Friends and family

Great property, excellent layout for a large gathering, easy access to the beach and lots of golf close by. Well provisioned kitchen. The only issue was that I was told there would be a propane tank for the grill to get filled but there was not one. We had to call multiple places to find somewhere to get propane and then we had to buy the tank. Would stay again!

Very nice beach house.

We all loved it. There were a few issues. The commode downstairs kept running. A commode upstairs gurgled into bath tub And the four front windows leaked when Elsa rained on beach. We want to come back next year as it really is convienient

Great location. Place was filthy

Very disappointed… there was a musty odor the minute we opened the door. Furniture upholstery was visibly soiled… luckily we rented extra linens that we used to cover the sofas and chairs so that we had somewhere to sit. The exhaust vents were corroded with filth, leaking toilet, which they did come to fix, upstairs shower leaked into the kitchen… was repaired with tape???? One of the mattresses downstairs was torn and dirty; mattress pads were soiled, moldy shower curtains. Will not be staying here again

Well stocked house

We had a wonderful time at this house! There were 20 of us and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes & pans to accommodate us. The beach access is very close. We loved it! I thought 3 bathrooms would me more of a struggle but we made it work. If you rent this property you need to rent or bring linens! We knew this in advance so we planned for it.

Loved the open area downstairs!

We spent a long weekend at this house. We loved the living room/dining area which worked well for our large family. There are only 3 bathrooms for 7 bedrooms but none of them are private so with a bit of patience they were sufficient. There are plenty of beds! There is enough parking for 6-8 vehicles. The weather was mild while we were there and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, as well as the corn hole set down stairs. I did ding this property for the cleanliness. There edges of the living room floors & under furniture hadn't been cleaned recently. I know that staffing is hard these days and we were there off season, but it would have been nice for that to have been a bit cleaner. It would not stop me from renting this house again. :)

Family and Friends Retreat

We had a great time! (Heads up, you need to bring your own sheets and towels.) Pros: - The public beach access is just across the street. The beach was beautiful! - The kitchen is very well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, dishware, pots and pans. Best stocked kitchen we’ve rented. - The property management company was great. Cons: - You need to bring your own sheets and towels or rent them. They told me that, but I did not read the fine print before arriving. Luckily one of the linen rental companies had them to us with an hour.

Beach vacation

The house has tons of room and is in a great location, steps away from the public beach access entrance. There is humongous house directly across the street, so we could not see the ocean, but with such convenient access it mitigated the lack of ocean view.

Disappointing

Easy to rent though very disappointing rental. Older cottage though was not maintained at all. Extremely dirty. Items in closets, drawers. Grass was not even cut. Urine smell in area rugs and living room cushions though no pets allowed. Will not rent again.

Nice beach getaway

My college friends and I truly enjoyed staying in this cottage. It was very roomy and the kitchen was well supplied. Location was great and close to a beach access. Deck was perfect for late afternoon cocktails! We will return again! Owner, Kim Bell, was a doll to work with!

Happy to stay

The owner was very responsive via email and text. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the showers seemed recently updated. We loved that the table could comfortably seat 11 of us. Location to public beach access couldn't have been easier and the handicapped beach access was only two blocks away. The house was absolutely as advertised in pictures and descriptions.

Fantastic

This home was all we expected it to be. Large enough to handle 18 adults and seven kids. Great location across the street from the beach access. The kitchen was well equipped. We all had a wonderful time. This was our first large group rental and we look forward to our second. Thanks for providing the setting for such a fantastic vacation.

Home away from home..

My family and I have been using this beach house for 15 years. We call it our beach house now, lol. We use this house at least 3 to 4 times a year and if you have a big family like we do or a large number of friends it's the place to be.

Under the house parking with at least 8 parking spaces, outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water, gas grill, picnic table. Two central heat and air conditioners on maintenance plan for faster service if needed, exterminator on regular basis, washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, large and small coffee pots, extra amounts of dishes, cookware, and WIFI service.
