A wonderful stay

The location of this charming villa is perfect and it is well equipped with facilities for a family stay. The pool was an added bonus! The service and communication before and throughout the stay was excellent. The staff ensured that all our needs were catered to and they were at hand to answer any question we had. Will definitely recommend!

Very pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay. Pool area very clean, tidy and relaxing. Most idyllic location with amazing views. A few things could do with some attention which could be due to end of the season and a few hiccups where no house manual available. Overall a lovely holiday.

The house is in a fantastic location and the pool and outdoor areas are all amazing. However… we were very disappointed with the state of the house. When we arrived, the kitchen and fridge in particular were dirty (old food and dead flies in the fridge), dishes, cutlery and pots and pans not properly cleaned (still with food waste on). The dishwasher was very old and faulty which may explain the state of the dishes etc. The agency (Catalunya Casas) did send cleaners quickly to be fair. The holiday was expensive and for the money we expected something special and high quality, but the decor, furniture, and most things in the house were all pretty old and cheap (kitchen especially).

Overall your company was excellent

Overall your company was excellent in the way it dealt with problems. When we arrived at the villa it was not as described and unfortunately had been left in a bit of a state by the previous renters, Catalunya Casas, immediately put things right, Mauri was an outstanding representative of your business. The villa is a little tired externally, with some damage to the BBQ, pool and its surrounding areas (desperately needs resolving in a more permanent matter). Internally the villa was sound and in an excellent state, it was a huge benefit to the children to have super fast broadband and excellent TV connections like Netflix. The position of the villa is what shone, what a view, beautiful outlook and lovely in the evening. The furnishings externally where replaced when we were there as they were not as pictured and where worn and old. Overall we will be back, but maybe to another villa, unless improvements are made to this one. I would highly recommend Catalunya Casas however, as they couldn't have been more helpful . Shame I could only have given the Villa 8 Stars

Everything is good, the access until the house is a little bit long from the town, but if your plan is spend some days there, this is not a problem. Good place, good garden and good swimingpool.

We had a great time at the house

We had a great time at the house, the views are amazing, the pool is really nice and the house is comfortable, it had everything we needed for the weekend.
