A lovely house

We had a very nice stay at Tre Acque. A perfect location and pretty house. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Our daughters ( 18, 21, 24 years) had each enough privacy as the rooms are spread out . The outside cold shower is very nice and convenient. The WiFi is good. The contact with the owner is quick and friendly. In summary a perfect stay on a very nice and beautiful island. I would highly recommend to go to Elba and to Tre Acque

Charming & relaxed hollidays

We (2 families) spend wonderful 2 weeks on Elba with perfect weather, very nice and different beaches and food. It's a nice and quiet house a bit offside of the turism, which we liked. We found a clean and nearly fully equipped house and friendly "caretakers". The big and terrace is wonderful, the trees around gives you shaddow as much as you like. The only thing we missed, was something against the mosquitos (maybe some more safty guards for the windows could help). I'm pretty shure, we will come back and enjoy again! Our Tip: if you don't like crowded beaches try out one of the 150 beaches (often a bit hidden) around Elba, which you can find on "beach maps" sold there.

I'm very happy that you enjoyed so much your staying in my family country house in the beautiful island of Elba. About mosquitos, which is a problem in the whole island, I will do next year, beside the table that are in each room, a disinfestation on the outside area. I really hope you will come again !

Jolie maison dans la verdure et meublée avec goût. Face aux levers de soleil magnifiques. Seul bémol la 2eme chambre dont l’accès passe par la première chambre est trop petite.

Maison idéalement située, avec une vue magnifique, de grands espaces extérieurs et un parking couvert très appréciable. Le cadre est superbe et la maison possède un réel potentiel. Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la famille qui nous a accueillis.Notre séjour a toutefois été marqué par plusieurs points décevants au regard du prix payé. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le studio indépendant en raison d’une forte humidité. Nous avons également rencontré des difficultés avec la climatisation, dont le fonctionnement nous a semblé irrégulier. La propreté à notre arrivée ne correspondait pas à nos attentes malgré les frais de ménage, notamment dans la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée où nous avons retrouvé des cheveux et des insectes et avons préféré nettoyer avant utilisation.Nous avons également trouvé la literie peu confortable, en particulier un lit enfant qui n’a pas permis à notre enfant d’y dormir pendant le séjour. Enfin, la chasse d’eau des toilettes du rez-de-chaussée mériterait une vérification.C’est une maison qui possède un véritable potentiel et qui pourrait offrir une excellente expérience avec quelques améliorations en matière d’entretien et de confort.

Cucina molto attrezzata, comodi divani e lettini esterni.La mattina d'estate la casa è molto calda per via dell'orientamento dell'edificio ed il posizionamento sulla collina.Il soggiorno nel complesso è piacevole, ma dall'annuncio non si comprendeva bene la quantità di posti letto per cui ho dovuto chiedere chiarimenti all'host.Zona silenziosa e comoda per porto ferraio e procchio.

Super Location Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen. Die riesige!!! Terrasse blickt in ein Tal. Von den nächsten Nachbarn bekommt man überhaupt nichts mit. ( es gibt allerdings keinen Meerblick; uns war das klar )Die Lage unmittelbar vor der Abzweigung in die Biodola Bucht an der Hauptstraße von Porto Ferraio nach Prochio / Marcina Marina ist superzentral zu allen schönen Buchten und dennoch supereinsam. Also eine geniale Kombination. Das Haus ist absolut gut ausgestattet. Das Kinderzimmer im 1. OG ist tatsächlich nur für kleinere Kinder geeignet. (Das eine Bett ist tatsächlich ein Kinderbett)Super ist der große Tisch auf der Terrasse. Hier kann man sehr gemütlich Frühstücken und Abendessen. (Mittagessen würde natürlich auch gehen haben wir aber nicht gemacht weil wir am Strand waren. )Wir waren zu 6. Wir die Eltern haben im räumlich abgetrennten ebenerdigen Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad geschlafen. Unsere Kinder (15J-20J) zusammen oben im 1.OG mit der tollen kleinen Zusatzterrasse. Das Haus ist eigentlich eher ein Landsitz und wirklich superschön.

Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen und wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es gab einen sehr netten Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der uns das ganze Haus zeigte und die Technik erklärte. Küche und Bäder sind sauber und erfüllen ihren Zweck, auch wenn alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist.Besonders toll für uns waren die extra Räume (Anbau und Studio) für die Kinder – das hat auch dem Teenager sehr gefallen.Dass alle Räume mit einer leistungsstarken Klimaanlage versehen sind, war an den wirklich heißen Tagen ein Traum. Einkaufen und Ausflüge lassen sich von hier aus sehr einfach organisieren.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können das Haus Familien mit Kindern empfehlen.

Abbiamo passato delle giornate stupende in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso! La sig.ra Maria molto disponibile a risolvere un paio di problemi tecnici iniziali con il frigo e il sig. Marco ancora di più! Consigliata assolutamente per stare in totale relax a poca distanza in auto da spiagge, supermercati e molto altro. Vista la zona nonostante le giornate calde estive rimane comunque piuttosto ventilato. Lo spazio esterno per mangiare e rilassarsi è un punto sicuramente a favore! Torneremo sicuramente

Scnönes Ferienhaus

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und das Haus wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist ein Juwel, ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Straße, die in der Hauptsaison stark befahren ist, hört man etwas. Sonst sehr ruhig. Genügend Platz für 6-8 Personen, wenn man aber mit 8 Personen in der Küche essen möchte, wäre es zu eng. Leider lässt FeWo zur Originalanzeige auf einer italienischen Seite einige Beschreibungen weg, wie z. B. dass der Ausweis bereits 24 Stunden vorher als Kopie an eine E-mail Adresse gesendet werden muss. War dann etwas blöd für uns, da wir bereits in Italien ohne Internet waren. Aber wir konnten es mit der Besitzerin klären.

Manca una cesta per spostare il bucato dalla lavanderia, la tenda della doccia andrebbe tagliata a misura per evitare la muffa in futuro, per il resto tutto ok ;°) Soggiorno piacevole, bella casa confortevole e in buona posizione. Grazie!

Gemütlicher Rückzugsort

In mitten des Hauptsaisontrubels hatten wir im casale tre acque einen wunderschönen und gemütlichen Ort, an den wir uns immer wieder zurückziehen, wo wir Erwachsenen uns ausruhen und unsere Kinder nach Herzenslust toben konnten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war super praktisch, der Außensitzplatz wunderschön. Das Gelände vor dem Haus wurde jede Nacht von Wildschweinen besucht ( es empfiehlt sich Lebensmittel abends immer gut wegzuräumen und den Müll nicht am Vorabend rauszustellen). Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben das Landhaus mitsamt den wilden Mitbewohnern ins Herz geschlossen.

Nice and outdated

This holiday home has a perfect view & feels really nice. You need to consider that the beds & interior are outdated and not everything is as comfortable as one would have at home.

Vacanza in una casa non appropriata

La casa colonica avrebbe buone possibilità se non fosse rimasta ferma agli anni ‘60 nell’arredamento interno vecchio e poco utilizzabile e nella manutenzione. Le due camere al piano terra sono paurosamente povere. La camera esterna asservita al piccolissimo bagno della camera interna è improponibile! La cucina è buona e attrezzata come la camera al primo piano. Positivo è il tavolo esterno per pranzare. Però è negativo l’odore di fogna che si respira sulla terrazza. C’e’ tranquillità pace e silenzio ma non sono sufficienti. Non si può vivere una vacanza nel disagio. Da dimenticare.

Casale immerso nella natura

Tipico casale dell'Elba in posizione fantastica, immerso nel verde e nella più totale tranquillità e silenzio, allo stesso tempo a qualche minuto d'auto da Portoferraio. Ideale per famiglie o per un gruppo di amici che vogliono esplorare l'isola. Perfettamente attrezzato, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il pergolato con barbecue, ideale per cene estive all'aperto, e la grande terrazza davanti alla casa dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Accoglienza precisa e puntuale, sempre disponibile in caso di necessità. Siamo stati benissimo!!!

La casa è bellissima! Immersa nel verde della campagna e circondata dal bosco, è il posto ideale per riposarsi. Una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola è a soli 5 minuti dalla casa. La cucina è fornitissima è molto funzionale, non manca davvero nulla. C’e Una grandissima lavanderia davvero molto utile soprattutto se la permanenza è lunga e un essiccatoio esterno che permette di asciugare tutto velocemente. Ma la cosa più bella della casa è a mio avviso il porticato esterno, dotato di sdraio e lettini, un bel barbecue ed un tavolo molto grande in cui poter fare dalla colazione alla cena! La proprietaria e i signori che gestiscono la manutenzione/pulizie sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta e necessità. Gli unici appunti che mi sento di fare sono relativi alla depandance: c’è poca luce nella stanza (ci sono solo due abat-jour senza un lampadario principale) e la mattina entra la luce del sole in quanto non ci sono gli scuri alle finestre e porte finestre. Non è dotata di bagno quindi se gli ospiti la notte hanno delle necessità devono entrare in casa (che comunque è a pochi metri). Nel complesso è un’ottima struttura, se tornerò all’elba tornerò sicuramente al casale delle tre acque!

Urlaub in den Pfingstferien 2019

Wunderschönes toskanisches Landhaus, etwas muffig, wie in alten Landhäusern üblich, tolle Lage, sehr sauber mit wunderschönem Blick ins Land. Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank sauber und relativ neu. Riesenterasse unter Pinien, zum Teil überdacht mit schönem gemauerten Grill. Hier kann man es sich richtig gut gehen lassen. Portoferraio mit großem COOP und Conad in 10 min mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Traumstrände in Proccio ebenfalls in 10 min erreichbar. Marina Di Campo in 20 min erreichbar. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!! P.S. Wir waren mit 4 Kindern und einem Hund dort und allem haben sich wunderbar erholt.

Charmante maison traditionnelle au coeur des collines

Maison traditionnelle nichée au calme dans la verdure. Belle vue sur la campagne environnante, mais pas de vue sur la mer. La maison dispose de terrasses agréables et d'un jardin en terrasse, mais l'orientation et la situation font que le soleil donne peu (sans doute agréable quand il fait chaud en plein été), en revanche à l'intersaison la maison se révèle humide et il est même nécessaire d'allumer le chauffage (attention il n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la location !). Globalement bien équipée, beau séjour avec cheminée. Ambiance cosy et chaleureuse, jolis objets, livres en abondance, on se sent "chez soi" ! Une belle chambre à l'étage, les autres sont beaucoup plus sommaires. La literie mériterait d'être changée. Enfin le couple qui s'occupe de l'accueil sur place est adorable et très réactif.

Je suis très heureuse que vous avez apprécié votre séjour a la maison Tre acque. Etait programme pour le mois de mars 19 le coupage des 6 grands pins, qui maintiennent la fraicheur pendant l'été mais un peu d'humidité dans les moyens saisons, que un peu de chauffage fait disparaitre. Le travail des pins a du être renvoyé au mois de septembre pour un accident de la personne charge. Le linge sera renouvelle. Pendant l'été l'ombre des pins est fantastique!

un'oasi di fresco e tranquillità

Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve ma piacevole...più che una casa è un casolare immerso nel verde e quindi si trova in un contesto rilassante ed è davvero vicino alle più belle spiagge dell'Elba...La casa è molto spaziosa e ben equipaggiata. La dislocazione delle camere (due nel corpo centrale e due con accesso separato) può essere un vantaggio per avere una privacy maggiore! Unico consiglio che darei alla proprietaria (una signora gentilissima) è di sostituire i fornelli perchè fanno poca fiamma e per cuocere il cibo ci vuole un bel pò di tempo ....!

Sono felice che abbiate un bel soggiorno alle Tre acque e spero che ritorniate per un periodo di vacanza un po piu lungo...con un relax maggiore!! Ho cambiato i fornelli lo scorso anno ma....li faro verifacare dal tecnico e grazie per avermelo ricordato!!

Un séjour génial ! Grazie

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille cet été sur l'Ile d'Elbe. Une découverte ! Ile magnifique, encore très sauvage (des sangliers nous réveillaient la nuit !) et un vrai dépaysement... La maison est très bien placée, à proximité de la Biodola l'une des plages les plus charmantes de l'île. Pas loin non plus de Portoferraio, pratique pour les courses etc. Au milieu de la nature et des pins, cette vieille maison de famille nous a tous charmé. On sent une belle histoire de famille avec tous les livres et les photos du bon vieux temps. Les petits moins (peu nombreux) : on entend un peu la route la nuit (même si elle est assez loin), et les moustiques se manifestent le soir (mais la maison est bien équipée pour lutter contre eux)! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car l'accueil de Maria Adèle et les bons services de Gabriela nous ont offert un très bel été... Merci encore !

Séjour enchanteur

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette charmante maison. Elle est idéalement située sur l'île, proche à la fois de Portoferraio et de Procchio, d'où on peut traverser l'île en moins de vingt minutes et de là atteindre la côte sud-ouest avec ses extraordinaires routes panoramiques et ses endroits de baignades magiques. Elle possède une très belle terrasse, équipée pour la sieste et munie d'une douche extérieure (très appréciable au retour de la mer !), ombragée par des pins magnifiques et fleurie. Le coin à manger dehors est très plaisant, doté d'un barbecue à côté. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, le salon est charmant et possède une bibliothèque multilingue intéressante.Nous avons reçu la maison dans un état de propreté irréprochable; Madame Gabriella et son mari, qui s'en occupent sur place, nous ont réservé un accueil des plus sympathiques. Nous étions 6 personnes en tout, dont deux couples. Les chambres à coucher du corps principal de la maison conviennent mieux à une famille avec petits enfants, car l'accès à la salle de bain pour la deuxième chambre se fait par celle des parents. C'est un tout petit bémol dont nous nous sommes très bien accommodés. Nous ne pouvons que recommander très chaudement ce séjour. Un bellissimo soggiorno in un ambiente rilassante e tranquillo.

Non appena arrivati ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. L'accoglienza di Signora Gabriella e famiglia era gentilissima. La Casa era fresca e tutto pulitissimo. La terrazza è diventata il nostro punto d'incontri famigliari , con tanti momenti rilassanti e grande grigliate. Abbiamo sentito il profumo del bosco e vissuto momenti bellissimi di luce e sole. La casa è semplice ma ben arredata e confortevole. La cucina ha tutto il necessario. Siamo stati bene anche se per purtroppo poco tempo. Ritorneremo! We have had a beautiful holiday in Biodola. The house was comfortable and clean, the kitchen fully equipped. The terrace was our point of living from sunrising to warm evenings. I will surely come back because it felt truly home.
