Everything was great, clean, and convenient. Very happy with the condo overall! The only complaint our family had was that the dryer didn't work very well - it took 4-5 cycles to dry a load of laundry. But that wasn't a big deal at all, we all had plenty of clothes with us.

Awesome unit. Plenty of space for a family, and amazing view from huge balcony. Spent plenty of time in the pools - both indoor and outdoor, as well as hot tubs and saunas (note, the only thing that was mildly disappointing was that the thing that looks like an outdoor hot tub in the pictures is NOT a hot tub, but rather a kiddie pool). Great stay, and look forward to another trip in the future.

I have stayed with many different management companies that operate in Gulf Shores. Picket Properties was the most responsive to our needs. From the small stuff like a water filter to larger stuff like water coming through the vent from the upstairs unit. They answered our calls and took great care of us. The 4 bedroom unit on the 25th floor had amazing views when we were not fogged in. Everyone had a great time. Phoenix West has a lot of activities for snowbirds or winter residents. There were activities going on in the lobby area almost every day.
The only building you could see from the 25th floor when the fog rolled in.

Beach and pool were nearby and wonderful. Room was large and cozy with anything we could desire. Added bonus was an ice machine. Beds were comfy. Huge deck with great view of beach.

Check in went smooth, I recommend pre purchasing the parking pass for convenience.The condo itself is magnificent, plenty of space and fabulous views. Comfortable beds / furniture. Pool and lazy river were very enjoyable featuring easy beach access. We loved our stay!

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the negative side, cleanliness was a major issue. The floors were absolutely disgusting when we arrived—and it wasn’t just typical beach sand. There was food left over from previous guests stuck to the floor, and two of the bedroom floors were incredibly sticky. To make matters worse, we found bugs in one of the bedrooms. Because we arrived at 1:00 AM, we reached out to the text support number but received no response. We ended up running to Walmart to buy spray for the bedroom and bathroom ourselves.We also had an issue with parking. We pre-purchased an oversized parking pass on the Happy Stays website, but upon arrival, it wasn't valid and no one knew where we should go. We ended up paying an additional 60 to park in the property's deck. On the bright side, the deck is convenient and easily accommodates taller vehicles up to 8 feet.the property itself has great features. The condo had excellent hot water pressure, easily allowing two people to shower at the same time—which is rare for a unit this size. The views from the wrap-around balcony were absolutely amazing.the hot tub was the perfect temperature, the saunas inside the restrooms provided a nice, quiet escape, and the waterslide was a great bonus. The pool setup is excellent—the 1-foot-deep baby pool is perfect for toddlers, and the zero-entry pool was a lifesaver for our older parents recovering from hip surgery, allowing them to walk right in without using stairs.

The property was really nice, as advertised. Beautiful beach view. The only thing but not major: Update little accessories...(bathroom toilet tissue holders and clean in between the sofa pillows). Will definitely stay at the property again.

Great Family Vacation

Great location in Orange Beach area. Not to close to main area where Shrimp Festival was taking place. Great restaurants not too busy if you eat early. Kids loved the lazy river and pools.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family Vacation was awesome, as was the Condo. Supper nice and clean and updated! The kids love the pool and Lazy River and the beach! We all had a great time!

Unit was great! Plenty of room for our family getaway. Could use more blankets and towels. Other than that, everything was great.
