It was a good house. Me and my family had a good time overall. Only complaints is the hot tub wasn't clean beforehand but other than that it was fine.

Great layout house for group

We were worried about the cleanliness but when we got there the house neat and clean. The rooms layouts are really nice if you have a big group. Kitchen is also well stocked and basement had great play area probably the best ive been to yet. I would deff go again.

Lots of space!

Nine of us, all unrelated, came together for a weekend planning retreat, and the house was great - plenty of space, nice amenities onsite, and just a short drive to Deep Creek and Sang Run State Park. As previous reviews suggested, the house wasn’t pristinely clean, but it was fine for what we needed. I’d stay again!

Wonderful family getaway

We had a wonderful time at Heavenly Haven. We spent most of our time at the cabin, which was so much fun. The kitchen was well equipped, spacious and clean. The family room was also a great space and the basement was a highlight with all of the activities to do including the pool table, basketball, poker table etc. We were very close to the scenic Swallow Falls State Park where we enjoyed a hike and a great brewery was right down the road.

Great family home

We loved the location and layout of this property. It has a great arrangement of rooms, and the kitchen and game room are well-equipped. However, the home was not clean, and we needed to clean the bathrooms before we used them. Upon contacting the home's management company, they offered to send someone out, but we declined because we had already addressed the situation.

Embarrassingly Dirty

This property was very disappointing. It was very dirty. We actually had to purchase cleaning supplies and air freshener (smelled horrible) to clean before our other guests arrived. One guest had mold spit out from the shower head. Toilets were gross and there we're cobwebs everywhere. The home does not look like it does in the pictures. Very close to other homes and 2 main roads that made it a bit noisy. Perks - large kitchen, hot tub was fine (fits 4 people) and the fire pit. If you want to make any changes (early check in/out) I recommend calling the number. Messaging through the website- the person lied to us twice about early check in being an option. Thank goodness we had good company but we won't be staying at this location again.

Nice Place to stay Overall

This house was overall a nice place to stay. The only negative we saw with the place is some of the basement furniture was showing its age and needs to be replaced. There is a chair where its back won't stay on and there is a chair where if you sit on it you can tell it has collapsed on itself. Aside for those minor things I would recommend this place to anyone.

Advertising Ad very misleading

When we arrived the property looked as though it was never cleaned. There was ball's of animal hair everywhere. It cause my daughters asthma to be triggered. I had to go the store and purchase my own cleaning products. There are no TVs in any of the bedrooms except the master bedroom downstairs.

Great family place

Our family gathered for a weekend at this house from 3 different states. We enjoyed the beautiful house and the spacious room for our whole gang. When we contacted the host about trouble with the coffee maker they brought us a new one asap.
