Amazing place, the photos don't do it justice. Great pool & BBQ area, AC blows cold. Could use a slightly bigger TV but thats a very minor complaint, overall the place was excellent, and tony was a perfect host.

Beautiful villa

Very spacious villa, beautiful pool area and BBQ, great for leisurely lunches by the pool! Antonio was the perfect host, always available to answer any questions we had. Short drive to San Antonio but far enough away to not even know it is there. Definitely need a car.

Amazing Host, Amazing Property

Toni is a fantastic host and the villa is stunning. Cannot recommend highly enough. We had the best week. As others have said, you really need a car as the villa is down a dirt road, so you will want to drive to shops, beach or restaurant, but as long as you have a car, then everything you need is 5 mins drive away. Recommend Suma supermarket for all your groceries, and Magon restaurant. Went with 2 & 4 year old kids, and they loved the holiday. Large amount of free parking at Cala Bassa beach and Port d'es Torrent.

Lovely villa, well laid out

We very much enjoyed our stay. Toni was very kind and helpful when introducing us to the villa and a couple of times when we contacted him. The villa is well laid out with more than enough space for the 4 of us, a great pool and easy to keep an eye on the kids (6 and 8 years) from the house or the bar area. We used the bar area a lot and the barbecue (gas hot plate). Aircon in the rooms. The area is very quiet and peaceful (although some work next door at the time). 25 min walk to Cala Bassa beach with easy access to other west coast beaches. Great supermarket and butcher Es Cuco nearby. Villa recommended for the area.

Toni and his wife were lovely hosts. They met us at the property even though it was very late by the time we arrived due to delayed flights. The villa was spacious for five guests and the balcony, terrace and pool in particular were beautiful. There are two bathrooms which is really handy and plenty of seating inside and outside. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. The location is very peaceful as you're in the middle of a pine forest but there aren't really any bars, restaurants, supermarkets or beaches within walking distance, especially when it is hot. We spent a lot on taxis, taxiclick didn't work for the address so we had to use uber which was often about 80 for a 20-30 minute journey between 5 of us. Except when we came from the airport when you can use metered taxis. We also had a bit of a problem with the fridge and AC turning off but I found the fuse box and reset, I had to do this five or six times though.

My name is Toni, and I am from Ibiza.
I finished building the house in 2005, I´ve known Owners Direct and have decided to rent . if you need more information do not hesitate to contact me without obligation.IF IS NOT AVAILABLE SEE MY OTHER VILLA nº 8134629 IN THIS AD.

A few years ago I had the opportunity to buy the land where the house is located which I had always liked by the pine forest around and especially by the sea and the islands of the west, for its tranquillity and its proximity to the coast and populations there are around: San Agustin, San Jose, San Antonio, and being located close to the best beaches on the island: Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta etc. where you have walking trails along the coast and enjoy the scenery, being an area where in the environment have supermarkets, restaurants, etc. but not within a town.

The house has a large fenced, closed with an electric gate, so you'll have no trouble parking, there is also a large pool from the terrace you can see the sea, modern hammocks and parasols, and a covered barbecue area that looks like a beach bar even has a small refrigerator. Where you will spend your vacation pleasantly enveloped by the Mediterranean forest that surrounds us.
