Charming and typical town house in Santanyi in a very quiet area ideal for families and groups of friends. It can accommodate 6 people.

The house has a backyard where you can find an area with lawn and a table with chairs to enjoy meals or outdoor dinners on the fixed barbecue. There is also an outdoor shower so you can cool off on hot summer days. At the entrance of the house you will find a cozy terrace ideal for a glass of wine or read a good book.

The house offers a large space of 250 m2. It has a huge, bright living room which shares the same space with the dining room, and features air conditioning, a dining table with chairs and a comfortable sofa with two armchairs to have a good nap or relax after an intense day of beach. There is a second living room with two sofas. The independent kitchen with vitro hob, has all the necessary utensils to be able to prepare comfortably your best dishes, and also offers a table with chairs. The laundry is independent and has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are three rooms; one of them with double bed, another with a trundle bed, and the third one with two single beds; all equipped with fans. There are two spacious and comfortable bathrooms with shower. If you travel with a baby we will provide you with a crib and highchair.

Santanyi is a well known village on south of the island, just 5km from the coast. It is village is ideal to enjoy a magnificent holiday. Its beautiful coves and unspoilt beaches are ideal for relax and spend a dream vacation. One of the obligatory visits is the Natural Park of Mondragó, ideal to contemplate the native species and the unbeatable landscape.
