Close to the The Domain shopping mall via MoPac where Nordstrom opened their new store in September, 2016 and where Restoration Hardware recently opened their premier Gallery store with over 60,000 square feet on 4 floors. Many of these companies have reserved my home for employee transfers, visiting executives as well as store openings. Restaurants are abound to fit any palate and pocketbook from fast food to fine dining. Entertainment & Recreational venues are all around this property. So whatever one is looking for can be found within a few minutes drive from this property. And downtown Austin is a straight shot on I-35 which is about 20 miles close.
