この新しい（2006年）豪華な湖畔の家は、カンバーランド・レイク湖の最大の賃貸住宅です。 約4,000平方フィート以上の空調スペース+約1500平方フィートの屋根付き屋外デッキ。

私たちの家には、5つのベッドルーム（キングサイズ3つ、クイーンサイズ1つ、フルサイズベッド2つ、スリーパーソファベッド1つ、ベビーベッド1つ）と4つのお風呂があります。
2階建てのすばらしいお部屋には、石の囲いのあるガス暖炉と素晴らしい湖の景色が備わっています。 我々は、ステレオサラウンドの55インチフラットパネルにテレビをアップグレードした（2013年）。

Kevin is an outstanding host, he was available any time we needed him, and did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay. The home was awesome and we all had a great time. We drove into Burnside for dinner each evening, and we explored the Kentucky countryside in all directions. I highly recommend this host and his home for anyone looking to enjoy country living.

Great Stay!

Excellent Rental and Great Host!

The property was as described, beautiful and suited our purposes perfectly. The host, Kevin, was very helpful and accommodating. We had 13 adults and never once felt overcrowded or on top of each other.

Kentucky Christmas

What a fantastic week! The place was spacious, which was great for our family! Kevin was helpful and kind, and we loved that there were activities we could do together… ping pong, foosball, hot tub after the littles were down for the night, great spaces for us all to eat together, sit and open gifts together. The location was perfect for us, as we came from 4 different states. Great memories!

A Beautiful Home on the Lake

This beautiful home is in a gated community and sits on one of the arms of Lake Cumberland. It has a great kitchen, lots of windows for beautiful views, a large dining table perfect for groups and a great hot tub area. This was our 7th annual Girls Weekend trip and our tribe came together to catch up, celebrate a birthday and host a small baby shower. It was a wonderful weekend!

Wow!! Even in winter, this was the PERFECT place for our family to gather after Christmas!! Pool table, hot tub, grill - total of 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths; yard and firepit. The nicest place we have ever stayed. Thanks to our hosts for making our stay absolutely fantastic in every way. Your house is BEAUTIFUL!!

Great house for large groups

We loved our stay. We had a large group, my entire family came so a lot of kids and adults. The house was laid out great for our family. It was nice having the guest house also for our large group so one family was able to stay in there. The hot tub and the game room are an added bonus. It was awesome having the pool to walk to also. The host was very generous and accommodating any time we reached out to him. The boat ramp isn’t far at all either. We really enjoyed our stay. Just plan to have all of your supplies because it’s a long drive to any stores for groceries and driving up and down the mountain takes some time. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this home for large groups.

Plenty of Space and Entertainment Options

We traveled with 4 other couples (10 people total). We never felt cramped in any way and everyone had their own space to escape to if they wanted. It happen to rain the majority of one day but it didn't bother us as there was plenty of entertainment available (Pool table, foosball, video poker, movies, hot tub, board games). I was responsible for booking the trip and I am always afraid someone will be unhappy. Everyone was very pleased and can't wait to go back so I pretty much look like a super hero! :-) Thanks for the great hospitality.

Annual Sibling Trip

We are a party of 10 adults, 5 siblings w/their spouses & have been doing yearly trips for approximately 16 years. Always looking for new locations with home/cabin accommodations. Must have is 5 bedroom & at least 4 baths. This home definitely met our needs. 1st floor master bath was perfect for one couple. Kitchen was very well equipped w/everything that we needed. We always travel w/at least 2 Keurig coffee makers though. Great deck area for our all day & into the evening gatherings. Saw lots of deer both from the deck & front porch. Did have rather spotty internet connection for a couple of days. Beautiful game room area in the lower level that several of the guys used for a few games of friendly pool. Beautiful enclosed sun room porch that we utilized for all of us sitting down for dinner@the same table. Boat ramp was very easy to access & launch bass boat for 2 day’s of fishing for 3 of the guys.

Beautiful Home!

My family stayed at this lovely home in Sept. It sits on a quiet street and is beautifully appointed inside and out. We were however very disappointed with the view. The picture labeled "view from the deck" is inaccurate. The foliage is so overgrown that the water is not really visible. My aging father was hoping to walk to the water's edge to fish but this was impossible. The other pictures are spot on and it is truly a beautiful home. I know how much I depend on the reviews of others when picking a rental and so want to be honest. We visited Cumberland Falls which were stunning and enjoyed dining at the old Hotel near the falls.We also enjoyed a day trip to Mammoth Cave approx. 2 hours from this house. There are several Marinas within driving distance with watercraft rentals available. Overall this is a beautiful, spacious home very comfortable for large gatherings.

We are pleased that the overall review of the home is favorable. In addressing the comment regarding the "view from the deck of the lake" it must be pointed out that Lake Cumberland is a federally controlled lake. The Army Corp Of Engineers controls all the land within a certain distance of the lake as well. To preserve the natural beauty and rustic nature of the lake, the Corp does not allow any trees, shrubs, or foliage to be removed from any properties. Violators of this policy face significant fines. The corp also does not allow any boat docks to be installed on the lake. When you spend time on the lake in a boat you will notice what I am referring to in preserving the natural state of the lake. We are only allowed to keep a natural walking trail down to the lake from the back of our home. From April through October, it is estimated the foliage restricts 50% of the view of the lake from the rear of the home. Most guests wishing to walk to the lake will choose to walk up the street to the community boat ramp.

Wonderful stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for relaxing, playing games, sleeping, etc. The kids loved the pool table 😀 The area was beautiful and quiet. Everything was nice and clean. Thank you so much.

Great place for a family gathering

Spent 4 days here with my family. We had 6 couples and three babies and we had plenty of space. The rooms were In great conditions and the location was amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice get away in a secluded location this is your spot.

Really nice home

This home was really nice and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Our family enjoyed the nice large spaces it offered. Games at the large dining table in sunroom and pool tournaments till early hours in the morning. It was a blast We plan on going back.

Great little getaway

We rented this house Monday -Thursday and there were 5 couples and 8 teenager/young adults that slept comfortably. The loft over the garage was perfect for the girl cousins and while we had a little issue with the air conditioner in there the owner immediately responded and went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation quickly. Our stay was short but we were able to rent a boat at the marina for a day, go hiking one day and several in our group went golfing all within 25 minutes of the house. Some of the cousins used the kayaks my sisters family brought and they launched just down the road from the house we rented. House is beautiful and we will remember this time together for years to come.

Clean, spacious, and perfect for large groups!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will absolutely be back! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The "Florida room" off of the dining area was perfect for us to celebrate a special occasion. The courtyard and firepit was the perfect place to end each day. And while the descent to the lake is a tad steep, we still enjoyed fishing from the back yard! Go ahead and book - you'll be happy!

Great Spring Break Getaway with Friends

We had 5 families, a total of 14 people (5 teenage boys) stay for a week. Bunk house above the garage gave the teenagers plenty of space to hang out separately from the parents. Main house had great gathering spaces inside and out. Owner was very responsive. Property was clean and kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I bought the lakefront lot in 2002 when we were first married with a vision of family vacations at the lake. Construction followed a few years later in 2005. It has come to fondly be known as the 'Tucky House since it was built when our kids were toddlers and they could not say the word "Kentucky." Yet, they always wanted to go visit the Tucky House and the phrase stuck. This is our only vacation home, and not a multiple vacation property business. as a result, you will find many upscale amenities normally not found in rental homes. It is also the reason why we rent the home ourselves to make sure we personally speak with all our prospective tenants and find just the right fit! For us, we wanted to be on the lake all day and then have the finer amenities at night. We built the home large enough to always bring friends and family with us. We are proud of our home and you will note personalized photos throughout. It is also the reason we strive to speak to every prospective guest in our home before agreeing to rent it. We want families to enjoy the amazing space we have created but also work hard to preserve the quality of the home for everyone.

Fast forward to 2019 and our family now boasts three teenagers. If you have teenagers you understand that they always prefer to bring their friends. So, we decided to buy the vacant land next to our home and expand our property and amenities so our children and guests had an even greater ability to relax, unwind and enjoy. We created a place for teenagers and adults alike to enjoy everything that a vacation home at the lake could possibly offer. It is NOW a true one of a kind property, unlike anything we have experienced in our resort or around the lake. The Teen/guest house is included as part of the standard home rental agreement. However you may inquire directly to the owner about options for reserving the main house only if possible.

We believe the home is the perfect place for multiple families to gather. It is large enough to accommodate multi generations of families meeting from all over the country. With the addition of the large finished porch, the entire family can eat meals together. However, the home also offers plenty of space for peace and quiet with kids playing outside or in the lower level while the adults relax on the main level. There is nothing better than a long day of boating on the most beautiful lake in the country (personal opinion) followed by a perfect family meal and gathering in an upscale home. Our kids love the home because the large front yard and the property offers opportunities to play kickball and other activities like bike riding and frog catching.

Our guests tell us that our home and property allow guests ample space to enjoy family together or retreat to their bedroom and other areas for privacy. Additionally, the recreational opportunities for adults and children alike at our property are unmatched by any other home in the area.
