Perfect for a large group

Large property, well equipped, lots of en-suites/balconies & terrace, lovely pool, could probably do with a bit of TLC & downstairs bedrooms a bit claustrophobic & one not private. But overall, suited us perfectly. Owner very responsive & helpful

Vacation 2 weeks August 2024

We had a fabulous time on this holiday. However there are a few problems within the property that need addressing when you cook on the cooker if you have the oven and the hob top on at the same time it blows the electrics. Secondly there is a large coping stone on the first floor balcony which has come loose. If this were to be knocked accidentally it would severely hurt someone sitting around the table below. The swimming pool had a lot of green algae around the edges and our grandchildren’s hair went green. We were told it was because of sunscreen but we have been to many pools abroad and have never experienced this before Whilst we had a brilliant time the property could benefit from some TLC The outside furniture is brittle from the sun and the patio table is held together with straps. Would like to attach relevant pictures but no opportunity to do so

Muy buena para pasar unos días de desconexión.

La casa está muy bien ubicada y está en una zona muy tranquila. Todo nos gustó mucho salvo una de las habitaciones de la planta baja que no tiene ningún tipo de ventilación y la persona que se quedó allí pasó bastante calor, aunque tiene un ventilador para refrescar la estancia. Per estuvo en contacto con nosotros en todo momento y nos facilitó todo lo que necesitamos. Si tenemos que ir de nuevo por esa zona repetiremos casa, pero dejando libre la habitación sin ventilación.

Het huis was zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep zeer vlot en vriendelijk. We waren met ons golfteam en hebben verschillende banen in de omgeving gespeeld. Aanrader!

Una experiencia genial

Fuimos un grupo de amigos a pasar unos días a la casa y todo fue fenomenal. Per y su mujer nos recibieron muy bien y fueron muy comprensivos con todo. Recomiendo esta casa para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el aire libre en un entorno precioso.

Family Holiday

Lovely peaceful villa in beautiful location overlooking Las Ramblas Golf Course, the golf course is literally round the corner where you can go for a drink & or meal in the restaurant, also entertainment on here at the weekends. The villa itself is very well equipped & nothing was too much for Per the owner, excellent communication with him before, during & after our stay.Small seated terrace on the very top floor which was nice with great views.Great terraces off the main living/ dining room with views over the golf course & orange groves beyond ro the rear & overlooking the front gardens of the villa to the front.Kitchen well equipped with everything you could think of. Main 3 bedrooms all have air conditioning built in which was great & well needed in mid August. 1 bedroom has terrace overlooking pool & en suite other 2 bedrooms are off the hallway with shared bathroom Lower ground floor has 3 further bedrooms 1 is enquire other 2 are shared bathroom, utility area with sink & fridge freezer. The pool area is great with table, chairs & sunloungers. There were 12 of us & spent most of our days & nights in & around the pool area. La Fuente ( where the main bars, shops , restaurants are) is approx 25-30 mins walk away or approx 5-8 mins in a car get on the river walkway at the top of the hill for a pleasant walk. Overall great property & great price, would highly recommend

Very good adress

We had a wonderfull stay at Per's house, so the year began vey nice. Everything was at hand, very nice rooms and splendid terraces. The sun was also invited, so ...nobody was missing. Per was very helpfull to give us all info needed so our stay was enjoyable. Maybe one more time in another season ...?!

Lovely Property , Stunning outlooks

Per the owner is one of the easiest to deal with owners I have experienced in my 13 years of renting villas in the area. The Villa itself has everything you need and was spacious enough for 12 Male golfers. Stunning views from the balconies the only downside if any was the distance to the nearest square for restaurants and bars as Las Ramblas was always closed early. Still it was only 2km and was a fairly nice walk home to work off your meal. All in All a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic week in Orihuela Costa

We were the first week of August and we all had a great time, we were 11. The house has 6 bathrooms which facilitates the stay to be so many. It has 3 rooms on the ground floor at the foot of the pool, all with 3-speed and quiet ceiling fans, and the 3 rooms upstairs apart from ceiling fans all have air conditioning. Despite the heat of the area the house was cool. The kitchen and living room with air conditioning are on the third floor. Everyone fell in love with the gas barbecue and its south terrace, attached to the living room for its views of the golf course pine and its upper and lateral awning system that allowed us to have breakfast, lunch and dinner without heat and with great views, just a couple of days we ate in the living room because at noon we were about 40 º C. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable and we slept often without any noise. The pool was very good with warm water, shower and plenty of sunbeds for those who want to tan, with a table and awning in a corner with two chairs and sunbed for those who prefer shade. The pool had a floating basketball basket with all kinds of balls, medium unicorn float for kids and adults and foam sticks for those who don't swim well. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the living room too. The wifi was fast of about 30 GB which allowed everyone to have fast connection in the mobile or in the playstation to watch netflix or HBO. It also has a small Mac that allowed us to watch movies through the USB port. All the bathrooms had a shower except the one on the third floor that had a sink, cup and the washing area with a washer and dryer of last generation, we did a couple of washes and in about 3 hours you had your clothes dry and ready to use again. The garage fit the 3 cars we were carrying without problem. It also had a garden area with a couple of large palm trees, cedars and vines. I forgot, they also have a solarium terrace on the fourth floor accessing from the fantastic terrace where we ate. The Golf Club is a five minute walk where you can practice golf if you do not know very cheap or play the holes if you are federated. The market and the Aldi we had 5 minutes by car and several beaches less than 10 minutes by car, as well as access to the Elche - Cartagena Highway. It only has one fault, it does not have Spanish TV and the TV is small about 15 " In short, if we have occasion we will return.

Wonderful villa

We were there on august 2018 and we had an amazing holiday. The villa is near the Golf Club Las Ramblas, a wonderful area which is bringing you the idea of a true holiday, very peaceful and quiet. I want to say that the house looks amazing and that the photos don’t show it so well. In the house we found everything that you could imagine, you just have to bring with you the good vibe  . The beach is at aprox at 4km but the road until there is so nice that you even don’t fell the distance. The pool was bigger than in the photos and the water warm and very clear, the pool boy came at every 3 days to clean it. Mr Per was very nice and helped us with all that we needed and he made as an amazing recomandation for a restaurant. We were very pleased by this house, we recommend it and it is for sure that we will return when we will have the opportunity.

Luxury house & great location

Per provided a wonderful place for our family to stay during vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The beds are comfortable and the house was very clean and cozy. Per also answered any questions we had and was very helpful. Very responsive, excellent pre, during and post communication. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Fantastisk hus med masser af plads

Huset er totalt i orden, pænt og rent ved ankomst. Store soveværelser med gode senge. Morgenmadsterrassen med udsigt over golfbanen gav perfekt start på dagen, ligesom den private swimmingpool og poolområdet gav mulighed for mange timers wellness og hygge. Køkkenet er rigtig fint og rummer alt nødvendigt og er man uheldig og skal trække indenfor, er der god plads i stuen. Vi er ikke golfspillere, men for gæster med denne passion er der rige muligheder, både med Las Ramblas Golf i baghaven og flere baner i nærheden. Man kan komme i byen og spise efter en lille gåtur på ca. 15 min. hvor der er flere forskellige restauranter at vælge imellem, vil man længere væk kan man for et beskedent beløb tage en taxa til Cabo Roig, hvor der er stort udvalg af restauranter, barer og natteliv. I vores lejede bil, var vi hurtigt omkring i området, både ved strand og indkøbsmuligheder. Vores udlejer have inden ankomsten, orienteret os om gode muligheder for udflugter, dagligvareindkøb og shopping. Alt i alt havde vi i dette hus en perfekt ramme for en perfekt ferie. Vi kan varmt anbefale huset.
