Great property. Right on the beach. Our family of 7 had plenty of space. We enjoyed the closeness of the ocean and the pool. This was our first time in Gulf Shores. We would definitely come back!

Overall very happy with our experience! Loved being right on the beach and being on the 7th floor gave us a great view from the balcony. The place needed some paint touch ups, the couch was a little shaggy looking and a little inconvenient that there was no pantry to put all our food into so we had to keep it out on the counter all week which made it feel super clustered. The bed sheets could have been better too, they felt super cheap. Very happy with how fast the host communicated with me and would definitely recommend this place in the future!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, the view was beautiful, the elevator was fast, the condo itself was quiet and had everything we needed and it was such a convenience that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The condo was comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed the pool area that was kept clean and access to the beach was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope that we can come back again soon!

A couple things were damaged or broken when we arrived but overall was a good visit. Location was great. We enjoy having a balcony facing the beach. A there. The rooms and standalone shower were kinda small for adults. I like the check-in process but I didn't know about contacting the owner about checking out. We just left. Nice place to stay.

Enjoyed the condo and the area

The condo was clean and large enough for our family. The refrigerator had t9 be replaced while we were there because it wouldnt freeze our groceries. I sent a text to the number provided, maintenance showed up, checked it out, and that evening we had a new refrigerator. I would recommend this condo to others.

We all thought it was great, the only things that could have been improved would be the elevator and the pots and pans. They were a little old. Otherwise everything was great! Thanks!

Just a summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Legacy is a decent place to stay not just real expensive on arrival we get there and our unit is available for early check in which is great the unit is clean so we get unpacked and head to the pool well it’s clear but a bunch of debris this on a Friday evening so we get up Saturday head to the beach come back same way Sunday same Monday same I call and ask they say they will call HOA Tuesday same Wednesday same Thursday appears to be better looking from above but several bugs now someone came out and dipped a bunch but couldn’t get them all the stay there was great but the pool for whatever reason just wasn’t cared for and the dryer broke too but I guess those things happen so we couldn’t do out laundry

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Legacy 703 was the right size for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was nicely decorated and had plenty of comfortable seating. The bathroom in the 2 en-suites and the pool could use some updates but were functional. Easy beach access and not far from shopping. We would stay here again
