Comfortable accommodation, located 2 km from one of the most beautiful beaches in Tuscany, being part of a co-ownership with a large green park where you can play, relax, have a barbecue.
It is located in a small town along the Etruscan Coast, just 2 km from the beautiful Gulf of Baratti and the ancient Etruscan town Populonia, near the picturesque medieval villages Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto, near the thermal baths in Venturina and also San Vincenzo with its port is Piombino where you can embark for the Island of Elba and the other islands.
The apartment is on two floors, with a private enclosed furnished terrace in front, and is composed as follows:
on the ground floor a large room divided into a sitting area with a sofa bed and the kitchen/dining area, on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms (one for 2 people and the other for 3/4 people), a bathroom with shower.
Private parking with 2 parking spaces inside the co-ownership.
