スイートは冬には居心地が良く、暑い夏には爽やかで爽やかです。屋根に大きなガラスのドームがあり、3つの窓があり、明るくできます。ガラス製のドームは毛布で覆われていて、遅いライザーのために朝にはスイートを暗く保つことができます。非常に静かでプライベートな場所で、テレビ、ビデオ、ゲーム、書籍...楽しむことができます。
リビングルームに滞在し、冷蔵庫、オーブン、電子レンジを使用することはできますが、キッチンでは赤ちゃんや小児の食事のみを調理することができます。スイートには、ネスプレッソコーヒーメーカー、コーヒーカプセル、ケトル、ティーバッグ、砂糖、塩、胡椒があります。
おいしい食べ物を届けてくれる家の近くには多くのレストランがあります。庭、2つのテラス（開いたガラステラスとガラスのテラス）が利用できます。
写真に示されているように、居心地の良いマットレスをベッドの隣に置くことができます。小さな子供たちは両親の近くで寝ることができました。以下の子供用アクセサリーが利用可能です：1つのハイチェア、トイレ、ボトルウォーマー、人形、おもちゃ、本、音楽を子供用。子育てのための本もあります。彼らは舗道にチョークを描くことができ、ガーデンエリアの内側に公園を置くことができます。子供は無料ではありません。
地下鉄で市内中心部に行くには12分しかかかりません。私はドイツ語、英語、スペイン語を話し、ドミニカ共和国出身ですが、私はウィーンを愛し、時にはドイツのケルンで観光ガイドとして働きました。

Nice little basement suite

Lucia was a great host! She went out of her way to help me correct a booking problem with a concert by calling the ticket office! Thank you so much for all your kindness. My son wanted to thank you for the sandwich you packed for our early departure. :)

Cozy, relaxed atmosphere!

If you want to feel like you are at home, this is the place. Cozy, relaxing, and off the beaten track for a bit of relaxation by the Danube. I felt more like family than I did a guest. Lucia makes you feel so welcome, you'll be sad to leave!

Ein gelungener Urlaub in Wien

Wir fühlten uns mit unserer einjährigen Tochter sehr wohl in der Suite. Das Haus liegt in einer Kleingartensiedlung an der alten Donau. Die Suite besteht aus einem geräumigen und gemütlichen Zimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken, die Küche und die Toilette teilten wir uns mit den Vermietern. Die U-Bahn ist direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite. So wohnten wir im Grünen und waren in 15 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Das Frühstück wurde individuell für uns gemacht, da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Abends kann man ganz in der Nähe (ca. 10 min Fussweg) gut essen gehen und dabei an der alten Donau sitzen. Die Vermieterin betreute uns sehr aufmerksam und gab uns beim gemeinsamen Frühstück viele Tipps und Informationen für unseren Aufenthalt in Wien. Wir konnten uns frei im Haus und im Garten bewegen, was für unsere Tochten sehr gut war. Abends haben wir gern die Terasse genutzt und wurden immer sehr freundlich von unseren Vermietern empfangen. Die Suite ist für ein Paar mit einem Kind bestens geeignet. Alles in allem also ein gelungener Urlaub in dieser schönen Stadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

I’m an independent Spanish and German Teacher. Peter and I love to travel and for Peter is a hobby pilot we keep flying to many countries.
Our house is cute and light, has a beautiful Garden with a rose, a strawberry and a raspberry garden. I’m a passionate gardener and despite 20 years living in Germany and Austria, I'm still the typical happy and laughing Caribbean woman.
Sharing joy and life experiences is my passion and I love to live and people.
I can’t live without Tango, Salsa, Merengue, classical music, operas and books. There is plenty of this stuff at home and you can enjoy it!
I love Vienna and can give you great advice on what to do here, as I’m a Vienna culture’s life fan.
It is a pleasure for me to have breakfast with the guests. The breakfast includes coffee, hot chocolate, bread, butter, ham, cheese, jam, natural yoghurt, an apple and orange or apple juice. Since I am a well-travelled nomad, I have a lot of stories to tell and love to hear what other people have experienced. I'm street-smart and able to give you great advice on what to do in Vienna.

The house is located near to the metro station “Donaustadtbrücke" (2 mins. walk away). The metro takes only 15 mins to get to St. Stephen's Cathedral. There are also very good public transport connection to the shopping centre “Donauzentrum" and to UNO City (8 mins) as well as to the Vienna International Airport: you get there in only 18 minutes with the bus! Bus station is at the corner.
The house is located in a friendly neighborhood with nice little houses and wonderful gardens. You walk only 10 minutes to the next supermarket.

You can get to the most visited shopping centre Vienna “Donauzentrum" and to a gym with sauna and infrared cabin (day ticket €10) with the bus in only 10 Minutes. The bus stop is at the corner. The Old Danube offers nice bathing facilities in summer and there are many restaurants along the shore.
The Danube Island, biggest leisure time paradise Vienna's, is only three minutes walk away and is ideal for picnics, bike rides, walks, water sports, eating out… There is a nice beach and a boulder for climbing too.
