By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat with the locals, hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

Indeed by renting with us you are ensured of the most authentic Italian experience rather than just renting bricks and mortar! We aim to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations and gives you memories for many years to come.

The home is located in Sala Comacina, an idyllic village providing the perfect base for rest and recuperation. The residence is brand new, completed in 2017, offering a spacious and modern with quality fixtures and fittings at every time. Guests love the indoor and outdoor pool and spa facility. Then there is THAT view. It is little wonder we received so many requests to return. Outside there is a real local feel to the village. Meandering cobbled paths, a mini market local produce and seasonal ingredients, a wonderful lido to take in the sun and lake to dive into! Sala is home to one of our favourite wine wine bars and restaurants where you can dine directly overlooking the famous island of Comacina or wine and dine on the island itself. There is a ferry and bus service from the village plus boat hire available for the more adventurous. Last but not least the annual firework display takes place on the island directly infant of the home every June, just another reason to book your lakeside table with us!
