Our first time in Naples and it’s such a busy city. The home is super nice inside The neighborhood and surrounding areas look rough but it’s very safe walking. The owner is amazing to deal with and his assistant is super helpful too!! So glad we stayed at this home and found it on VRBO

Great experience

The unit in very nicely appointed and equiped for a stay. The location was great being walkable to many attractions and great food. Grocery store is just a few feet down the street for stocking up. Marco was very helpful getting settled and to a parking garage.

The apartment is in the heart of the historic section of Naples. Mauro and his father were very nice and helpful. The apartment is in new condition and had everything we needed. Five stars for this apartment!

Sleek and modern condominium

This condominium is very close to Quatiere Spagnoli, the ferry port, and Centro Storico. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Naples and returning to this place after each day of sightseeing. The father, Giovanni, and his son, Mauro, work as a team to host and maintain this place for rentals. They communicate with each other a lot. My face-to-face interaction was only with Signore Giovanni. He thoroughly explained the location and the amenities of the condominium. They are prompt and helpful in their communication.

Incredible Apartment in Naples

Everything about this apartment is first class. It is in a very good location within easy walking access to the historic centre, and it was close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The apartment was exceptionally clean.It has a modern ,sleek ,spacious and well designed interior.It even has an elevator! The kitchen had everything we needed prepare meals . There were coffee makers, a toaster, a stove and a microwave oven. Everything was new and in good working condition .The host even provided coffee, fresh Neapolitans and a bottle of Prosecco which was such a welcoming touch. The host was easy to contact and answered our questions promptly and courteously. I highly recommend this apartment.

Very cool place close to everything

Wonderful location in a clean, recently renovated apartment. Father was there to help us get checked in and even help us find a place to park. When we accidentally booked the place for 2 people and did not include the two kids the owner quickly was able to correct that for us and invoice the difference. Very responsive. When our airline moved our flight earlier one day and we had to shorten our reservation, the owner was slow to respond and said he was unable to change that but said the VRBO app wouldn’t allow him to adjust our price or refund part of the extra person charge for the additional night we were not using. Slightly annoying. Would recommend again, but don’t expect the pricing to go both ways when plans changed. Understandable but slightly annoying since it was beyond our control.

Property

In one word a jewel in the heart of Naples. All landmarks and port (for boat travel to Amalfi, Positano & Capri) are in walking distance. The warm welcome from our host and its thoughtfulness (cold sodas & waters along with traditional Italian desert....) were the nothing less, but great start of our vacation. The apartment and its practical layout, as well cleanliness have all contributed to a enjoyable stay. Thank you Msuro for making it possible.

Location and Comfort

Our first visit to Napoli, the location couldn't have been better for getting to many of the must see sites. The kitchen is well equipped but there are so many great places to eat right outside the door that we barely used it. Soundproofing, AC and a very comfortable bed made for good sleeping and the shower is excellent.

Best location

Great location, great apartment. Everything you could possibly need was supplied in this apartment. Don’t bother with the parking garage just park on the street. It’s very expensive and not necessary.

Lovely apartment in good area for exploring Naples

Really enjoyed our time in Naples. Mauro greeted us on arrival and gave us information on places to see. He left water, beer and chocolates which were a nice treat. The apartment is very modern, very clean and well equipped. A supermarket is just down the street. We loved it. It is in the historic area but half an hour walk takes you to the marina and the main shopping area. The marina has great views. Worth a visit. Easy access to the metro and train to explorer further afield. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

(Too) short stay in Napels

We had a fun short stay in the "Palazzo" - very conveniently located just next to the historical center of Naples - nevertheless we enjoyed surprizingly quiet nights. The apartment is very functional and stylishly appointed. We were personally greeted by the owner Mauro, who went out of his way to make us comfortable, arranged for parking and gave us the quick visitor's introduction to the "things to do" in his beloved Napoli. Grazie Mauro you did a great job!

Excellent apartment in excellent location

A really lovely apartment that is within the historical centre of Naples. Apartment was spotless and well equipped w most of everything you would need including tea and coffee. Mauro was delightful, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Naples!

We had a great two nights in Naples at Mauro's apartment. Everything inside looks brand new, and was in great condition. The washer was nice to have, and the parking garage was right down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

PARFAIT !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Mauro, celui-ci est spacieux, bien agencé et bien décoré. En plus, il est vraiment bien situé : nous avons tout fait soit à pied soit en transports qui sont tout près de l'immeuble. On a également été très bien accueillis (avec des babas au rhum) et aidés du début à la fin de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Nous accueille avec des babas au rhum et une carte pass pour Naples ! Il y a les aliments de base pour le petit déjeuner .
