Very family friendly. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything that was needed to enable us to enjoy as much fun and sun as possible. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The condo is great for all ages, whether you’re traveling with young kids, teens, or adults. The check-in and check-out process was quick, easy, and hassle-free, which made our trip even more enjoyable.The only downside was having to pay for parking, which would have been nice to have included. Other than that, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation

The condo was so beautiful, nice and clean the pool and beach was so easy to get to. When you have kids it is greatly appreciated to be able to go to the pool and beach hassle free. We definitely look forward to vacationing here again

They need to clean the floors better.They need air fresheners in this unit.One bathroom the sink would not drain.Had mold in one bathroom.Need new pots and pans.Need new kitchen towels.The dishes were very nice.The view and outside furniture was nice. The ice machine was nice. The beds were very comfortable.The washer and dryer was so convenient.The beach service was great.

Furniture is very dated. There were only 12 forks and a few spoons (this unit sleeps 12). Need more eating utensils. Need more drinking glasses too. There were some stains on some of the bed sheets. Loose light fixture in laundry area which caused it to flicker. The pots and pans need to be replaced. The frying pans are very scratched up and nonstick surface was coming off. It would be nice to have a large frying pan as well instead of all medium sized ones. Two of the hair dryers didn't work.

Excellent property

We have stayed at Phoenix West many times. The properties are fabulous! The only thing I can “complain” about is the balcony tile evidently needs to be cleaned. We had black crud on our feet each time we came back inside.

Very aggravating to try to complete this review. Have to continue to answer this and over and over

Condo was excellent for our family. Great time and great stay. Only downside is trying to use the elevator. We used the stairs most often and stayed ahead of those trying to use the elevator. Also, since we didn’t book through Brett-Robinson we were not eligible to purchase an overflow parking pass. People that booked through Phoenix weren’t able to get one.

There were huge dips in the beds, so much so that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the beds. Also the floors were not very clean as our feet were black from just walking around in the condo. Other than that everything was nice!

Love the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very good. The owners may want to upgrade the mattress in the master bed room. It is worn, lumpy and uncomfortable. The complex needs to step up and replace and increase the number of chairs by the pool and lazy river. There are way too few for the number of guests. We first stayed at rhis resort in 2011 and we can say that over allit has been well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the condo location and the Phoenix West. Overall it is a great place to stay but needs several updates in the unit. The mattresses on all the beds and the two living room chairs are in dire need to be replaced. They are in really bad shape. The condos appearance when arriving was it was very clean but after walking on the floors barefoot for about 10 minutes your feet were black. Other than the floor being dirty the rest of it was great. This was our second year staying in this unit and we love it. Hoping there will be updates made so we can book the same unit next year for our girls trip.

Spring Break 2025

Both of our children had their own rooms and bathrooms, which was a huge plus for us. The master bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and comfortable. We did have a couple of items that needed repaired. We told the front desk but unfortunately, they were not fixed during our stay. We needed a new bulb for the master bath toilet area and the microwave did not have the glass plate so we were not able to use the microwave. It would have been nice to have had those items fixed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The balcony was so nice to enjoy our breakfast and to view the sunsets.
