Bright and airy with skylights on two floors. No Smoking or Pets Please. 2 Masters with full bathrooms. Granite kitchen countertops, hardwood floors, wireless internet, walking distance to rides and Piers, Fireplace, 2 Stories with Skylights in the living room and loft.

Sleeps - up to 10 NO RENTERS UNDER 25. - PS4 with classic games like Madden and Call of Duty

- Great location just 1 block to the boardwalk, convention center, playground, food market, and many restaurants. It has a 2 car garage. It’s fully furnished and tastefully decorated to make you feel at home.

- Relax and dine on the balcony patio.
- Wireless Internet
- It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ceramic tile floor. The fridge has an ice maker.

- Enjoy your movies and watch your favorite shows on the smart HDTVs, 2 master bedrooms with full baths.

- 3rd bedroom is kids' room with full and twin bunkbed.

- Wireless, NO Cable only smart TVs, full & twin size bunk beds. There are movie and local TV channels on the Samsung, Vizio and Roku channels.

- Fourth bedroom is a loft* with sleeper sofa with skylights and 55 inch big screen TV
- Family room has a fireplace, ceiling fan, hardwood floors, track lighting and flat-screen HDTV with cable.

- Located on the corner of Atlantic & Andrews facing the ocean, great view of all the parades

There's a $50 fee held from your deposit if Trash and Recycle are not taken out. There is a $100 fee if we have to sort your recycle. No plastic bags!

The condo was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice to look out at the ocean on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Great location and the condo was clean, spacious and well equipped with amenities. The only negative was that linens were not provided for all rooms. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Great property and excellent location!

Rented this property with a group of 9 people and we had an excellent time. The property was spacious, modern, and located in a central location near the boardwalk, restaurants, and grocery store. Look forward to booking again!

Great Home!

We had a great stay here ! There was an empty ice cream container found upstairs in the loft upon arrival but other than that the place was clean . It was listed in the description that there was a grill and we had brought filets to make on the grill, however there was not a grill. After checking with Marcel he was quick to respond and let me know that there is no longer a grill and he said he would have the listed updated. The location of the home is PERFECT and such a short walk to the boardwalk. We did not know and brought our own, but it is really nice that there is beach chairs, a wagon, and sand toys in the garage. The laundry on site is very convent as well ! The only thing I would change is it would be nice not to have to run out to grab hand soaps for all three bathrooms as we were not expecting that but overall it was a great stay.

Great house.

I chaperone nine teenagers for a birthday weekend. The place was very clean, very spacious The location was great for us. The garage was giant could park two cars in it and still had room for plenty of beach, toys and chairs. Will definitely rent this place again

Wonderful property and location

Well appointed and very clean condo with lots of space…. Very nice having 3 full bathrooms… large kitchen and eating area… lovely covered balcony and can see a lot … nice breeze too… lots of steps up but nice being on too floor…. Excellent location for access to beach and boardwalk… and within walking distance to many great diners/ restaurants…owner very responsive and great to rent from… definitely recommend staying here

Great week in Wildwood!

Great location, beautiful inside, easy communication with owner, really liked having a storage place in the garage that was secure, and plenty of storage. Not a complaint but would be good to know ahead of time was that there were a lot of steps leading up to the unit. We had a great time and highly recommend!

Fun on the boardwalk

This property is in a fantastic area of wildwood NJ. It is within a 2 minute walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and stores. The value is terrific because it the condo includes enough space for the children to run around and play in the living and dining room. My family and in laws had plenty of room to lounge, chat, and relax.

Memorial Day Weekend in Wildwood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcel’s family condo. We were in town for the kite festival, the location was ideal, one block back from the action. Happy to find the DR table accommodated 8 easily as the pictures looked like it may only seat 4. Communication with the owner was top notch, very prompt with responses and addressed a couple minor issues that we encountered immediately. I would highly recommend renting from Marcel and would indeed stay here again myself.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. We did not expect to walk up approximately 40 steps to get to the 2nd floor condo. It was a challenge not only for our 81 year old mother, but for the rest of the family. Also, the bunk bed mattress was not that comfortable. I think twin beds would have been better. Other than that, the unit was clean & very accommodating for 6 adults.
