The fee includes all charges: utilities (water, light, gas), heating, use of the kitchen and supply of crockery, linens (towels, sheets and blankets) initial and final cleaning. Pets are not allowed

On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 11.00 am, unless otherwise agreed.

Booking: A 30% deposit is required on the amount owed, varying on the basis of the lease duration.
Cancellation: at least 10 days before, with the deposit refund deducted by a 10%
Maximum occupancy: 6 people.
