Great Evanston Stay

Great location in walking distance to downtown, the Metra and CTA lines. Was in town for a conference and this worked perfectly.

Visit northwestern

Great place for visiting northwestern students (activities). The building is nice, parking is a great bonus, and the unit is clean and well appointed.

Perfect Stay

Great experience all the way around. Easy booking, great communication with the host. Spacious, very comfortable accommodation with indoor parking. Immaculately clean and very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, linens and towels. Bonus to have access to a workout room. We had a great time! Great location!

Great property!

We loved the condo! Beautifully furnished and very close to great restaurants and Northwestern Univ. I have recommended it to family who travel to this area a few times a year. I had a few questions at first and all were answered quickly and clearly. Thanks for making our son's graduation weekend even better! Highly recommend!

Great stay and perfect location!

Overall, this property is one of the best properties we have rented from VRBO. Communication with the manager was excellent, easy with almost immediate responses. We stayed here for 5 days. The unit itself was bright and welcoming, spotless, well appointed and well equipped/supplied. Furniture, including beds, were very comfortable. Shower pressure (in both bathrooms) was amazing! Check in directions were clear and the process was a breeze! Parking being included was a bonus. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Chicago as well as points north. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops and the lake are within easy walking distance. Don't hesitate to rent this amazing unit!

Very Enjoyable Stay!

We have stayed at these properties (different units owned and managed by the same company) several times when we visit family and friends in the area. We always enjoy our time there. The units are clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The management is always very responsive and helpful and the secure building and parking is great. We also love the location. Michelle & Brandon (management) are fabulous! We look forward to our next stay!

Checks all the Boxes

Immediately upon entering, my wife remarked how clean the apartment was (she’s a real stickler for cleanliness). Host was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Convenient location. Parking easy. Heard no noise at all from other apts. Well stocked. Room size was good. 2 bathrooms was a big plus. We all fell in love with the massage chair. Extremely pleased.

Visiting Northwestern U

Stayed here for two nights to check out the university. Great location. Close enough to walk everywhere we needed. Nice unit. Kids enjoyed the pool. Host was very accommodating and great about responding in a timely manner.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious living

This is really a comfortable home for 4 people. Very quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood. quick walk, just a Few blocks from lots of restaurants and shopping, 0.8 mile walk to the lake shore. I would definitely stay here again.
