Thank you for choosing the villa Courtyard 2 for your stay in Tamarindo. This nice family Mediterranean-style villa has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It comes fully equipped with a/c in every room, cable tv, internet, washer and dryer, a private pool, and free parking. The complex is gated and very quiet. The location right across the street from the beach makes it special. You will enjoy the walks around the block and on the beach during low tide.

Villa Buho is perfect for a large family or a small group of friends with capacity for 8 guests. It has 3 independent BDR's with a bath each. Fully equipped it has a/c in every room, cable tv, internet, a full kitchen, laundry amenities and a private pool and jacuzzi on the top roof. We look forward to hosting you again!

The villa Buho is part of an elegant gated community, located across the street from the beach, in Playa Langosta, one mile from Tamarindo. The house is fully equipped and has its own pool and a jacuzzi on the rooftop. Perfect to relax!

Fully equipped, it is also very comfortable with a private pool and a jacuzzi on the rooftop. Courtyard is 1 mile from Tamarindo. A car is great to rent but not mandatory as you can easily get a taxi.

Perfect for families and small groups of friends, the villa comes fully equipped. It remains a short 15-minute walk to the town of Tamarindo and just a few steps from the Langosta beach crossing the street. Pura vida!

Thank you foe 5-star review! The Courtyard villas are a little hidden oasis located in Langsota right across the street from the beach and a short mile distance to Tamarindo downtown. Quiet, private, the villas are comfortable and ideal for families and couples. They have their own private pools but villa Buho has also a private jacuzzi on the rooftop. Priceless!

Thank you for the review, Patricia. It was great to host you at the Courtyard villa. The Langosta area is great for being away from the crowded town but close enough to go for shopping and more bars/restaurants. Quieter, you can enjoy nice walks around the block or on the beach. The beach is rockier than Tamarindo but you can still swim and enjoy in the little natural pools during the low tide near the estuary. You can also cross the river mouth and reach the other side, a beautiful lonely beach to walk for miles. The villa is great for families with kids. Its pool is not too large but you also have a jacuzzi on the top roof, to enjoy especially in the evenings. We hope you can come and stay again soon! Pura Vida!

Thank you for the feedback on the property, Kalen. The Courtyard villas are located right across the street from the beach an a short mile from the town of Tamarino. Each villa is independent and has a private pool. The villa Buho has also a jacuzzi tub on the top roof. A maid and gardener will go and take care of the cleaning, pool and grounds during your stay as a complementary service. We are sorry about the issues while checking in. We do have an emergency number for guests to call for assistance when needed. Our company has an office on site that is open 7 days a week with office hours and the emergency line available after office hours. We have reviewed the error in the information provided which response to a system error and we were able to correct it already. Every unit is individually owned and owners choose to have their house decorated in different styles. Villa Buho is not a luxury unit still it is wellequipped with everything a guest needs for a vacation stay. We crossed a very rainy month of November this month which caused a lot of humidity but the unit kept renting and many guests have stayed before and after your stay, Kalen without any complaint. Our office is always willing to help and we are sorry if you did not hear from us. We provide guests with emails and numbers to contact us.
