Surprise birthday weekend

The property is very nice. We had one little hiccup but owner resolved it very quickly no harm no foul the location is perfect stunning views my wife enjoyed her birthday beach surprise will definitely stay here again

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic time staying here! The beach was lovely and the view was beautiful. The location really fit our family. We could spend time at the beach or explore other activities that were only a few minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Time away

Loved the location, short walk to beach. Restaurant close. We stayed 2 weeks and only down side no washer & dryer in condo and the coin machines we never got to work

The property met our expectations and was very clean. The owner stayed in steady contact with us to ensure the stay was satisfactory. The beach view that was presented in the pictures was spot on and that was our main attraction! Thanks Kim!

Gorgeous view, quiet location Hard to leave.

Kim’s condo on the 3rd floor of this cute 9 units building was fantastic Of course, the wide open view is stunning even from the living room. The balcony was very protected from wind so we were cozy even in colder days. We stayed in December. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were just right for us. Everything was clean and functional. The building is right behind the dune, so direct access to the beach. Loved the Fort Walton area. Found good restaurants. Just Stewby’s a few miles up the road was very good. You can’t take your dog on the beach, but we found plenty of places and activities to do with her. Kim was a perfect host, very responsive and accommodating. We’d love to say again.

Perfect location and views

Fabulous Fourth in Ft Walton

We fell in love with this spot the minute we arrived. So thankful for the balcony with the perfect view of a perfect beach. As you can imagine, the crowds were crazy over the holiday weekend, but our little oasis wasn’t. We enjoyed the beach without hordes of people, and were close enough to all the activities when we wanted to get into the “action”. The unit is perfect- 3rd floor is the best. The kitchen has everything we needed, and everything was spotless and bright. We sometimes travel with our dogs, (but not this time) and we are often disappointed with dog-friendly options, because of the smell, or shabby upkeep. This unit was neither shabby nor smelly! We can tell that Kim takes great pride in her condo and we are grateful that we were able to share in her paradise for a short time. Bonus, the restaurant next door (Beachview) just opened and it has great breakfast, lunch and bottomless mimosas! Yay!! Thank you,Kim, we can’t wait to come back!!

We had a great stay! The view was amazing! Condo was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very informative about the property and she provided everything we needed to access the condo. I would stay here again.

Such a Wonderful Place with Beautiful Views!!!!

This is the upper west unit with awesome views of the gulf on the private balcony! We had such a great time staying here! The beach is literally only a few steps away & many fantastic restaurants are very close by. If you need groceries Publix is only 5-10 minutes away depending on traffic on Brooks bridge. We truly loved this place & can't wait to come back! In addition, the owner made everything from check-in to check-out extremely easy & painless....thank you!!!! Karl & Cindy

Great vacation!

Loved this condo, it was perfect for us! Very clean, great sized bedrooms and bathroom and excellent ocean view from the balcony. Easy & very good communication with the property owner/manager. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location | we recommend

This condo was in a great location & worked well for us and our 2 teens. We loved being on the 3rd floor for the view (thankfully it's not on the 1st floor where the dunes block your view). Kitchen was well stocked with cook ware etc. Beds were comfortable - however furniture in living room could use replacing. Warning: this is a dog- friendly unit BUT dogs are not allowed in beaches across the entire county. Our fur baby was fine just hanging out though. We ran into a couple of issues during our stay. Owner was very quick to respond and solution-oriented.

Best few days of the year

We had a wonderful time the place was awesome not noisy and close to everything the beach was clean and well maintained. Would love to stay there next year.

This property is great because it is in a small 9 unit complex and right on the beach! It doesn't take you 10 minutes to walk to the water and you also have an AMAZING view of the ocean! What else can you ask for!
