Weekend a Nizza

Vacanza meravigliosa e soggiorno impeccabile. L’appartamento è piccolo ma molto confortevole e munito di tutti i servizi e comfort. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni. Annick (host) molto disponibile e gentile.Bellissima esperienza!

Bien situé pour découvrir la ville

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le studio est très bien situé, proche de la gare, des commerces, dans une rue assez calme. Annick nous a accueilli et donné toutes les explications concernant le logement. Elle a été très réactive notamment lors de notre coupure de courant

Bon emplacement mais très humide

Très bien placé, dans un quartier sympa et à 10 min de la plage. Bien équipé et literie confortable. En revanche le logement est très humide et c’est un rez de chaussée donc on entend tous les bruits de la rue. L’hôte est très sympa et réactive. Bien pour un séjour court uniquement à mon avis.

An excellent location for a trip to Nice

It was a very pleasant stay. Everything was alright, although I imagined the apartment to be a little bit bigger than it was. This is suitable for traveling either alone or with another person.

Great place for a weekend away!

Annick is a great host and her property is in a perfect location in Nice! We were just a 5 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk from the beach! The studio was great for two looking for a weekend in the south of France!

Le studio est très bien, au plein centre de Nice, on trouve tout à côté, supermarché, restaurant, tout. Il est à 12 minutes à pieds de la promenade des Anglais, au bord du Mer, et moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la station de la gare de Nice. Très pratique. Le studion est très bien agencé, avec le matériel de qualité, le lit est très confortable, il est au rez de chaussée, mais la rue n'a pas beaucoup de passant, j'étais tranquille. La hôte est très gentil, disponible et arrangeante. Je la remercie

Great minus the bedbugs

Property manager met us to deliver the key and show us the studio. It is a functional little space well stocked with soap and basic kitchen supplies. We found the room very hot and humid; we kept the fan on and opened the window when we were in. The location is fantastic - 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the downtown hub. Surprisingly quiet at night. Our only real complaint was bedbugs. On our second night, I woke with 25 bites and sure enough, we found uninvited guests under the mattress. We left a night early and moved to a hotel by the airport. The property manager was responsive and refunded two of three nights we had paid for. She is great, the location is great, but if you stay, check the mattress first!

Très bon séjour à Nice ! L’appartement est petit mais bien aménagé et surtout très bien situé 5 min de la gare, 5 min du tram, supermarché à côté ! Pratique pour quelques nuits. La gérante est très gentille.

Small but comfortable

Nice little apartment on the ground floor. Can be a bit noisy but it didn’t bother us much. Easy walk to the beach and into the main part of Nice. Thanks!

Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus par notre hôte. L'appartement était équipé et dans les placards nous avons trouvé du café, du sel, du sucre, de l'huile, eu vinaigre et autres éléments. Nous aimons énormément la ville de Nice, riche en belles villas et en musées. La promenade des anglais et le Vieux Quartier nous ont conquis. Nous remercions Annick pour sa sollicitude et son empathie.

The host was awesome!

This room was perfect for my friend and I to visit Nice in a few days but still have the comfort and security of having our own space. The apartment was extremely close to central Nice and just a 5 minute walk to to train/bus. The Host was awesome, she got back to us very quickly regarding any questions we had about the area. We had gotten to Nice around 9:30am and the posted check in time was not until 4pm, we reached out to the host and she assured us we would be able to come earlier than agreed, even offering to store our bags after our check out time of 1:30pm until we have to go back to the airport at 7pm. We had a great stay!

La communication avec Annick etait trés bonne et facile. De l'appartement on a proche partout mais par contre appart n'etait pas propre et ił y a les magasins à côté qui s'ouvre vers 6h du matin en faisant pas mal de bruit.
