Book your cozy Chicago getaway! This pet-friendly 3-bedroom duplex apartment comfortably fits 8 guests. Perfect for families, it features a dedicated workspace, a fully fenced backyard with a dog run, and a cozy fireplace. We offer special rates for long-term stays and are located just minutes from town, with access to a nearby beach. Enjoy the convenience of a private garage and free street parking. Ideal for holiday visits, university trips, or an extended stay in the city.

Welcome to your inviting home base in Chicago, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The main living area is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to relax in.

* **Living & Working:** Unwind in one of two separate living areas. The main floor features a cozy fireplace, while our HDTV with streaming services offers endless entertainment. For those mixing work with travel, a dedicated workspace with a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi is ready for you.

* **Kitchen & Dining:** Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including modern stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils, whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just need to prepare a quick meal.

* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** Three comfortable bedrooms ensure a peaceful night's sleep. You'll find a regal King bedroom, a cozy Queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two Double beds. All rooms have plenty of closet and dresser space. Two full bathrooms are stocked with hotel-like amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

* **For Families:** Traveling with little ones is easier here. We provide a crib, high chair, safety gates, children's toys, and a dedicated playroom area.

* **Outdoor Space:** Step out onto the back terrace with dining seating. The large, fully fenced backyard features a huge dog run, giving your pets a safe space to play.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire first-floor apartment. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. You will also have private use of the back porch. Shared access includes the large, fenced backyard and the in-building laundry facilities. A private garage with space for one car is included for your exclusive use.

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We are available via the messaging app if you have any questions or need local recommendations. Otherwise, we will give you your space to enjoy your Chicago getaway.

We truly enjoyed this spot, which was walking distance to the el train and places to eat, shop, etc. it was cold when we were there but it was also walking distance to the lake and beaches!

A Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful, spacious first-floor home with gorgeous light, fully furnished with everything you could need! We loved our stay. Loved the dog-friendly, walkable neighborhood and felt right at home. Bright wraparound windows in the front made a perfect home office! Lots of space for everyone! Kerry was terrific! Immediately responsive and a great host. Thank you!!

Nice and comfortable

We needed a place with a lot of room, affordable and nice. This home certainly did not disappoint. The home was in a nice neighborhood and very comfortable. The host of the property was awesome. She was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable during our stay in Evanston.

We would definitely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. Loved the ease of letting out the dog as it was fully fenced. House was very nice and had everything we needed. Cute Home in Evanston

We really enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks at this home in Evanston! Great location with a GARAGE and LAUNDRY room (which is hard to find at this price point in the area). Close walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, post office, and downtown mom & pop shops. About 30 minutes from downtown Chicago (without traffic) and 25 minutes to Niles. Parking in the area is difficult so it is a must to have a garage space. Home had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and great WiFi for working from home. They had a real crib for our little one (not a pack and play or portable crib). So our little one slept comfortably thank goodness. Host was super responsive and helpful. Dining table was a plus. All the amenities you would have at home are here at this rental.

Perfect Base for our Family

We needed a place to stay while we were in between houses and this place had everything we needed - including toys for the kids! Having a spot in the garage was perfect and a necessity, but street parking for the other car was never a problem. Not a bad thing but just noting, there is no garbage disposal. The house is stocked on everything else though - towels, blankets, plenty of space, basic kitchen supplies, and great washer & dryer. Kerry is great and was so helpful during our stay. The neighborhood is fun and walkable to the train and we loved walking to the Firehouse Grill for dinner! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking to be in Evanston and nearby.

Great Experience

Everything about this rental, and our stay, was wonderful. The set up was just right for us (one grandparent, two parents, a 4 1/2 year old and a 2 1/2 year old). A bonus was child equipment and toys and books. The owner was immediately responsive to our questions and requests. Although there was a garage, even in a winter storm, there was convenient street parking as well. Calling this rental "great for traveling families" was not an overstatement. We plan to make this our go to rental when we visit the area. Thanks so much to the host.

Charming house in great neighborhood

Plenty of space to hang out in great Evanston area. Nice to have garage parking but street parking was available for 2nd car. Kerry was great to work with. We will be back!

Lovely house in great location

Was a great space for our short trip. Plenty of space for my husband and myself, our two toddlers and my parents. Lots of great options to walk to nearby plus easy driving distance to downtown, Chicago Botanic Gardens, Ba Hai Temple and beach. The house has what you need. Beds are comfy, bathrooms wonderful. It was perfect for us to have two living spaces and good wifi that allowed for us to work remotely or for my parents to get some quiet time away from the kids. Only advice for those booking the kitchen has good selection pots and pans etc but if you plan to cook you need to bring salt, pepper, oil etc.
