Easy access via parkway to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Very nice pool area and Host was very helpful.

Perfect weekend getaway!

My mom and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The place was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location, not very far from some great beaches. The pool was wonderful and warm! Lonny was very helpful and responsive to anything that we needed. We had a great stay! It was a perfect place for the 2 of us!

Great value, great place to stay in Cape Coral

Very clean and cute place to stay. Enjoyed wine in the courtyard in the back at night and coffee at the dock in the mornings. We saw fish and a dolphin and a goose flew in to visit. The pool is really nice although we did not use it. Very convenient to everything. Owners were available whenever we had questions. Great value!

Relax Recharge Enjoy!

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything in Cape Coral including the amazing Yacht Club that has a beautiful beach and play area for kids. Also near great dining, micro breweries, markets, bike paths, etc!! We loved the house,large master with private bathroom and the gorgeous, large pool that was the perfect temp. Laying in the sun near the canal was so relaxing! Thanks for the wonderful vacation myself & family!

Great getaway spot!!

Nice and quiet!! We stayed here during our wedding week. It was so close to all of the events, but a nice quiet getaway from all of the hustle and bustle of everything. Lonny was so easy to schedule with even though it was short notice. Jack stopped by on our first morning to introduce himself, so sweet. Thanks for use of a great place and being so accommodating! We'll definitely be back!

Good location for us. Somewhat disappointed in the lack of utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Had some bugs in the house, spiders, silverfish and something we could not see biting us.

An absolutely perfect experience!

My husband and I stayed at this property during Easter week. We were visiting family who lived nearby. The property was clean. Anything and everything we needed - including beach towels - were provided. The beds and the bedding were so comfortable. The pool was clean. When we arrived we found instructions, information on local attractions, restaurants etc and contact information on the table. We had a question about the wi-fi and called the housekeeper, who answered immediately and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds, superb pool, good location!

Space was as represented. Someone commented on noise in a different review. Not an issue for us. Beds were comfortable and pool fantastic. Loved the floating chairs!. Nice outdoor areas and close to many things to do. The kitchen had what we needed and we cooked our meals here & used the grill. We used the patios too. Jack checked on us. We had no issues, totally enjoyed our time here, and look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!

We didn’t know we had to supply our own toilet paper. If it was in the info we missed it. Didn’t notice the mouse traps in the bathroom and under the bed (till I dropped something) till the day before we left. That freaked me out. Is it an issue, don’t know. I would suggest to bring your own towels, sheets, and of course TP. The pool was nice although weather was cool so we didn’t use.

Could be better

Tv never kept a signal because it was on a antenna, no cable. The Wi-Fi would go on and off a few times a day. Gas grill didn’t get hot and there was mold around the soap holder in the master bath. No pots and pans too cook, not user friendly. Time for a complete upgrade including furniture. Pool on the other hand was great.

Thank you we have looked in to the TV issue it is a smart TV with off air local stations roof top antenna hard wired with Coax and Cat5e hard wired to comcast Modem we were unable to reccreate any disturbance with nither off air or internet? You Tube opened and played fine. Cleaned under soap holder cleaners were missing it add additional pots There was only one.

There are better VRBO options

I wouldn’t return, and I do not recommend. On the positive side, the pool was warm and nice. The outdoor areas are great. The inside was average. On the negative end, it’s beside a busy road. There was traffic noise throughout the day and night. We walked around the neighborhood a couple times and didn’t feel safe. There were ants and ant traps throughout the house. We were also frustrated about their guest policy. The contract states an additional $30 per day per guest. We had two friends passing through town staying with us 3 of the 7 nights. We were were happy to pay the additional $60 for the three days they were there, but the owner demanded we pay the additional fee for all 7 nights without flexibility or understanding. I wouldn’t recommend based on the traffic, neighborhood, and lack of customer service. It is a below average VRBO, and you can find better places to stay for less money.

Twin House in a great Location: Rates based on total Travelers. All utilities are included. Each additional guest, any age $30.00 per person using facilities day or night. We take some Pets they are also $30.00 per night or day, per pet, + tax.

Excellent location and relaxing outdoor area

We were very pleased that the unit was so close to the Cape Coral city center and walking distance to restaurants, coffee, parks and much more. Really enjoyed the lovely pool and sitting outside by the canal. The duplex was plenty big for me and my husband.

Great service and location to the beach

The property managers Samantha and John were awesome. The convenience to the beach, stores, the airport, the highway were fantastic. The property itself included everything you could possibly want, it was clean and organized. We loved the private pool (shared with unit next door). The home is located immediately next to a street that can get very loud (especially with passersby jamming to loud music and pickup trucks driving at crazy speeds). The police really need to put speed bumps on the road and monitor the area. Overall, if you want a convenient place to stay that is well managed and aren't worried about noise/children running near a road, it is a great option.

Very clean centrally located property.

The property was very clean, and it had comfortable beds and a nice pool! It is located in a convenient location in the middle of all the different Fort Myers attractions. We had a small issue figuring out check-in in the dark but the owner was very nice and responsive!

My stay at 802 Victoria Dr.

The property was very nice. Had a nice time. The only issue was an ant problem in the kitchen. I bought and put out ant traps. Other than that had an excellent time. Would rent again and would recommend.

It was good

It was a good location for what we wanted. We did not use the pool, the only warm enough day was spent at the beach and Lover’s Key State Park. But the pool was clean. We had an ant problem which is common in FL, but Lonny got right on it and took care of the issue. The place is small, but we spent most of our time out and about so it didn’t matter to us. The bed was a little soft but perfectly comfortable, and I’m picky, I usually like a firm mattress.

Features Southern Exposure, Gulf Access canal, private dock, 32 ' x 14 ' heated salt water pool and wireless internet. Fun and entertainment in every direction. Fish right from our dock or pier fish at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. If you are a beach Bum the Yacht Club offers a white sand beach and a pool just a few blocks away or head to Fort Meyers Beach and get in on one of the many activities like volley ball.
