Bay View

Charmingly decorated. Seemed more spacious than the pictures showed. All the furniture is comfortable, including the bed. Convenient wall hangers instead of closet. Pocket doors were space saving and operated smoothly. Short walk to Grotto, Mamma Maria, The Coffee Mill. The view of the bay is spectacular.

Perfect location

We booked a last minute winter weekend and this place was perfect. Amazing views, super clean and perfect location. Would definitely go back!

Cozy bay front condo

Probably the best property to rent at the beach.

I enjoyed the condo very much so. It's very inviting. The outside view was amazing with beautiful water views, a private lounge area, place to park your boat, and walk in access to the bay. It was perfect for my family and I.

Amazing bayside condo!!!

I had a great stay at Pelican Cove. The condo was the perfect size for me and my dog. It has been updated and had everything I needed for a great vacation. It's in the perfect spot right on the bay, you can't beat the view!! Thank you so much!

Beautiful Condo with Amazing views

This condo is meticulous maintained. The owners have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The location is stunning, and private beach and grounds for pelican cove are a nice oasis. Close to everything in Dewey.

Mid Winter Getaway

Great property for two adults. View of the bay is awesome. Very clean and included many of the day to day necessities including sheets, towels, soaps, shampoo,etc. Location was great for a mid winter stay. During the summer season it would have been a bit far from the ocean and would not have been convenient if that is important to you.

Fabulous!!!

Great place to be by the Bay!! The place was clean, well stocked with things needed for the beach and amenities. Absolutely loved the pier area, great for coffee, cocktails and watching the Sunset. My husband and our son visit Dewey every Summer and this was one of the Best stays!!! Thank you Cat and Paul. We are excited to tell friends and family about your place. We’re looking forward to staying again.

Perfect Stay, Water View

Beautiful spot on the bay in a welcoming, friendly private community. Quiet and relaxing. Two blocks to the beach. Newly refurbished condo with everything you need. Towels/sheets and bathroom amenities helpful to cut down on packing. Very clean, especially for dog friendly (no hidden dog hair!). Responsive and helpful owners. Recommend 100%.

Great location, very clean!

Very clean property with an extremely convenient location. Perfect for a short getaway with my husband and one year old child. The other residents at the property could not have been kinder either. Very welcoming!! The only reason 4 instead of 5 stars, is a bar/club about 200 meters away on the bay played extremely loud music Friday and Saturday. Luckily we had a sound machine for our daughter otherwise a light sleeper like myself would have had difficulty.

Awesome location on the bay but noisy

The location is amazing with private peer for fishing and awesome view on the bay. However, the Northbeach night club is too close to enjoy all of it. The loud music and noise starts at 3 pm and last until 1 am making it impossible to rest at night and even enjoy the evening in private area outside. The property is not maintained well, cleaning standards are not the best and past due for renovation and redecoration.

Great Location in Dewey

My husband, son, dog and I just returned from a few nights stay in Dewey. This condo was the perfect size for us. It's located right on the bay and within walking distance to the beach. There is a bar on each side of the condo along the bay that does play music, but we actually enjoyed sitting outside and listening to it. We did not hear the music inside the condo, so it was not disruptive. We did use the crab trap, which was fun for our son to see. Details of what was expected and the check-in/check-out process was well communicated by the owners. I would definitely recommend this condo/unit to anyone visiting Dewey with a small family and/or dog!

Amazing sunsets

The property was as advertised. Very neat and clean. Easy check-in process and the keyless entry worked perfectly. Right by the water for fishing and the private beach is a great spot to enjoy tea and a book in the morning. The sunsets are amazing. I would definitely rent again.

Relaxing water view!

The condo is exactly as described. Location is great, walkable to everything in Dewey. The private beach area is a lovely place to have your morning coffee or evening nightcap. It was nice to see the sunsets too! The hosts include a bottle of wine and delicious coffee for guests, a very sweet gesture. Thanks you!

Restful Time

Nice quiet time at the beach within 20 feet of the bay. Friendly neighbors. Removed from the traffic. Walked the entire week to all locations.

Wonderful time on the Bay

We had a delightful time at this lovely condo. It had beautiful views and connections to the bay. We loved the bird watching. And it was a very short walk to the ocean. And walkable to many restaurants and easy drive to many fun adventures. We would definitely stay there again. We went in February which is off season and It felt very safe and was quiet.

Views are the best!

Our 3 night stay was everything we hoped for and more! The unit was perfect for my husband and I and it was located within walking distance of the the beach and lots of restaurants and a short drive to everything you could want or need. Bathroom is newly updated and the shower is awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes but could have used some regular size spoons. The scenery however, is what stole the show. It was absolutely wonderful to wake up to the view of the water and to sit and watch the activity on and around us. It provided the relaxation I craved. Our host was available for every question and was quick to respond. We will certainly consider staying again if we are ever back in the area.

A lovely and quick getaway

The property was just like the advertisement - the reality was just as lovely as the pictures. Steps away from the bay, a few minutes walk to the beach. It was a great opportunity to sneak away from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy nature. The property was updated, clean and all amenities were there for us. The view from the condo was amazing. Thanks for the respite!
