新しい1階のアパート、Arradonの先端の美しい設定で安全です。
特別なビュー、島のLogoden、アルツの島と修道院の島。

Morbihan湾の端にある遠足を利用するには、落ち着きのある庭園、状況に感謝します。
ガーデンからビーチやトレイルまでのプライベートな出口。

200mのところにArradon港があります。ボートのレンタル、カヤック、釣り、パドル。
Arradonの村はすべてのお店を提供しています：レストラン、火曜日と金曜日の午前中の市場、すべて徒歩10分以内。
ボートで釣りをしている人のために、あなたは満員になるでしょう。

Ein Traum!

In der Domaine de Kerrat zu wohnen ist ein Traum. Die Gastgeber Mme. und M. Auvray sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement bietet den ganzen modernen Komfort. Der Blick auf den Golf du Morbihan ist traumhaft. Die Ruhe ist unglaublich, wenn man aus einer Stadt kommt. Bäcker und Café sind fussläufig erreichbar. Parkplätze sind am Place de L’ Eglise immer frei. Der Markt in Arradon Dienstags und Freitags bietet herrliche , abwechslungsreiche Köstlichkeiten. Es gibt hier in der näheren Umgebung viel zu sehen. Quiberon, Carnac, Locmariaquer, Auray, Vannes, Guerande um nur einige zu erwähnen. Wir würden gerne hier bleiben.Wir kommen wieder!

Une vue mer magnifique

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille chez Eliane. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. La vue est juste superbe, l'accés à la mer par le portillon au bout du jardin est très pratique et permet de s'y rendre dès qu'on souhaite mettre les pieds dans l'eau. La région est magnifique avec beaucoup de sentiers de randonnée ou à vélo à proximité. Bref je recommande sans hésitation.

Accueil par Karine bienveillant. Eliane nous a guidés par téléphone très gentiment lors de notre arrivée. Contact très chaleureux avec elle et son époux. Un grand merci. Le lieu est magnifique, très calme, le logement très bien agencé avec une belle décoration. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Et encore merci !!!

Un séjour paradisiaque

Tout était parfait, la vue à couper le souffle sur le golfe du Morbihan, l'accès à la mer depuis la propriété, la proximité du port, le calme. L'arrivée à la propriété s'est très bien passé, nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueuillis, et Karine, la réceptionniste, s'est montrée très attentionnée. En ce qui concerne la propriété, c'est du grand confort, c'est très propre, très bien équipé, la décoration du logement et du jardin est vraiment de très bon goût. Bref, ce séjour a été un pur bonheur. Voici une expérience que nous renouvellerons.

Le golfe du Morbihan au bout du jardin

Maison très agréable, bien équipé, avec joli jardin et vue imprenable sur le golfe du Morbihan et ses nombreuses îles. Il nous suffisait d'ouvrir le portillon au bout du jardin pour accéder à la plage et nous promener sur le sentier côtier. De vrais vacances, relaxation assurée ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Grandiose Aussicht aufs Meer

Sehr nette Vermieter die sich um alles kümmern. Das Apartment ist schöner als auf den Bildern. Küche ist komplett. Nur die Töpfe müsste man jetzt mal erneuern. Wir haben die Eierbecher dort gelassen. Sehr gerne zu empfehlen!

A Bit Of Heaven In The Riviera of Brittany

This two/three bedroom apt is on the lower floor of a very modern, very nicely kitted out house in the lovely town of Arradon just minutes from Vannes and near enough to places like Carnac, Auray, Pont Aven and Quimper to be a perfect location for day trips. It was built to host the visits of the owner's children and grandchildren, and it is only available while the owners are on their own holiday. It is like having your own private vacation home in a wonderful setting. The view of the ocean in the picture does not come close to describing its loveliness. The house is on a large estate of one acre or more in a gated community of other large houses and runs right down to the Bay. It is quiet, private and incredibly comfortable. And while it is a bit pricier than other places of the same size, it is also so delightfully welcoming and wonderful that we would go back in a heartbeat.

Vue splendide sur le golfe du Morbihan, mer en bas du jardin, calme absolu et environnement de très grande qualité. L'appartement est refait à neuf et très confortable. Plein de livres et de DVD à disposition. Nous avons passé 10 jours très reposants en famille. Vannes est à 10 minutes en voiture si l'on veut un peu plus d'animation.
