Lovely stay in Nice!

Very good value for the location and size of the property. Excellent hosts with good communication. Had to use Google translate to message with Sandra, but that was no problem at all.

2nd floor flat with narrow stairs. On a busy square with restos bars, but flat quuetly situated at back. A few steps from Hôtel de Ville market. A surprisingly big old town, very charming. Washing machine airer to dry clothes on balcony. No sun on balcony in October, but warm enough to sit out. Comfortable bed, although it's a sofabed. Lots of hot water (shower over bath.)

Location was good

It is very periodic building , but had all the amenities required for the stay. The host did not specify the late check-in and check -out price in the listing . He sent a personal contract and I felt it was very pricey.

Désolé, mais les conditions de l'arrivée tardive sont bien mentionnées dans le contrat de location est est envoyé au moment de la réservation (en février dans ce cas) et elles ne sont pas du tout onéreuses pour le service rendu. Sorry, but the conditions for late arrival are clearly mentioned in the rental contract and are sent at the time of booking (in February in this case) and they are not at all onerous for the service provided.

Wonderful Apartment, Great Location

We were impressed with how spacious, comfortable and neat the apartment is. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The bathroom is clean & roomy (bathtub rim is a little high so could be challenging for someone with mobility issues). We also really enjoyed the location, in a pleasant building facing a lovely green space, just a across from the port waterfront. The area was reasonably quiet and easy to walk to the old city, Promenade, and so many stunning sights. We also walked along the waterfront on the port side to the spectacular towns just east of Nice! The building concierge is responsive and helpful. A big “Merci” to the Host!

Prima verblijf op mooie locatie

Bij aankomst kwam de conciërge van het gebouw ons de sleutel brengen, een hele vriendelijke vrouw. Het appartement was op de begaande grond. Het was schoon maar heeft wel een opknapbeurt nodig. De badkamer is op zich prima maar de douche kop moet je vasthouden want er is geen houder. Het appartement zit net om de hoek van de haven waar ook veel restaurantjes zijn. 15 min lopen naar het oude Nice..

Appartement bien situé à 2 min du port

Appartement très bien situé. Proche de la vieille ville, du port. Résidence agréable. Gardienne très disponible même lorsque nous sommes arrives tard le 1er jour après 950km de route 👍. 2 points à mentionner : vaisselle pas tres propre à notre arrivée et absence de parking. Bonne location dans l'ensemble 👍

Presque parfait

Tout est très bien. Surtout l emplacement et la fonctionnalité de l appartement. Quelques efforts à faire : en arrivant odeurs dues au fait de l inoccupation longue, attention rideau de douche plein de moisissures, lave vaisselle inefficace, télécommande tv très capricieuse ,et quelques vétustés à rafraîchir.
