For the price paid there was definitely room for improvement . The bath towel were very worn and not matching. There was only one dish towel. The pillow cases in the master bedroom were torn. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced.The unit is in a beautiful building with a great location. Communication with the manager was great

While I offered you a special discounted rate, early check-in, and full amenity access, it was the best rate possible for those dates. I appreciate your feedback about the amenities. The unit is stocked with a fabric dish towel and kitchen towels, and I would have been happy to provide extras from storage if you needed more during your 3-day stay. I’m sorry to hear about the pillowcases and will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure any worn pillowcases are replaced. Since we strive to address concerns right away, I wish you had shared these when I checked in during your stay.

Fantastic place to stay

This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a girls weekend with my nieces. Close enough to Chicago to drive in for the day but far enough away to not deal with the craziness of the city. This place is soacious, comfortable and had every amenity we needed. The pool was a huge hit with the girls. The beds were comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely place, well located

We spent 6 days very comfortably while visiting nearby family. We were walking distance from everything we needed, a big plus. Our host was very responsive; we really appreciated it. We will stay again on our next visit.

Perfect Stay

Great experience all the way around. Easy booking, great communication with the host. Spacious, very comfortable accommodation with indoor parking. Immaculately clean and very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, linens and towels. Bonus to have access to a workout room. We had a great time! Great location!

Great property!

We loved the condo! Beautifully furnished and very close to great restaurants and Northwestern Univ. I have recommended it to family who travel to this area a few times a year. I had a few questions at first and all were answered quickly and clearly. Thanks for making our son's graduation weekend even better! Highly recommend!

Over all property is average. A few disappointing items.Towels need replaced, they are stained, old and ratty.There are very few glasses for beverages.
