Villa "Les Estades"は、伝統的でモダンな雰囲気を兼ね備えた広々とした美しいヴィラです。プエルトポレンサから徒歩25分、緑豊かで静かな田舎の7,000 m2の私有地にあります。 ヴィラには、複数の屋外リビングスペース、広々としたリビングルームとダイニングルーム、設備の整ったキッチン、エアコン付きのベッドルーム3室が備わっています。 家とテラス、英国の地上波テレビ、42インチのテレビ、iPad、DVDプレーヤー、PS4のゲーム、Bluetoothスピーカー、卓球、レゴ、ボードゲームにwifiがあります。 アウトドアにはリラックスできる場所が複数あります。日陰のダイニングとラウンジテラスの下、プールのそば、日陰のバーベキューエリア。 プールにはローマ階段があり、4x8mの大きさです。

Tolles Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Garten

Unsere Urlaubstage in Les Estades, einem schönen, gut ausgestatteten und sehr ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus waren für die ganze Familie (4 Erwachsene, 1 Zweijähriger) sehr erholsam. Rund um den tollen Pool gibt es vielfältige Sitz- und Liegebereiche, die zum Verweilen einladen. Das Gartenareal mit Orangen-, Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen sowie anderen wunderschönen Bepflanzungen ist beeindruckend. Vom großen Balkon in der oberen Etage hat man einen herrlichen Blick ins Tramuntana-Gebirge und man kann wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge von dort aus beobachten. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Port de Pollenca, Supermärkte und Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war vorab und während unseres Urlaubs sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Danke an Jaume und seine Eltern!

Great break

Had a great summer break in Mallorca. The villa is situated between Pollensa and Port De Pollensa, which meant being able to get to both easily by car. Was a lovely and quiet location. Would recommend.

A fantastic find!

We so wish we had found this villa before. We always stay in and around Puerto de Pollenca but this villa was a gem. Homely as soon as we walked in. Mosquitos were out to get us unusally in vast numbers this year (all over Mallorca) so it was handy that there was so much to do (including a brain teasing puzzle!) and an amazing tv with ps4 play station and games as well as lego for a couple of evenings. During the day we loved the pool with plenty of inflatables. Thats when we werent on the beach with, joy of joys, not one but 2 parasols to plant in the sand (so used to having to buy a cheap one each year to give away). Even clingfilm for our picnics and enough bin bags for every day of the week. All little things but so appreciated after having to buy them all before. Plenty of crockery and excellent dishes etc. and the beautiful outside area by the pool. Bedroom air con was a god send too. The hosts were so quick to communicate when we reached out and recommended a fabulous traditional Mallorcan restaurant for our last night (you will have to come stay to find out where!). I will miss my quiet pool dip while the teens were lounging indoors, soaking in the mountain views framed by flowers and an orchard. We found our perfect slice of Mallorcan living and hope to be back!

Es hat alles gepasst

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Von den direkten Nachbarn haben wir gar nichts gehört. Das gesamte Haus und insbesondere die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt: Nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Meer entfernt und alles was man braucht in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Garten und der Pool sind toll. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bzw. ihrem Sohn hat wirklich ganz hervorragend geklappt. Sie haben uns immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet und auch bei Zusatzwünschen problemlos geholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

An Incredible Home Base

This property was just amazing. We made fresh lemonade every day from the lemon trees on the property, visited the pigs next door, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful property and swimming pool. They have everything you would ever want or need to feel completely comfortable and at home on your vacation, including a great assortment of plates, utensils, and cookware. The location is great both in terms of it being quick to access Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and also in terms of being able to explore the island as a whole. Don't miss Formentor Beach!!! I can't recommend this property enough.

Schöne Finca in Pollenca

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Finca in Pollenca. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und immer prompt. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und man ist doch schnell in Pollenca oder am Hafen von Pollenca. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen

Super stay for a great vacation!

The accommodation is as described on the internet. The garden is beautiful and large. The pool with the various seating areas and the lemon and orange trees is absolutely great. We had a great stay with a very straightforward check-in.

Great holiday

Les Estades

We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely, secluded villa. It has lovely gardens with fruit trees and a beautiful pool. It was very well equipped and had all the facilities you could need for a family holiday. My grandchildren absolutely loved it. It was very clean when we arrived and the host was exceptionally helpful. I would definitely recommend this villa, and hope that we get to go there again sometime.

Fantastic villa with wonderful views

Ideal villa for our family of 5. The property is lovely, well equipped and benefits from air conditioned bedrooms. It's set in large private gardens behind secure boundaries and is surrounded by views of the hills around Puerto Pollença . The pool is a great size for the kids and teens, plus there's a large covered area down one side and a beautiful dining area under a pergola at one end, which benefits from a cooling breeze throughout the day. The villa is a 2 mile drive to the beach at Puerto Pollença, set on a quiet road in amongst the citrus groves, very private but with other villas nearby so as not to feel too isolated. The owners were friendly and approachable and very quick to answer questions and provide help. Highly recommended for a family villa holiday. We hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Villa

We stayed for a week with our grown up family. We had fantastic weather so loved the spacious garden and pool. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend it if you are happy to be a little bit outside Puerto Pollensa as we were.

Great location and outdoor space

We had a great time as a family of 5 with young kids, the pool and outside terraces were the most loved. The bedrooms having Air conditioning was a life saver as it gets super hot inside otherwise. The location between pollenca and port pollenca was great so that we could go out for meals at either one in a very short time but be in a lovely quiet calm space. The hosts supplied a very nice few drinks for our arrival. There are nearby supermarkets with all you need but it would have been great for a few more essentials to be made available at the house such as garbage bags, toilet paper (there was some but not enough for more than 3 days), washing detergent, something to help with the mosquitos and a few more cooking essentials such as olive oil. Overall a good stay which we will remember fondly.

Perfect

As the title says it all, everything was perfect. We spent a week in this villa (we were 4 people, all around 26 years old) and we didn't have any issue. All required information for the villa (keys, towels, address, etc) and surroundings (shops, city, town market, etc) were perfectly clear before our arrival. We didn't have to buy anything except food and drinks as the villa is very well equiped. Hosts were very friendly (phone or message on the website). Lot of space with a lot of eating areas (3 terraces and 2 tables inside of the house), nice pool, the view is amazing, no neighbours, at 10 minutes from everything (shops, beach, bars, etc). The place is also very quiet and relaxing. The very small issue is that you only have air conditioning in the bedrooms, so when you are cooking or chilling inside it can get warm but we nearly never faced this problem as we spent 95% of our time outside (more a warning for next visitors than an issue for us) The villa will be on our list of "Once again?"

Myself, my husband and our 3 year old had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was immaculate with plenty of space. The pool was great and we enjoyed all the different eating/drinking areas available. The view from the balcony was lovely with a drink in the evening. Perfect location for exploring the rest of Mallorca. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great Spot, Great Hosts.

Fourth time we have used this Villa, out of about eight or more we have used over the last 10/12 years. Everything is ideal and first class. Good pool and outdoor eating areas, plus seating areas in the Sun at all times of the day. All aspects of the Villa and what you require are ideal. Great location, and the Hosts are super and can not do enough for you. Really well worth a visit. Lovely quiet well maintained spot. Thank you Marti, Augustina and Jaume. Will be back! Great Location

Exceptionally Friendly hosts. Villa is in lovely quite area with great road links to all popular tourist destinations. Villa has everything that you are going to need. Check out all the recommendations for local restaurants as some of these are superb. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

Wunderbare Woche im Spätsommer

Wir haben eine Woche Ende September bei bestem Wetter in Les Estades verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Haus und Pool sind wunderbar, die Lage ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Kommunikation funktionierte per Whatsapp über Jaume, den Sohn der Vermieter nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

The perfect family villa!

Beautiful private villa nestled between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. The highlight by far was the pool! It was a great size and the kids spent hours in there each day. There were 2 different outdoor shaded areas for eating meals and lots of comfortable pool loungers. My children (aged 9 and 6) enjoyed playing with the lego and games provided. The bathrooms were clean and modern. My family and I had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate in booking this villa again if we come back to the area. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner and his son while we were out. They were so lovely and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The house looked after by myself and my partner, Maria Bennassar, who is the granddaughter of the late, local painter, Dionis Bennassar. We also run the museum which is dedicated him and worth a visit.

We live in Pollensa, just by the main square and are always available should you need us.
