is perhaps not suitable. A car is very handy to have as property is uphill from Cascais, public transport not on doorstep, going to supermarket also not the easiest, however there is one where you can order a taxi to take shopping to rental apartment. Some information on Cascais and surrounding district would be helpful. All in all apartment wonderful, location for my party not so.

This place was perfect for us! Clean and in a great location.

This house was perfect for our family. We traveled with our 18yr old and our 16yr old. We were able to have local family over for a wonderful dinner with plenty of space to spare. Our host was fantastic and met us for an easy check in process. Thank you! We really enjoyed your home!

well maintained, clean and convenient property

The property was ideal for family group including two teenagers, as it allowed younger members of the group some independence, with easy access to town and beach facilities, as well as excellent public transport connections, with bus and train stations a short walk away. We enjoyed meeting Fernando and Maria, who were very helpful hosts.

Great home and location

The six of us were going to use Cascais as a starting point for day trips to Lisbon and nearby communities. .Our plans quickly changed as we settled into this beautiful property. The home was spotlessly clean, spacious and ideally located with a 10 minute into the heart of Cascais. Our hosts recommendations for dining were spot on and the local history was fascinating. This all added up to a great vacation in Cascais and if you are considering visiting a stay at Fernando's and Maria's would be highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great Location

We spent two lovely weeks in this very clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment is spacious with lots of outside areas for catching the sun at different times of the day. The owners Maria and Ferdinand were lovely people and made us very welcome. Booking the apartment was very easy and everything was as described on the listing. The apartment is very centrally located to all amenities. Bus, train, shops, restaurants and beach were all a short walk away. We also took advantage of the transfer service which was very reliable. We will definitely return to Cascais and this lovely apartment.

Great Apartment, Great Location

A spacious and well located apartment in a quiet area, close to "downtown" Cascais but with its own neighbourhood even closer, with a good selection of local café/bars and a few restaurants (try O Mastro) for a more Portuguese feel. The listing description is accurate and, if anything, undersells the appeal of the property. It was very clean and well equipped and felt like home. The owners , Fernando and Maria jose, were very friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry to saying goodbye at the end of a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The transfer they organized was also excellent. We would happily recommend this property and would love to return ourselves.

Wow! Absolutely Perfect

We were a group of 7 aged 18, 19, 20, 48, 56, 69 and 72. Mainly family. We were in Portugal for a family wedding up north and then spent 6 days in Cascais on holiday and visiting other family and friends. A holday abroad can easily be spoiled when your accommodation is bad. Lilewise it can be great when you spend it in a perfect place like this. Everything was as expected or better. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and I will definitely wish to stay here again. Thank you ❤️👍👊

The property worked out nicely for our 7-week stay in Cascais. It is ideally located with a short walk to neighborhood cafes and grocery stores, and a medium, down hill walk to town and beaches. Ubers are very reasonable in Cascais, so a 5-7 euro uber got you almost anywhere you needed to be in town. The apartment itself was extremely clean, with zero mustiness (often a problem at VRBOs) and a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, setup that allowed us to easily host our kids during our stay. The kitchen, outdoor patio, laundry room also proved very convenient for breakfast. The kitchen was also well outfitted such that cooking many meals at home is an option. Fernando and Mari were also great hosts. They are extremely nice people and easy to communicate with regarding any issues we had.
