Beautiful top floor apartment (3rd floor) with lift, in a secured resort with nice gardens and 4 communal swimming pools, 2 bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms (1 bath / 1 shower) with hair dryer; open well-equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine, 20m2 terrace with furniture and a nice resort view, private solarium with stunning sea views, close by beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and golf resorts.
INCLUDED are: WIFI, television, electricity / air conditioning (normal use), water, bed and bath clothing package, cleaning (90 Euro) and private parking place.
FEE 1: The cleaning fee is 90 euro (for end cleaning the property)
FEE 2: The laundry fee for washing sheets and towels per guest is 5 euro (for each additional guest or for each additional bed used an extra charge of 5 euro).
FEE 3: The standard hours for check-in & check-out are 6:00 hrs-20:00 hrs and cost 45€. However late evening check-in & check-out between 20:00 hrs-23:00 hrs is the cost 50 euro. And from 23:00 to 6:00 hrs is 55 euros supplement. This extra fee for check-in & check-out must be paid in advance (prior to arrival date) directly to the property owners.

INFO 1: For check-in and check-out, an exact hour must be agreed in advance with the local key holder; if you are NOT present at the agreed hour, the local key holder will charge an extra cost of 20 euro + 21% VAT.
INFO 2: Electricity costs for normal consumption (max 80 Kwh per week) are included in the standard rental price. However, if more is consumed, the surplus will be charged after the stay. (this is 0,5 euro per Kwh).

Great apartment, lovely owners organised us lifts to and from airport, private roof terrace , 4 great pools I didn’t use them as my daughter grown now but they never looked over busy , ten min walk to numerous restaurants and bars and 5 minutes walk to a huge Lidl will definitely book again

Lovely apartment in great location.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped and clean. The complex is beautifully kept and it was great having 4 pools to choose from. Good location in walking distance of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. We’d rent again.

This is a lovely apartment. The location could not be better, close to restaurants and beach. The pool area is well maintained. It’s quite and nice in the evening. We will certainly come back again.

The property location and size is good. The property needs updating. The handover was literally a handover of the keys. There was no introduction to the property. The host was hostile when they should have been polite and customer facing. Then the host wanted to add unwarranted additional charges which we are challenging. The VRBO portal has not been of any assistance. Avoid the portal.

The owners consider this review unfair for several reasons: 1. Customer dissatisfaction with the key holder's work. This is primarily an assessment of the key holder, not the owner or the apartment itself. Moreover, this wasn't reported to the owners until AFTER the holiday. "No introduction to the property": tenants appear to have an apartment in the resort. Furthermore, the tenants receive a very extensive information package BEFOREHAND... the problem is that it's simply not read - they prefer to experiment... (setting the air conditioning to 18°C ​​when the outside temperature is over 32°C; setting the refrigerator to the maximum setting, so it becomes a freezer with ice buildup, etc.) 2. Very poor communication: an error in the email address; inaccurate and incomplete responses when contacting the owners for support, and even no answers to their questions. 3. Finally, the tenants complain about the VRBO portal... what does this have to do with an evaluation of the owners and the apartment? To substantiate this, photos from the last day of the stay are used. This concerns a stay of just six nights and has resulted in our decision to no longer accept stays of less than 11 nights from 2026 onwards.

Ideally situated for beaches, shopping,bars and restaurants

Gardens and pools well maintained and secure, meet by key holder who showed us around complex and appartment and was on time for an early morning departure. Rented this property for 6 weeks used as a base to visit other cities in Spain, so many great beaches on your door step also supermarket on the door step .Would rent from these owners again easy to contact and booking very straight forward

Lovely stay

Apartment was clean and bright and well equipped . Location was great , easy walk to bars and restaurants. Lovely pool with well kept grounds. No sun beds around the pool so we used the ones from the apartment, taking them down each time. Good communication from Marc and Anita who very kindly let us stay on in the apartment long after check out as we had a late flight home.

We had an excellent stay at Marc and Anita's apartment we stayed for the whole month of November.The apartment had everything you would need for a nice stay fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony for coffee in the morning, all English tv stations for night time viewing and the solarium is great for all day sunbathing. Great place to stay. This is a lovely clean and very well equipped apartment on a secure complex with lovely grounds and selection of pools to chose from. The apartment is well situated for shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. It was lovely to meet Marc and Anita who were good hosts and very approachable. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The chilled fizz on arrival was a lovely touch-much appreciated. All in all a great holiday and place to stay, I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Fabulous!

I stayed for 7 weeks during January and February in this well equipped apartment with very comfortable bed & sofa! Balcony overlooking pool and grounds was lovely for early morning coffee and watching the parakeets flying about! (also flamingos) Heating is set at 22° if needed but I only used it a couple of times as the apartment seemed to stay a constant 20° during my stay! Perfect location, 3 mins walk to Lidl for fresh bread, veg etc. 25 min walk to Punta Prima or Zenia Boulevard (amazing shops). Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre 10 min walk has some lovely restaurants and bars too. I would recommend this apartment and hope to stay again!

Review of Apartment in Playa FlamencaHoliday stay: 2025.09.18 for 17 daysThe apartment was offered at a good price, which led us to sign the contract and complete the payment. However, before our arrival, the owner demanded additional payment, which turned into a rather unpleasant process involving Verbo and even threats that we might not be allowed to rent the apartment at all.Check-in was quick, but make sure not to miss the agreed time—there is an extra charge for that as well!The apartment was clean and fairly well equipped. The refrigerator/freezer is apparently due for replacement—it had a three-centimeter layer of ice that we had to remove ourselves. The beds were very hard and lacked mattress toppers. The balcony was nice (after a thorough cleaning and rust removal around the table edge that we did ourselves) and had morning sun until around 1–2 p.m.We didn’t use the rooftop terrace since it was just as dirty as the balcony (no equipment available to rinse it off). There was only one usable sunbed and a few miscellaneous chairs. We also avoided using the air conditioner due to the risk of high electricity consumption and extra costs, as well as a bad odor when it was running. The kettle, which had previously been glued after leaking, started leaking again even after we tried to fix it ourselves (it is supposedly going to be replaced later).The pool area was pleasant. However, the apartment is clearly in need of maintenance.

Phew... we're glad these customers are gone... * The customer is satisfied that the apartment was offered at a (too?) low price. This price will increase slightly next season. * From the very beginning of the booking process, these customers caused difficulties - they refused to communicate directly with us; everything had to be handled through the platform, which soured the atmosphere. * The customer was unreasonable and considered it perfectly normal that for an end-of-stay rental (large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) laundry for 3 people in/out check-in, this could be done for a total price of 50 euros (in reality, this is more than double the price and is the same as many years ago!). The cause of this communication breakdown is due to synchronization issues between the VRBO websites in the various countries. Ultimately, we, the owners, had to pay for this ourselves. Apparently, they also consider it normal for a keyholder to have to wait an hour for check-in. Is this also included in the 50 euros? * The refrigerator was checked before the rental and worked perfectly, but it needed replacing. A new refrigerator will be delivered and installed on October 16, 2025. * The bed is an IKEA box spring with a firm, extra-thick mattress – many of our tenants are very satisfied with it. * One of the two sun loungers was indeed defective. Apparently, it was broken by the previous tenant. We suggested buying a new one 100 meters from the apartment, for a ticket and a

Wohnung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung! Versteckte kosten für Schlüsselhalter und Reinigung.Rostiger Wäscheständer, Klimaanlage stinkt erbärmlich. Geschirr teilweise dreckig, gefährliche Rostige Löcher auf dem Boden der Führungsschienen für die verdunklung. Keiner hält sich an Poolzeiten und Ruhezeiten teilweise ist es bis früh Morgens laut. Vermieter reagiert unhöflich wenn man Ihn darüber informiert und um Entschädigung bittet, verweist auf einen erhöhten Stromverbrauch. Bei der Übergabe wurde der Zählerstand nicht abgelesen. Es gab auch keine richtige abnahme, Schlüssel wurde bei Abreise vor dem Tor in Empfang genommen. Wir haben Gott sei Dank bei ab und Anreise selbst Fotos vom Stromverbrauch gemacht.

We will take time to respond to this nonsense 1. In 2025, there are still people who think that the cleaning of a two-bedroom apartment washing linen and towels the check-in/check-out service can still be done for “barely” 50 euros (old information on secondary site) 2. After the holiday stay, the tenant suddenly has complaints about the maintenance? 3. Night-time noise? During the summer months, the resort even has staff on hand to deal with any nuisance immediately and guarantee peace and quiet. But AFTER the holiday, this suddenly becomes an issue for the tenant (?) 4. The apartment is equipped with a “shelly” system, which allows us to continuously monitor electricity consumption remotely. This is mainly used to reduce misuse by tenants. Tenants run the air conditioning at full blast day and night with doors and windows wide open and then complain that the air conditioning spreads humid air-which they call “smell”. Since the tenants have monitored the electricity consumption, they could perhaps also note this consumption in their complaint? Finally, the tenant demands “compensation” of 300 euros AFTER the holiday, although it's unclear on what specific facts it's based. The tenant complains about a clothes rack with rust on it, but “forget” to mention that there is also a stainless steel clothes rack mounted on the wall and a clothes line on the solarium. You would rather not have tenants like this, who stand in stark contrast to the generally courteous we are used to.

Takterrassen er like stor som hele leiligheten, og måten du skriver reaksjonen på er som om hele leiligheten er full av ekskrementer fra pinnsvin - dette er helt feil. På den private terrassen på mer enn 80m2 har det nesten aldri falt skitt 3. Hvis dette er den eneste motivasjonen for at du gir 3/5, synes jeg dette er lavt til bakken. Would recommend!

Lovely apartment in a superb complex - the kids loved the pool and the location was fantastic. Close distance to some lovely beaches and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Gran estancia

El apartamento tal cual estaba descrito. Buena distribución (Cada habitación con su baño propio) y con una terraza suficientemente grande para poder comer/cenar en ella (Con vistas a la piscina principal, la cual está más que bien). La plaza de garaje, frente al ascensor, otro plus. Check in y out perfecto, a las horas acordadas y sin ningún tipo de problema. Apuntada como para repetir.

Muy buen apartamento

El apartamento esta muy bien. Tiene dos habitaciones con baño propio. Aire acondicionado para todas las estancias. Un balcón grande y una distribución perfecta que permite que circule el aire por la noche y refresque. La piscina no es muy grande pero suficiente para darte un chapuzón. Ideal para niños pequeños, con una profundidad max. de 180cm. La plaza de garaje es amplia y esta pegada al ascensor que lleva al apartamento. Muy cerca hay un Lidl, una pista de cars y un centro de ocio con minigol y restaurante. A la playa es preferible ir en coche. Hay varias playas cerca. en 5-10 min estas en la Zenia, Campoamor o mil palmeras.

Excellent location.

Lovely property plenty of shops restaurants pubs all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantástico ,con esas piscinas para los niños y las playas en especial la de cabo Roig.La seguridad por la noche en el complejo .comodidad de las habitaciones con sus baños.Disfrutamos mucho por la noche para cenar o tomar un helado ,los karts para mí hijo ,camas elasticas para la pequeña.regresaremos.
