Enjoyed our stay. Nice clean apartment and good location. Got to be honest beds not the most comfortable and would have liked apartment to have a safe but other than that we had a great time. Good communication with owner too, really nice bloke. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Perfect vacation

Me, my wife and my kid booked this house for our vacation of 11 nights in Los cristianos and we wanted to thank Ed, the owner, for the house and the kindness we found, we had all we need inside and we enjoyed the community pool. Is a nice and quiet zone that is not that easy to find so It was perfect for uswaswasperfect for us

We had a really lovely time Very nice complex the apartment was very nice and had everything we needed.The pool bar was top quality very reasonably price and food was good. The staff were very friendly.It is up a hill but we coped with it. Would definitely recommend it.

Bij aankomst ik en mijn vrouw keuken kasten van binnen en buiten afgewassen.bestek borden en glazen afgewassen.Daarna de meubels afgewassen,gestofzuigd en gedweild en dan was het proper redelijk goed appartement,behalve netheid bij aankomst liet veel te wensen over. Foto van terras klopt niet staan 2stoelen en zitbank geen tafel,geen airco plafond ventilatie. Geen koffiezet aanwezig,pannen en potten totaal versleten hebben zelf pan aangekocht. Na al dit werk hebben we een goed verlof gehad,we hopen dat u het ook proper houd is een kleine moeite.

We have some musts when we book an apartment. Sorry to say a lot in the description of this apartment is false. A lot of things not were and a some things from the pictures are gone or changed. The apartment seemed clean at first glance but thats just the surfaces, fridge freezer cabinets, drawers, dishes, tv, remotes a.s.o. is very dirty. Not to speak of the vacuum (probobly not emptied or cleaned in years) and bruches. Pots and pans are awfully bad, and not even have any lids. Why keep shoes in a kitchen cabinet with the food? Some tings missing, some very imprtant! Air-conditioning, coffee machine, Dryer, DVD player, film library, BBQ/gril, ice machine, coffee grinder, toilet paper, spare linnen and towels, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit, bikes (supposed to be bikes for gusts to use). Balcony furniture vas changed to a small sofa set so not able to have breakfast and meals outside! Everything is said to be "new in the apartment, bathroom, furniture etc." A lie, most is very old and even falling apart :( Supposed to be a key to a gate, did not exist. Also a night the gates of the community facing the city was locked, no info about it and you have to walk around the block. Communication was non existing, had to ask for check in instructions (not even accurate) our self. No asking how everything was, not even a reply when we told Ed we had to leave Tenerife early due to emergency at home. The apartment could be nice if someone cared.

Lovely holiday apartment/holiday

We picked this apartment for a quiet relaxing self catering break in Tenerife. The apartment was clean and as described, we would not hesitate to rebook. The owner was great to deal with as he quickly responded to messages and provided a detailed info pack which enabled a smooth no contact check in and check out. He also granted us a late check out which allowed us to enjoy the last day of our holiday.....Thanks!

Great short break

Was only here for four days, Was pleased with the apartment, Had all we needed even though we weren’t there much as out visiting various areas. You can grab a taxi out the front or walk a short way to get a bus which we did up to fanabe beach We made of use of the tv and all the channels 😀 the Wi-Fi was great and what we needed to use In the kitchen was all there. We ate out everyday at various restaurants, the pool bar was good and the area kept clean, I do think there maybe a shortage of sunbeds in the busier months as they were all used whilst we were here so maybe a few more would be something to think about. Would love to return in a few months for a week or 2 and I would happily book this place again if available. Communication with Ed was great and his instructions and paperwork he sent through before hand was very helpful.

Location is good, a bit higher up so not noisy but still close to the shops and everything you need. Place was clean, no Aircon unfortunately so quiet warm, but place had everything else.

This place truly had it all. Close by the bus station, 10-15 Min walk to the beach and very peaceful, away from the chaos. But not only, the flat was full of everything that you needed on an every day basis and more, including a cooling bag and ice pack in the freezer to take your drinks and food to the beach, beach towels, etc Thoroughly enjoyed it, will definitely stay here again, if we go back to Tenerife
