Summer Getaway

The property was really nice, as advertised. Beautiful beach view. The only thing but not major: Update little accessories...(bathroom toilet tissue holders and clean in between the sofa pillows). Will definitely stay at the property again.

Beach trip 2025

Overall the stay was very good. The staff at the Phoenix West as well as at Prickett Properties were very professional and polite. The grounds were well kept and maintained and security was always visible. The only problem we encountered was the cleanliness of the condo when we first moved in. Dirty towels were left on the floor, countertops sticky and some sheets needed to be rewashed. We reported the dirty towels immediately but they were not removed until Tuesday. I realize that turnover is fast but it is important to know that your home away from home is clean. The actual condo was perfect for our large family and we will definitely return and recommend to others.

Amazing views from 25th floor!

Couldn’t believe how beautiful the views were from every room! Condo itself was better than pictures, so much space and very nice and clean. Location was perfect, on the beach, close to restaurants and attractions. Outlet mall not too far away. Pay attention to parking - only 3 permits for a condo this size. We ran in to trouble with that because my in-laws came in separate cars. Also - the pool gets shut down quite often (for kids rough housing and/or weather) and the indoor pool shuts down anytime outdoor one does… pretty easy to move to beach, but kids were annoyed.

Great Family Vacation

Great location in Orange Beach area. Not to close to main area where Shrimp Festival was taking place. Great restaurants not too busy if you eat early. Kids loved the lazy river and pools.

Great Vacation

We had a great time staying at this property. It was a great location, good amenities in the building, close to great spots around the area and everyone we met there was extremely friendly. The unit was pretty much as described and/or pictured except they had changed the living room furniture out. We actually liked the newer furniture that they had instead of what was pictured so we found that to be a plus. There were a few small things that we discussed with the property managers about but it wasn’t anything to cause problems for our stay. We would stay here again.

Great Vacation

All good things to say about our stay at Pheonix West 2501. The balcony is wonderful and we spent the majority of our time in the condo on the balcony. It was off season so there was no wait for elevators and the beach wasn't too busy. Overall a great vacation!

Wonderful time at Phoenix West!!

We were in a 4 bedroom unit this time because we had more grands with us. Had a completely wonderful time! The unit was beautiful, huge, laid out perfectly and had a glorious view of the ocean, sunrise, sunset and all the way to Gulf Shores! Can’t wait to come back!’

This condo was perfect for our stay!

So much room!!!!!

This was our favorite condo to date! It was spacious enough for all my kids & their friends. Teens enjoyed the privacy and the littles loved the pool. We will be staying in this unit again!

The condo was clean but appeared to have sat empty for some time. The floors were and counter and table tops were dusty. It didn’t hamper our vacation though!

Spring Break Vacay

We had a great vacation! We were a little nervous about the 25th floor with 12 children, but everything turned out absolutely fine! Thank you for sharing your place with us! (One suggestion….it would be helpful to have at least one towel per person)

We had a great time!

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, quiet and wow, what a great view. The Phoenix West was so fun with easy beach access and we enjoyed the pools too. Our only complaint is the state of the cookware in the unit: a new set of pans is needed and there were no rugs anywhere except maybe the master bedroom. It is nice to have a rug to brush off your feet before you get into bed, bc inevitably the floors are sandy. Otherwise it was great! Thank you for having us.

Absolutely gorgeous

Our party was three different families with kids of all ages. This condo was everything we hoped it would be and more! It’s absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. We got groceries for the week and rarely had to leave! It’s beautifully decorated and had room for everyone! The teens loved the lazy River and slide. It rained one afternoon, but we just left our stuff on the beach and enjoyed the inside pool and hot tub. We are already looking into booking our trip for next year!
