I'm afraid that we dont have English TV...the apartment is in Spain, and we find that most guests like to take in the Spanish atmosphere in the town, or eat Al Fresco on the apartment terrace overlooking the pool, rather than watching English TV! However there is English TV in some of the English bars in the town, for those occasions when it is missed! We are disappointed that the guests gave us 1 star on this point alone, as it is clearly stated in the ad that the TV is Spanish Freeview, and there is a DVD player and a selection of English DVDs too.

We were very shocked to see these comments; when my manager met the guests they were very pleased with the apartment and the cleanliness. It was more than 2 weeks later that the guests said that they wanted to leave and only then did they mention any issues. They could have called our manager at any time if they had had a problem. There are no dogs allowed in our apartment, or in the communal grounds, but the complex itself isnt "dog free" and I'm afraid that we really cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of other people's dogs. We feel that these guests wanted to leave due to personal circumstances, and thought they would try to get a refund. As we had already offered an extremely cheap rate for the month we were unable to do that. On top of that, when my manager inspected the apartment after these guests had left, she found that they had left it in a very untidy state, with the gentleman having seemingly cut his hair in the corner of the room and left it there!! After fastidious cleaning after these guests left, the apartment is is a perfect state to be let out, and we have had many happy guests throughout the year.

Nous sommes très surpris et tristes de recevoir cet examen regrettable. Notre gestionnaire de propriété rencontre chaque invité personnellement nous demandons que les clients nous disent leur heure d'arrivée. Ces invités sont arrivés 3 heures plus tôt et n'ont pas téléphoné au gestionnaire pour leur dire, donc l'appartement était toujours en cours de nettoyage quand ils sont arrivés. On leur a demandé de revenir à l'heure prévue d'arrivée. La plage de Roquetas de Mar est de plus de 7 miles de long, et il ya des zones de galets et de sable, qui changent de position au fil du temps. Ce sont certainement assez de grandes zones de sable pour les enfants et les familles de profiter de la plage. Il ya aussi des parcs de jeux pour enfants sur la plage, et de nombreux cafés et bars agréables le long de la promenade. Il ya des jetés de canapés, car c'est une canapé-lit de très bonne qualité et confortable, donc nous ne voulons pas le remplacer par quelque chose d'inférieur. Nous demandons que les invités téléphonent à notre gestionnaire s'ils vont arriver tard ou tôt, de sorte que l'appartement est prêt pour eux. Notre gestionnaire de propriété parle anglais et espagnol, et un peu de français.
