We enjoyed the Heated pool especially because the nights were a little chilly , it was perfect for the kids to enjoy. House was the perfect layout, very clean, close to everything especially our family outing in Downtown St. Augustine. Let me not forget plenty of parking and the game room was a bonus for the kids they really enjoyed the games.

It was the perfect place for our entire family to come together. The TV/Game Room was perfect for the kids to watch TV and play games. The pool was excellent, especially with the fence surrounding it. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning team. We can't wait to book here again!

Great house and fantastic location

We had a three generation family staying in St Augustine for a family reunion. We took full advantage of the nearby beaches and the home’s swimming pool. The house had perfect sleeping arrangements and is located in a lovely neighborhood. We had so much fun.

Very nice house close to everything

The property was nice and clean. Pool and outside area were great to relax and enjoy some family time. Property is close to the beach and to all the historic areas as well as shopping and dining. Great place I would highly recommend.

Togetherness!!

Great home for large groups. Comfortable furniture and beds. Good location and neighborhood. Pool was fantastic! The kitchen could have better skillets. We ate every meal there. The dishwasher needs thorough cleaning and descaling. Careful of the step out back. Lots of trips and falls. Nothing too serious. Will definitely stay again!

Fabulous Family Vacation Home

Awesome hosts, easy check-in!! It was larger than we expected and I love how it is decorated! The rooms were the perfect space for our 7 adults, 2 teens, and 8-year-old and 2 babies! Nice neighborhood, and only a 5-minute drive to the beach or town. And the outside patio area and pool were Fabulous!! Thanks so much for your hospitality! Highly recommend this home!

Sibling Reunion

Great location for getting around St. Augustine. Close to downtown, restaurants, and the beach. Older home, but was renovated with updated furnishings. Definitely, could have used a 3rd bathroom, though and showers could use a major renovation. Overall, we had a very enjoyable weekend.

Amazing stay

This was an amazing house! When we arrived, the house was very clean, equipped with essentials (towels, utensils, plates, quality cookware etc..) and had clear instructions and labeling around the house. The house is at a convenient distance of the beach and historial St. Augustine making planning our trips so much easier. The owner provided a binder with recommendations for entertainment, tours and food that was very helpful too! We will definitely be booking here again! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was great to have all the rooms, as we had different families come and go. St Augustine is such a fun place. So much to do and things to see, and the house was a perfect home base. I did not realized how very much I would enjoy the hearted pool…it was amazing…so relaxing. And the management was great. They got back to me immediately when I had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great Memorial Day Weekend with Multiple Families

Check in was seamless. Property was as listed. We had 3 families with children ages 7-15. The pool was an excellence bonus! Location to the beach was a short easy 5 minute drive and a convenient drive to downtown and other attractions. Definitely recommend staying here if staying on the beach isn't an option or if you don't mind driving to the beach.

Perfect for a family of 11

It was the perfect beach house for a a family of 11! The play room and pool kept the kids busy if we were not out sightseeing. It’s the perfect location if you have a group that likes sightseeing and the beach. The beach is only 5 minutes away and the city of St Augustine was less then 10 minutes away! David was very quick with his responses whenever I had a question, and Patti kept me update to date whenever the landscapers/pool technicians would be coming. I definitely will be renting from them again!

Great Vacation

My family loves St. Augustine. The location of this property was perfect. Not a far drive to the beach or many attractions. The house was just as pictured. It had lots of room for a large family. The only thing that could have made the trip better is if the pool was warmer. It was pretty cold considering we expected a nice warm heated pool or at least somewhat warm. But we didn't let that affect anything and still had a good time. I would recommend taking slippers. All of our feet were pitch black after walking around for awhile. I would absolutely stay at this property again.. One of the best ones in St. Augustine!!

House is in a "neighborhood" if you like peace & quiet. House has plenty of room for a large family or multiple people. We found that a lot of the dishes & glasses were not very clean. In all house was clean'ish but could have been cleaner (dust on vents, mirrors streaked, etc.) If you go, take plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags & baggies. House sleeps up to 11 people, but they only provide SETS of 8 towels. Property owners are pretty easy to contact if you have any issues.

Very nice place for a vacation or getaway. The entire process was fast and easy. It was very clean. The only minor problem we had is there were 12 of us and only about 5 washcloths, but a trip to Walmart made it an easy fix. Overall we enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful property! All the amentities one could ask for and within 10 minutes of every activity possible! Our hosts were very communicative and easily reachable when needed! Response time was quick and efficient! Zero complaints and look forward to visiting again soon! Oh, and the bedrooms were all MASSIVE in size with HUGE beds that were extremely comfortable! 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful property

This beautiful 6 bedroom home was amazing for our family get together! Close to the beach and shopping. This home was clean, has a great backyard with pool, and equipped with all the essentials. Our host was easy to contact if any issues were to come about. Hope to stay here again soon!

Great stay in St. Augustine

Our family had a great time in this rental. The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything St. Augustine offers. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool and I appreciated that there was a fence around the pool for my little one. Wonderful experience!

Great Family Holiday Getaway

We had a fantastic time visiting St Augustine and using this house as our home base. It perfectly fit our extended family for a Christmas and New Years vacation. Plenty of beds, clean pool, and close to the beach and downtown.

Phenomenal

We booked this beautiful property to attend the Georgia Florida game. Although a little farther than we would like to have been from Jacksonville, the house was immaculately taken care of, and had a beautiful pool and giant deck to enjoy. We really enjoyed the ping-pong table inside, the house and we used it frequently. The host were phenomenal and had the house stocked with everything you could ask for. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely use it again. Very close to the beaches in Saint Augustine.

The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine, takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins!

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself!
