古い石造りの家のこの私有財産は、コファの最も美しく権威のある北部エスト海岸の中心であるニサキの近くの穏やかな丘の村のファカミアに位置しています。 家は完全に改装され、デザイナーである所有者によって設計され、家具が置かれています。 海とギリシャとアルバニアの海岸への例外的な眺望の恩恵を受ける。 1階にはオープンプランのキッチンが付いたリビングルームがあり、マスターベッドルームには専用バスルームと独立したトイレがあります。 反対側には隣のシャワールームとトイレがあるゲストベッドルームがあります。 階段は100m2の覆われたテラスにつながり、夏のダイニングエリア、ラウンジ、簡易キッチン、シャワー付きのソラリウム、シンクを備えています。 この家の全客室からは、素晴らしい海の景色が一望でき、1階のテラスには横流しのスイミングプールがあります。

Unique and wonderful villa

We had a wonderful stay here. The furnishings are beautiful and the covered terrace with its stunning sea view was perfect when you wanted to be out of the sun. Everything you could need was provided - the infinity pool was just perfect for cooling off and has the most amazing view too. We really appreciated the beautiful garden with its sculptures and beautiful plants and the great sound system for listening to music by the pool or when eating. The villa was very secluded with no near neighbours and yet close enough to the beach to walk down for a swim or a meal in one of the excellent tavernas. We hope to return!

Fantastic villa, heaven sent.

Villa Castelli was simply superb. The lovely owners Bernard and Celine have created a rather large slice of heaven here. It is completely private with antique furnishings, paintings and architectural features which set it above the rest. The views from its fabulous plunge pool and terrace are beyond compare and its location at the top of a steep road is well worth the drive. The outdoor sound and lighting system meant we could enjoy a party every night without fear of disturbing neighbours. I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough.

Amazing stylish villa with top amenities & privacy

After a very careful research, we choose Castelli in Aria not only for its wonderful views, but also the large veranda upstairs which we thought it would be a great place to spend the day/night. From the start Bernard provided speedy response to our inquiry and gave us very detailed information on how to get there. The villa took our breath away the minute we arrived. What pictures cannot describe, was how wonderful the place is in the night! We spent all the evenings on the large veranda, gazing at the lights along the coastline below and the stars above, listened and danced to music coming from a fantastic sound system installed up there. It was heavenly. We also want to thank Bernard and Celine being a wonderful host, providing us detailed information about the taverns and sights to visit. The house' interior is also a stunning , top equipments, electronics and everything works beautifully. Also, the villa is totally private, which also made it very special. Thank you very much Bernard and Celine, we hope to return again soon!

Heaven at Castelli in Aria

If you get the chance to stay at this place ... GO FOR IT!!! This villa is a very magical place and even more beautiful than the profile pictures might suggest. The villa is located far above all other surrounding villas and villages, which gives you peace and quiet 24/7 - with one of the most stunning views across Corfu bay - sweeping from the Albanian coast in the east, Corfu in the south and the mountains of western Corfu. You will be enjoying the most amazing sun rises (in case you manage to get up early enough after cocktail fueled evening on the terrace) followed by stunning sun sets in the evening (best enjoyed with a cool drink at the pool). The amenities are of the highest standard and as described. The villa can be utilized in sections. The two of us stayed in the main house with full access to all outdoor areas, terrace and pool and whilst the villa is large, it is well laid out and does not feel too large either. Celine and Bernard are the most amazing hosts and the love of their villa shows. Thank you for a very memorable experience!

Villa mit atemberaubenden Blick

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in dieser außergewöhnlichen Villa voller Kunst und Antiquitäten und haben jeden Tag genossen. Der Blick vom Haus und Infinitypool aufs Meer und die albanische Küste ist unglaublich! Viele Abende verbrachten wir auf den Sofas der überdachten Terrasse mit dem phantastischen Soundsystem. Wir waren 3 Paare mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Außenbereich. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr großzügig angelegt, sehr ruhig gelegen, weg vom Trubel an der Küste und weg vom Autoverkehr. Die Fahrt zum nächsten Strand beträgt nur 10- 15 Minuten. Auch Tavernen und Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe, erreichbar aber eher mit einem Auto als zu Fuß, nicht zuletzt wegen des steilen Wegs zum Anwesen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber Celine und Bernard für die wunderbare Betreuung! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Une vue a couper le souffle

C est vrai... Elle est a couper le souffle cette vue. A tel point qu on en oublierait la maison ! Belle pratique atypique... Les adjectifs peuvent être aussi variés que sont les qualités de cette villa. A tel point qu'on en oublierait la gentillesse de Bernard et Céline... toujours prêsents quand il le faut ! Allez y... vous verrez...

Wonderful stay at Castelli in area

The villa is perfect and comfortable. It features work of art. The windows look out on the sea, so the view is absolutely gorgeous . The kitchen has all necessary facilities. Bedlinen and towels are new and impeccable . Everything in the villa and outside is very clean. The parking is comfortable. What differs this villa from many others is that NOBODY around doesn't disturb your stay here, absolute privacy and calmness, The owners - Bernard and Céline are very hospitable . But at the same time they respect the privacy of the guests . We went to Krouzery beach where we dived and did water skiing . Hope be back next year.

Superbe séjour à la Villa "Castelli in Aria"

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la villa "Castelli in Aria" en août 2017. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, un couple de Français installé depuis de nombreuses années à Corfou. L'élément exceptionnel de la villa est sa piscine à débordement avec une vue à couper le souffle. La maison est d'un très grand confort avec 2 terrasses pour se restaurer / se reposer et la climatisation dans les 2 chambres. L'emplacement de la villa au nord-est de l'île est intéressant pour rayonner dans toute la partie supérieure de l'île et profiter des nombreuses plages et tavernes situées le long de la côté. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Mind blowingly stunning

No picture or words can give the experience of staying at Castelli any justice. The villa has been created at a very high spec and it's location is amazing. It's very private with stunning views and lovely infinity pool. The veranda with great sound system made evenings with a drink spectacular. The warmness of Bernard and Celine made us feel very welcome and it was lovely that they wanted to make sure that our stay was memorable. Would highly recommend.

Spectacular view villa in a beautiful area

Staying at Castelli in Aria was a bliss. The villa is located in a great area of the island, quite and with beautiful beaches. In addition to a spectacular view, which you can enjoy from the infinite view pool (terrific!), the villa is delightfully furnished and equipped for any need: from the hifi stereo to the ice machine. You will need a car to reach restaurants, which are also really good in this area, or supermarkets. But if you are looking for relax, your holiday at Catelli in Aria will be amazing.

An wonderful villa - highly recommended

My wife and I stayed in this fantastic villa for a week in June/July 2014. I cannot recommend it enough. The owners are Bernard and Celine (both French) and they could not have been more helpful. They have had the villa for 5 years and renovated it themselves over a four year period! The finish on the villa is excellent - they have an ecclesiastical vibe going on, with a variety of items purchased from churches in France and shipped to Corfu. So what is good about the villa? i) the view is spectacular; ii) the location on the North East coast is great - by far the most attractive part of the island; iii) the quality of the finish on the villa is superb; iv) the privacy is excellent; v) the music system is brilliant; vi) bathrooms/showers/kitchen is very good; viii) the plunge pool is great with an amazing infinity view; ix) Bernard and Celine are lovely. What is bad about the villa? i) if you want to be in the centre of things, then you'll find this a little remote; ii) we found the bed a little hard. The villa has only been available for just over a year and so everything is like new. It also means that they have been relatively few bookings - which is why I thought it would be nice to write this review! It is a magical place and the photos don't do it justice. Book it and have a great holiday!
