2 The Linneyは、小さな家族やカップルに豪華な宿泊施設を提供しています。 納屋はもともと1850年に建てられ、農家と改造された別棟を含む農村農場の一部であり、デボンストーンとティンバーに建設されました。 屋外での食事や周辺の楽しみを楽しめるテラスとベランダのある大きな庭園があります。 庭園からは、周囲の田園地帯や、家族が球技を楽しめる芝生エリアの多くの木々の景色を眺めることができます。 すべての近代的な電化製品および家具、無線LANを提供。 コテージは、歴史的なテンプル騎士道に直接位置し、ヘイターからテイン川を過ぎて、人気の市場町ニュートンアボットから3.2 kmの河口まで続いています。
夏季（7月と8月）では、土曜日から土曜日の予約のみ受け付けています。

We had a lovely Christmas stay in the barn. After a long drive there, we were happy to chill & have lovely local walks to Stover Country Park and along the canal. We enjoyed coming back to the cosy barn for hot drinks and mince pies!

Nice Cottage in Central Location

The cottage is lovely and well situated for a lovely stay near Exeter and surrounding areas. Great hiking trails right near the cottage including the historic Templar Trail.

Beautiful cottage pictures dont do it justice

The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated with tasteful artworks, Fully equiped kithchen. A gift was beautifully wrapped containing a bottle of fizz and biscuits (which granddaughter loved). Parking was tight and it was lucky we fitted at the space behind the house as the peope to the left had 2 cars parked very close to where we had to reverse. Lots of to and fro to get in. People from other hosues had to reverse near out window as they couldnt get round the roundabout. After a few difficult reverses we knocked at the at the end of the second day and politely asked if they could move as it was difficult to park. It was better after that. Loved seeing so many birds in the garden it's a lovely place.

Lovely property in a good location as a base to explore the area with a few supermarkets within 10-12 minutes drive for any shopping you may need. If you only have one car I suggest parking in the front as it is very tight to get a modern family sized car between the gates to park at the side of the property as suggested, if you need to take 2 cars make sure one is small otherwise there will not be space to park it without blocking the (friendly) neighbours. There is a few bits of equipment missing in the kitchen (we bought pizza trays and cutter as a gift for the property) but still a few other useful things could be good (kitchen tongs, more substantial wine glasses as we were afraid to use the provided ones in case we broke them!) Huge garden, unfortunately our kids couldn't make any use of it as the weather was so poor, but overall would definitely recommend as a base to explore a lovely part of the world - thank you to the owners Christine and Jonathon for letting us stay in your lovely property!

The perfect stay

Our stay at this house was brilliant, thank you for having us. Parking down the side of the house was a bonus being able to shut the gates so knowing the kids are safe at all the time especially with a young one. The key lock check in was so quick and easy it was brilliant. As soon as I opened the door I had a quick check round before letting the kids in and I must say it was spotless! Everything was clean dusted and fresh was lovely to walk into. Staying at the house just felt easy didn't have to worry about bringing the little things you forget like bin bags, hand soap or toilet roll they have provided it all even dishwasher tablets it really made it that much better not to have to worry a rush to a shop straight away. A lovely gift was left for us to which was very welcoming thank you. We have had a lovely week staying here from the kids loving running around the lovely big garden to them getting up in the morning watching the birds. Everything about our stay was just brilliant. I didn't need to contact the owners on our stay but had all the contact details produced if I needed to and all local information and emergency numbers and where to go if needed. I really think they have thought of everything. Our stay was perfect thank you again.

Fantastisch huisje in een mooie omgeving

Het verblijf was schoon, ruim van opzet en erg compleet m.b.t. de uitrusting. Een zeer grote tuin met heel veel privacy. Erg veel vogels en eekhoorns gezien. Vanuit het huisje kun je direct de natuur in lopen of fietsen. In de buurt is erg veel te zien. Binnen een half uur ben je bij de kust of rij je in het natuurgebied de Dartmoor. Echt een aanraderz

Peaceful countryside retreat

Lovely comfortable property equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful garden with lots of wildlife, birds, squirrels and rabbits. If you are tall be careful of the low beams, especially upstairs. Otherwise enjoy the character and charm of them!

Excellent

A beautiful, tranquil cottage. The décor, cleanliness and facilities were exemplary. The area was calm, and peaceful with fantastic animal and bird life. Access to the moor and surrounding countryside was extremely easy. We would highly recommend this property. It is fantastic.

This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property has everything provided you could want and is a short walk from local country trails but within a easy car journey of most of south Devon

Very nice cottage.

A very nice cottage in a nice quiet area with some good walks locally, but close enough to road links to travel around the county. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great Holiday

The property is perfect to use as a base for exploring Devon and into Cornwall if you wish. It’s a lovely quiet location with everything you need. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the property for a holiday stay or even longer

A great little cottage

We had a great two weeks at this cottage. The cottage is on a nice close, with friendly neighbours. It has a large garden which is child friendly. The kitchen was well equipped (we cooked most evenings) and the living/dining area was comfortable. The first floor has lower ceilings/beams, my 6ft3inch husband had a few knocks initially. The two bedrooms were well presented and the bathroom was good in size. We enjoyed our stay at the cottage and would recommend it to others.

Great Location for a Getaway

This is a lovely barn conversion, a former outbuilding to a farmhouse, all now individually owned. The unit itself is warm, cosy and nicely converted with all one could need for a stay, including a well equipped kitchen, and a washing machine in the bathroom. It has a really good sized garden and the setting is very peaceful. The host was very pleasant and responded to queries quickly, and there were little touches like a basket of local goodies and first night essentials. We stayed for a whole week, (which wasn't enough!) would love to return some day.

A lovely home from home

A lovely decorated spaceous cottage, with all the 'kit' you need to have a home away from home and plenty of storage. The large 5-pit hob/oven has been used with great pleasure. Located in a quiet and rural yet central location, far away enough from the main road, and close enough to beaches/coastal walks and Dartmoor. We have enjoyed our stay very much.

A pleasant stay - again.

A clean, comfortable, well-equipped property in a quiet country location but within easy driving distance of both the coast and Dartmoor. Pleasant local walks can also be made from the property and key amenities are available in Newton Abbott, about 3 miles away.

Excellent Stay

Just spent a fantastic week in this cottage, which is really well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Dartmoor and spending time on the coast, and also has great access to Exeter and Plymouth.

Lovely away here. Perfect location away from hubub nut lots to do nearby

We had a great week here. More spacious than we expected with a big garden backing on to a meadow. Could do with recliners in garden to relax when weather hot. Kitchen was well kitted out. Great place if you like bird watching. On the Stover Trail for cycling to Newton Abbot or Bovey Tracey. Easy access to the town or even Exeter for amenities, lots of beaches a short drive/train trip away as well as the beautiful Dartmoor. All round a great place to stay/visit.

Home from home

We had a lovely stay, everything we needed was there. Very quiet, peaceful setting, yet within easy driving route of lots of places. The only thing we would suggest are a fan in the other bedroom and downstairs as the cottage was very hot with no airflow the week we stayed. We look forward to returning sometime in the future

Part time florist, part time pharmacy technician. Its a family love affair with the 'barn' . Husband Jonathan does the DIY, son Alex does most of the hard work, and I look after the garden.

We bought this charming cottage in 2011, spent 6 months renovating it to a high standard, and this is our third year of renting it out. We stay there ourselves whenever we can. We find it's an excellent antidote to city living!
We love this part of Devon, its remote yet accessible, in the country , but only a couple of miles from civilisation. There's loads to see and do here. I feel we have only just started to explore this part of the world there is so much here.
