This open concept unit is on the second floor, sits just a 1/2 block from the beach & boardwalk. It is best described as 'Laid back casual', "Flip-flops & T-shirt living" , we're not "frills", just FUN!! . We hope you'll enjoy a stay at our fun, frivolous, no frills, down to earth, beach 4 bedroom efficiency apartment at the Jersey Shore in Wildwood, NJ. If you have been to Wildwood before, then you know it has become a very diverse and bustling town when in season. We're sure you'll enjoy all it has to offer! We are not a considered a hotel or Bed and Breakfast, so some things to consider is that we do not provide sheets, pillow cases, towels or disposables/consumables. We do provide pillows, blankets and mattress covers. Come sit under our palm trees while sipping your favorite cocktail. It is just a short walk to the boardwalk, beach or the many stores, restaurants and attractions near by. We are nicely located just a couple blocks from the crest (the quiet side of the island), but at the start of the boardwalk, just a stroll to all the action! Watch all the tourists covered in oil treking by (because you got the one closer to the beach!) Great stay!

Location location! Cannot say enough about how convenient/perfect the location was for us, especially because we had young children. The house was great for our large family get together. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great 4th of July week

Wonderful time!

We had a great time. Apartment was really nice. Only complaint was the water temperature. We had a hard time getting it hot and staying hot. Other than that we had a great time and would come back.

Couldn’t be happier!!!

Me and my friends rented the house (under 25) and have nothing but good things to say! The pictures really do not do the property justice! The prime location was amazing and the property manager was quick to answer any questions we had! Can’t recommend this property enough!

It was a lot of fun to stay here. Communication was excellent with property manager. We had an issue when we were leaving. And it was taken care of right away. No hiccups or bumps. The bathrooms were small and cramped. But other then that. Things were great.

Unorganized, Not clean, We payed for damages done before we got there, place was a mess, sink broke in the middle of our stay and we were almost blamed.

overall very nice

The pros: GREAT location, so close to the lower boardwalk and the beach. Room enough to have food, layout towels, bags, sundries. Very clean. Owners courteous and responsive. Parking was good. The cons: "Sleeps 8-10" is true if there are kids, two adults on each of the beds was not really doable. I would say 4 adults max here or 6 is ok with 2 sleeping on the couch. Bathrooms really small. The credit card fee coming off my deposit was an unpleasant surprise. We have rented in WW many times and this was in the "upper half" of places we have stayed there.

A+ location but fell a little short

Arrival and check in were great as well as the communication with the property manager. The location to the boards was exactly what we were looking for. Where we felt a little disappointment is in the cleanliness. The floors didn’t look as if they have been mopped for months, if ever. A few minutes after showering your feet were jet black with filth and you had to rewash them before you get in bed. Also, the photos of the property are a bit deceiving because if you have long legs you can’t even sit on the toilet or you’re eating the sink, they are so close. I wished all 4 bedrooms had their own window units rather than just 2. If you don’t have one, the door has to remain open or you will be sweating. The main air did a great job of keeping the main living area cool.

The unit in the front looked nice but where we stayed was run down and needed to be updated.

We had fun but it had nothing to do with staying at the house. It needs work. The garbage in front of the condo smelled. And it did not look nice at all. There were parking issues. The parking spots we were supposed to have according to our contract were taken by other guests and while we were trying to work it out we got tickets that the owner of the property would not even help pay. The shades, lamps and garbage can were either not working or broken, The toilet would not stop running. This place needs some serious updating and work.

Would recommend to friends and family

Quaint 4 bedroom, nice kitchen island in betweenness with living room and dining room. Bathrooms is a little small, but if you're there for the beach and wildwood, then that's not a big deal. Located near the end of the boardwalk, where it's less traffic and more quiet. But you can easily hop on the tram cart with 1 min walk. The owner were quick and reseptive. I would recommend this place to friend.

Great location but needs lots of work

Location is ideal. It's down the block from the boardwalk and beach. It's a quiet rental and during my stay the other guests were friendly. The house however is more meant for a group of friends. It needs major cleaning and minor up keeping such as screens in Windows new bath mats, shower curtains, ect. Not a place that I would bring my family and kids again. The owners however are quick to respond to emails and sent a handy man the same day that I needed the toilet fix. With updating this place would be perfect!

Excellent, clean, and affordable!

I've rented this place for a couple of summers and it has been great every time. The owners are very communicative and easy to work with. The place is no frills but is great for a group getaway. It's extremely close to the beach and all of the wildwood activities

Great stay for a Friendcation!!!

This property was just as the Skip described it. Very roomy and enough space to fit the eight of my friends and even some more! Any little issue we had was quickly resolved by Skip by the next day, issues being missing pillow and a lamp (which we didn't need but didn't want to be blamed for having it missing). It is 2 blocks from the Wildwood sign and directly across from the beach so you can do whatever you like because its all within arms reach. My friends and I had such an enjoyable time and it was within our budget that the offer was hard to resist. With the little noise we made, we had no problems with the neighbors and everyone got along just fine. I would highly recommend this area if your looking for a nice budgeted area for you and some friends or even a family vacation! Skip is very active in making sure his customers are pleased and satisfied with there stay. Thank you very giving us a try and staying at the house. ( Note:We were all under the age of 25)

Simple and close to the beach

My family of 12..rented this townhouse for 3 nights. It was great. It was 1/2.block to the beach. The owner responsed to my emais within 24 hours.
