Hi Michael, We appreciate the feedback as we're always striving to make our practices and home amenities better for future guests. Please know we sincerely apologize for any cleaning oversights. This is not the usual Railey Vacations standard and we assure you if you give us another try you'd find our cleaning meets or exceeds your expectations. Unfortunately, we do not provide any paper, cleaning, or toiletry items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Although we will leave in the home any toilet paper/paper towels that may have been left by previous guests for the next to use. We hope you received the check-in list itemizing what we do provide vs. what would need to be brought. If you did not receive this in your pre-arrival information, please let us know - we'd be happy to check out what might've happened there. The sliding doors are currently in the process of being addressed and more importantly the issue with the heat has been found and addressed, thank you for bringing those items to our attention! To address some of your concerns, we are going to purchase a new grill and get the home sprayed for ants by a local pest control service. We are taking these steps now.
