Excellent apartment

The property was perfect and met our needs exactly. Plenty of space and extremely well equipped. Would highly recommend this property as it centrally located within easy reach of the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

It is a lovely quiet place to stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for your stay the host was extremely helpful.. beautiful sea views on the front balcony and Mountain View from the rear balcony… overall we had a lovely time in the apartment….. thank you to Luis are host 🌴🌴🌴🌴

brilliant location

The appartment was exactly as advertised. Luis ,( the host )was very informative before arrival , was contactable during our stay and gave clear instructions when leaving . Brilliant location to beach , restaurants , bars etc. The appartment was clean and fully equipped . No EnglishTV as specified .Pool area was nice. 7 people at most around pool at any one time during our stay. we would certainly stay there again.

Wheelchair accessible.

We were thrilled by the apartment and the stunning view. Luis the owner was always available if a problem should occur. Everything about the apartment was as advertised. My only grumble was no shower Chair. Well done Luis and Milli.

This apt. is very well located for all the amenities, from the beach and restaurants and abundance of shops. The apt. is bvery clean and we enjoyed amny a happy evening sitting on the balcony with a bottle of rioja.. luis and his dad are very polite and obliging and nothing is too much trouble for them. This was my second time here and i have alreadu booked for this year and cannot wait well recommended

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung am Meer

Geräumig, mit 2 Balkonen, sauber, mit viel Inventar (nur haben leider ein moderner Wasserkocher aus Metall und ein Deckel für eine 28 Zoll Bratpfanne gefehlt), eigenem Parkplatz und am Meer gelegen - schöner Blick darauf, mit aber etwa 1 km Fußweg über die Promenade bis zum schönen Sandstrand. Der Mercadona für größere Einkäufe war mit dem Auto auch gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr gut, der Gastgeber war auch immer hilfsbereit!

Top Urlaub

Wir haben uns in den 4 Wochen in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Abholen am Flughafen bis zur Erklärung der Wohnung hat Jose Luis alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit gemacht. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht, von der Waschmaschine, Kaffemschine, Mikrowelle über SAT-TV mit deutschen Sendern bis zu Strandutensilien und genügend Badetüchern. Das Frühstück auf der Terasse mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer haben wir jeden Tag neu genossen. Der große Pool im Garten ist manchmal eine willkommene Abwechslung zum Strand, besonders an den Wochenenden, wo sehr viele Leute an der Promenade unterwegs sind. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe gelegen. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Urlaub in Los Christianos!

Comfy appartmen with lovely views.

We were met by the owner who was very friendly and showed us everything about the appartment. We enjoyed a lovely stay, the private parking was essential for us. We never got to use the pool as we were very busy helping a sick relative who lives in Tenerife. We had a late might flight and the owner very kindly let us stay until 7pm. Would definitely come here again.

Best peaceful holiday

The lovely Luis met us at the property and showed us round. If we had any questions we just WhatsApp or could call. Apartment on 6th floor with lift right outside. Everything you needed for a self catering holiday. You don't need aircon as with back balcony and front open the wind comes through lovely. Secure enough to leave back balcony and bedroom windows open all the time too. Washing machine was amazing so hardly any washing to bring home. Close to all amenities and beach. The pool was very quiet everyday and no sunbeds allowed to be reserved but no issues as even at 11 o'clock loads free. Plenty of grass to lay a rug or towel if not. Can't wait to go again next year. Thanks for a great stay Luis!

Excellent sea-view apartment

The spacious West-facing flat is located in a quiet and well-connected area (just over 5 minutes walk from bus terminal). Being on the 6th floor it benefits of a really nice sea-view from the large terrace. During my staying I barely heard my neighbours. The flat was clean (even found welcome fruits and drinks) and communication with owners was excellent. They've also been flexible about check-in/out time. Definitively a place I'd recommend staying.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Relaxen

Mein Ehemann und ich haben 7 Wochen in diesem Apartement verbracht. Wir haben hier jeden Tag genossen. Der Weg zum Bus, den Restaurants oder zum Badestrand - alles in nächster Nähe. Der Balkon mit Meeresblick und Sonne war einfach schön. Ich habe schon öfters über Fewo gebucht, aber diese Wohnung war eine der saubersten überhaupt. Gut ausgestattet mit Kochtöpfen und vielen anderen Küchenutensilien. Hatte man eine Frage wurden Sie innerhalb von kurzer Zeit vom Vemieter und seinem Vater beantwortet. Wir werden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. E.R.

Sehr netter Gastgeber

Diese Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen! Trotz guter Lage ist viel kostenfreier Parkraum vorhanden. Nicht dass das unbedingt nötig wäre, da ein privater (allerdings ziemlich enger) Stellplatz zur Wohnung dazu gehört. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die ankommenden/ablegenden Fähren. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn er einmal nicht verfügbar ist, kümmert sich sein ebenfalls sehr netter Vater um Anliegen. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist nicht als Ferienanlage konzipiert. Das sollte man wissen. Ein Pool steht aber zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt genossen.

De woning was qua meubels en inrichting een beetje oubollig, maar ok. Je had alles wat je nodig heb.

We vroegen een verlengkabel, en een uurtje later hadden we het, zelfs nieuw. Dat was super. Ze waren echt heel vriendelijk en in de weer. Maar voor ons was het 's avonds een beetje teveel muziek van café, en dat stoorde onze slaap. Voor de rest aan te raden.

Perfect accommodation

Jose was very helpful during check-in, helping with our luggage. I did not have the pleasure of meeting his son Luis but communications were fantastic. The apartment was very clean and basics like water had bern left for us which was appreciated. The flat was in the 6th floor with the lift right outside the door. All amenities had been thought of and there was a large balcony for sunbathing. The pool area was spotless and was maintained regularly. This apartment is in a perfect spot for all amenities in Los Cristianos and we will definitely return

Zeer aangenaam, voor herhaling vatbaar

Net terug van een fijne gezinsvakantie van twee weken. Het huis was boven verwachting. Eerste keer via deze website geboekt dus met enige voorzichtigheid rondgekeken naar de verschillende appartementen. Ik ben vooral afgegaan op de positieve reviews. Toch weet je nooit wat je echt gaat aantreffen, maar alles klopte gewoon. De huiseigenaar is zoals beschreven. Ook bij ons werd aangeboden opgehaald te worden van de luchthaven (maar wij hadden een huurauto, was niet nodig). Fruit had hij klaargelegd😀 Het huis heeft een fantastische locatie. Vooral met twee jonge kinderen fijn dat je in de buurt bent van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is fijn en het Las Vistas- strand vond ik zeer plezierig voor kinderen om te zwemmen. Supermarkt met redelijke prijzen dichtbij. Het huis zelf was zeer schoon. Heerlijk!! Extra beddengoed in de kasten. Bedden waren wel wat minder comfortabel, maar dat kan per persoon verschillen. Verder genoeg handdoeken en verder echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb mijn adres in Tenerife gevonden!

Immer wieder gerne. 2 Schlafzimmer, großer Balkon mit Esstisch, Swimmingpool mit Liegen, Duschen und Toiletten zur Mitbenutzung. Viele Restaurants um die Ecke. Eigener PKW Stellplatz. Küche zum Kochen komplett ausgestattet. Alles sauber. Wäsche und Zubehör ausreichend vorhanden.

The apartment was very clean and well kited out with bedding towels & kitchen, large balcony bedrooms good size as was the lounge and a laundry aria outside the kitchen the apartment overall was well worth the money. the apartment was on the 6 floor but the lift was outside the entrance door to the flat, the owners were very nice people, the complex was a older typically Spanish but the gardens and the pool areas were well looked after cleaned very day. The property was in a really good location one street away from the sea, we went most nights to a bar restaurant a short walk to the sea front called LAS TAPAS 3 COURSES 6.95 WITH 19 STARTERS AND 30 MAINS + 8 DESSERTS TRY THE STARTER SALADS AND THE SIRLOIN STEAK WITH A SAUCE OF YOUR CHOICE PLUS AFTER'S FOR 21EURO FOR THREE PEOPLE DONT GO FOR THE MAIN MENU AND A 1EURO PINT?. IF YOU HAVENT GONE A BUS TRIP TRY THE FULL IRLAND TRIP 25 EURO GOOD FULL DAY TO SEE ALL THE PLACES BRIAN

Clean, practical flat in a nice spot

Stayed here for three weeks in July. Welcoming host who picked us up at the airport. The flat has all kinds of facilities, is spacious and has no "unwanted guests" - not a bug in sight for the whole stay (which is not always the case in these parts of the world). Very nice pools for free use, well working wi-fi and close to grocery shops. No airconditioning, but we did not really need it as there was a nice breeze in the area and it worked well with having windows open. (Occationally some noise from bars in the neighbourhood, but not a big problem.) Recommended!

I loved it

Me and my husband have been coming to los ctristianos for 10yrs. Sadly my husband passed away in February so this was my first time back without him. He would have loved this apartment as everything was right on your doorstep. It was super clean with everything you would ever need. Luis the owner was a joy to deal with. Me and my sister were picked up at the airport. We were also taken back for our return flight. Luis dad was the perfect gentlemen and we could not thank them enough for there kindness. What a lovely family. When I came home I booked straight away for next year. This apartment will be my home from home for 2 wks every year !!!!! Thank you
