The property was well located on the outskirts of Holt - 2 min walk into the town. Parking was easy using the allocated permit. The property had everything we needed and they kindly left some cupcakes and milk for our first cup of tea! Lovely decor and everything spotless.

Home Again is a lovely, comfortable and warm cosy cottage. We were welcomed with cake and milk. Great dog walking on your door step. Perfect for your stay in Holt.

Absolutely great cottage. Great location. Everything on your doorstep. I took my partner there as a surprise Birtday present. She loves walking in the countryside. Those walks are accessible just behind the cottage. Plus more in the surrounding area. The cottage has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, with all facilities catered for. Overall faultless. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this little cottage and how close it is to Holt. Having spout hill on the doorstep for our pooch was brilliant. Really come away feeling like we had such a special family stay. Thanks for the treats!

Great location, clean and perfectly equipped for our stay. Great host who responded to and resolved an issue with the bed immediately, going above and beyond our expectations. This cosy cottage backs onto Spout Hill which is great if you have a dog. It is only a short walk to local pubs and restaurants and is ideally positioned for local walks and is only short drive from Salthouse, Clay and Blakeney. Around a 25 min drive to Wells Next Sea Two good sized bedrooms , one with a double bed and the other with two singles. As with many cottages the bathroom is located downstairs . A great stay.

Really enjoyed

Lovely cottage, clean and as described. The owners left a note and some cakes in the fridge so was a lovely touch. Perfect location to the town and also a beautiful dog walk on the doorstep!

Excellent cottage

Clean and well presented- everything needed for a comfortable stay. Should be noted that the back garden is a shared courtyard for those with dogs, but open parkland is on the doorstep.

Beautiful cottage set in a perfectly charming area!

Lovely stay!

What a lovely little cottage so close to the centre of Holt. Perfect to bring your dog too with Spout Hill on your doorstep. We will most definitely be back!

Great location

We loved staying here. Very clean and a great place to stay with our dogs. It is right next to Spout Hill which is a lovely place to walk the dogs. Easy to walk into Holt and visit other places via car. I told the host prior to our visit that we wanted to visit National Trust properties and she very kindly left out a NT handbook which I thought was a nice touch. The milk and cakes were also very welcome. We hope to return again.

Long weekend

Lovely clean dog friendly cottage, in a quiet location right next to Sprouts hill for walking the dog but only a 3/4 min walk to the centre of Holt with plenty of shops & places to eat & drink, highly recommended this accommodation

I am Vonnie
I have been married 37 years (where has time gone) to Tim
Tim is a tree surgeon and I am his right hand woman.
Now retired due to Tim’s health issues.
We have been Holidaying at North Norfolk for more than 30 years
Holt was always our, favourite place ,the perfect location.
After losing my parents and uncle ,all suffered greatly towards the end.
I inherited some funds I was able to put a deposit on a cottage in our dream location!
Home Again was our holiday home which we shared with our first guests.
But it got to the stage ,where we were always looking for our next break
So in 2017 , we relocated from Nottinghamshire to Itteringham Norfolk
It's home from home and we loved it!
We would like to share HomeAgain with you !
