This is a perfect place for anyone wanting a quiet stay only 30 feet from the ocean. It is well located to all tourist locations. The condo is clean and well equipped but the number one feature is the lanai with the ocean right there. The perfect hang out space.Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise.

This property was exactly as described- a charming waterfront property with direct access to a small beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, including some spices and olive oil. The cooking knives were sharp. The bathroom was comfortably sized with a large shower. The biggest winning point is the lanai that overlooks the ocean. Just lovely. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice and the views was beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was small ants in the kitchen. Other then that it was a perfect vacation.

We are glad you had an almost perfect vacation. The condo complex has a company that does a quick spray for the condos for insects every 3 months. Those little ants come back occasionally. We have bait traps to put in their path and that works within a day. Ray and Connie

Location, location, location. Truly waterfront. The sunset views over the water are bordered by palm trees. The lanai provided a variety of seating options. A great place to sit back and relax.I would caution future renters that the listing states air conditioning, which is available for the bedroom, but not the main living area. We appreciated having a washer and dryer after several previous days of travel.

Great rental unit, amazing location! We didn’t want to leave. The ocean was so mesmerizing. And Ray is a perfect host. We had everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. I hope I will be back soon!

This was such a wonderful location! The one bedroom home had everything we needed, was very clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. Parking was also very convenient. The condo is indeed, right on the water, just a few steps down to the beach. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets and the sea turtles every day. There are grills on the property also which was very convenient. If we ever go back to Maui, this is where we would stay!

We loved the location. The condo is exactly as described. Kitchen could use some updates, but exactly as expected and depicted. Only issue is there were some ants in the kitchen likely from previous visitors leaving food/ dirty dishes in the sink, but there was a bait station on the counter to address the issue.

A rather pleasant ocean view from the west end of Maui. You can see cloud covered Molokai across the way. An occasional sea turtle pops up its head as it passes by. The condo has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The description of the property doesn’t due it justice. It really is incredible. To open the doors of the lanai and walk right up to the water was like nothing else. Everything that you could need or ask for was there for you to use. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and great to work with. Would definitely go back.

Overall this was glorious and I would consider to stay again. I was slightly disappointed that there was no beach to lay out on and had to travel to nearby beaches. I spoke to some full time residents and they did mention that as the years pass, the beach shrinks. there is sand, you can see it and at some small points throughout the day you can walk out to it, but spending any real time sun bathing was not possible. Make sure that you are okay with only AC in the bedroom. It can get hot in Maui and on those mid to upper 80's days, it is very warm in the condo.

Now there are times when the beach is available during the day, sometimes only at low tide, and occasionally not at all. We have found that for some reason Sept. can be one of those times. A beautiful condo with an amazing view! The sunsets every night were beautiful! We watched turtles right along the breakwall every day. The beach is very convenient for a swim or snorkel. The condo itself was clean and comfortable!

Beautiful view of both Molokai and Lanai from patio. Clean and comfortable condo, and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all we needed. Short walking distance to beach other than the small one on the property, and the ABC store. Beautiful sunsets.

The view of the ocean is top notch and the description is spot on, any closer you would be in the ocean. Great little beach that never gets busy and lots of turtles. The host was very responsive and so generous. Thanks, would definitely recommend!

We loved this cozy gem. The best part is during whale season, if you look in the distance, you can see them breaching! Every sunset was breathtaking, and you can't beat the location if you tried.

What a great location for a home base to explore Maui! Everything you need to feel at home. A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils you can imagine to prep quick meals. Proximity to stores and restaurants. Walk out of the patio and if you take too many steps you are in the water! Turtles snacking on the algae by the shore and very cool snorkeling a hundred yards out. I’d definitely rent it again!!!
