This is our second time staying in this house. We love the expansive back yard lawn, large deck and ample outdoor seating. The house is cozy but with plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home for our vacation, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was something special. The house was spotless and impeccably maintained—clean, cozy, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how incredibly well-equipped the home was with bikes, games and puzzles for everyone to enjoy. It truly felt like everything had been thought of to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Our host was wonderful—friendly and responsive. They checked in a few days after we arrived just to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. All in all, this rental made our vacation incredibly relaxing and fun. We can’t recommend it enough and would absolutely love to return!

Fantastic

We enjoyed every minute at this home. Loved the deer in the backyard that greeted us. It's the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It feels like home with special touches like flameless candles, nice throw blankets, lots of bikes, etc. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

Best Sunriver Vacation Rental!!

Our family has been coming to Sunriver for over a decade and we all decided this was our best rental house yet. The kitchen is large and fully functional and well stocked. Comfortable and spacious living room. Plenty of bikes, for all ages and sizes and the bikes were in good shape and ready for riding. The 2 bedrooms and en-suites are on separate floors to offer privacy. The best thing about this beautiful house is the very large back deck, with plenty of seating and a porch swing. It’s not common for a SR rental house to have a well manicured front and back yard, but this one does. This house is well maintained and cared for. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay

Beautiful home. Very well outfitted. Very good location. Quiet area. Literally the only downside was the fact that the TV controls were a bit on the complex side. The manuals weren’t all that helpful. Had difficulty even getting to cable TV. Perhaps a bit of a basic “how to” guide might be helpful… particularly for those of us “oldies”. Really enjoyed the home and would rent it again and recommend to friends.

Lovely home

This is our third time staying out the house. We love the yard, home and ease of check-in. The house has everything we need and is in a great neighborhood. The owner has always been very responsive to questions! We will continue to stay here as our go to home in SR.

I never wrote reviews on anything. This house and host deserves a review. From the check in process, to checking out, our family had an amazing stay. One of the cleanest rental houses we have ever stayed in. Brian was so flexible and easy to work with! We can’t wait to book again with them!

We stayed for a week in July. The house has everything you need including bikes. It was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again as it is nicer than a lot of rentals in sunriver.

SUPER Staycation for a family of Seven!

Check in process was smooth and the whole place was nice and clean! Our family of 5, mom and sister all thought the place was just perfect. We visited when it was a little cool, so thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! There were also plenty of bikes for the whole fam - 4 adults and 6, 9 and 11yo kiddos - and we loved our morning bike excursions!

Best property I've ever rented!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Our first impression was how incredibly clean the entire house was. The house is of nice quality and has a great layout. I don't think there were any kitchen utensils or appliances that were not available, it was extremely well stocked! The beds and lines were good, and the instructions for operating everything from the tv to the fireplace came in handy. I would book this property again in the future!

The BEST of SunRiver

This place was amazing! This house had all the amenities we needed and more. The house has been updated from top to bottom with all high-end features. We loved watching the stars at night in the jacuzzi. Our favorite place to start the day was the back patio where we could enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the deer quietly graze. I was also impressed with the large assortment of trail bikes that where available to us. This house is definitely our favorite place to stay in SunRiver and if you are lucky enough to get a reservation I would highly recommend it.

My wife and I live in Portland with our two children and have many special memories of our trips to Central Oregon and Sunriver and all were based from this home.

This home had been in our family for years and we have many terrific memories of our family trips to central Oregon which is one of our favorite destinations. We purchased this home from family in 2012 and fully remodeled it to include a modern gourmet kitchen and other attributes to make this a highly desirable destination for our family.

The area offers many attractions for any season. Summer and fall are our favorite time of year. This home is loaded with windows that bring in the mountain setting with a professionally landscaped yard nested in natural pine trees and tons pf wildlife. We love boating and always look forward to spending a few weeks here each summer where we make day trips with our boat to wakeboard at the nearby Cultus Lake and Lake Billy Chinook which are both accessible with less than an hour drive. The Sunriver Homowners Aquatic and Recreation Center is great for the kids on less structured days.

Sunriver is iconic for having more than 30 miles of paved paths accommodating scenic bike rides, walks and running around the resort and along the Deschutes River. The path system now connects to the Lava Lands park which allows full hiking and biking access to Benham and Big Eddy Falls. We also enjoy mountain biking around the nearby Cascade Lakes in the spring summer and fall seasons and the summer rafting trips on the Deschutes are a must for any family.

Nearby Bend offers movies, and many great restaurants, breweries, shopping and any other amenity we could ever desire and the setting is exceptional. We have many fun memories around the Old Mill District in Bend whether it be a summer concert at the Les Schwab Amphitheatre or stand up paddle boarding on a sunny afternoon. Central Oregon is beautiful and we can never get enough!

There are over 20 windows in this home which features a large back deck and professionally landscaped lot with both front and private back lawns which is an unusual characteristic that attracted us to this home.
