Room is showing some wear and tear but still very nice overall. Elevators were a pain at times. View was incredible.

Condos right on the beach do experience a bit more use and exposure, but we’re always working with owners and our maintenance team to keep everything refreshed and in great condition for our guests. Elevator wait times can occasionally be a challenge at larger beachfront resorts, especially during peak times, but we’re happy to hear it didn’t take away from enjoying that beautiful Gulf view. The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. The lay out was great for 2 adult couples and one single adult. We will come better prepared next time because the kitchen had all of the tools we needed to cook but does not have any other cooking basics (salt, pepper, spices of any kind, oil, etc). We have stayed in rentals that do have these items and some that do not and just did not think to check prior to the stay. It just meant we ate out more which was not an issue for us. Overall fantastic stay and would absolutely stay again!

Great Fall break getaway!!

The kids love the pool area and access to the tiki hut food and it was great having the tiki bar for the adults. So easy to get to the beach! Rental chairs are a bit pricey, but we’ll know to bring beach chairs next time!! Great property overall!!

Great Condo / Vacation

We really enjoyed the condo. The space was the perfect size for us and we really enjoyed that each room had their own bathroom. The space was very clean and the check-in and check-out process was very easy.

Absolutely gorgeous

I loved our stay here , would definitely stay again , great communication with the property manager via email, got an earlier check in THANK GOD , the only con would definitely be the parking deck , walk to the car is far. Apart from that all was well, other reviews said the elevators were a nightmare and that was not the case at all for me . Very speedy , 100% recommend! Will definitely be back .

Wonderful time!

Beautiful Unit, with amazing views!

During the winter months, the gift shop, bar, coffee, etc. are not open, was a bit disappointing - but the condo itself was gorgeous!

We regret during the winter months the shops in the resort are not open but Laketown Wharf is right next door, Salty Dog is across the street, Pineapple Willy's is a tourist favorite and many other specialty shops around Shores of Panama for you to enjoy. Great condo

This condo is huge and gorgeous. The wrap around balcony is exceptional. I liked that the fans were on a separate switch for each room also and that they also provided standing fans for those of us that like white noise to sleep. Housekeeping didn't leave any dishwasher pods, so i sent a message to the owner and we had some within an hour. The condo is a bit of a walk from the parking garage, but that's to be expected with such a large property. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

Hi Heather, we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. After speaking with staff and also reviewing reports from your stay-- it doesn't look like we were ever notified that the unit was not cleaned upon check in. We were only made aware that an additional parking pass was wanting to be purchased and unfortunately we have to abide by resort rules and policies and could not give out another. Our stay

The unit was nice and well equipped. The pool area was beautiful and the beach was lovely. Our only complaint was the elevator system. Our unit was on the 23rd floor and it seems there were either not enough or some out of service elevators. We waited almost 30 min for an elevator on Sat check in.

Nice condo with view

Nice decorated condo with view only wish bed was more comfortable. It could of been pillows we are not sure. Wish we had elevator closer to where room was the. One elevator was down the most of the week. Other than that which is out of control of owners of elevator issue nice clean condo just had sand on floor when we arrived we swept floors again however like we said you are at a beach and going to bring sand in. Again out of owner control. We loved our stay all in all and was glad we had the view we did.

Great condo but very busy, noisy complex

This condo unit is beautifully decorated, nicely appointed, has great views, was very clean & spacious. The pool area is very nice. The condo complex is incredibly busy. This unit is on the 13th floor, so anytime we wanted to get to our car (parking spot is on the 6th floor) or to the pool/beach, the wait for the elevator would range from 10-30 minutes. It was unbelievable. Every day. All day. The staff at the complex who help with check-in and such were not very helpful or nice at all. Overall, we loved the unit, but the complex itself left a lot to be desired.

23 Floors

On our 2nd night in the condo about 1:30 a.m. the fire alarm went off and instructed us to immediately leave the property via stairwell only! After walking down the stairs 23 floors with a herniated disc in my back needless to say I was not very happy. If someone would have been on site they could have notified us that it was only a false alarm. 2days later same problem however it was 8:30 a. m. I did not leave condo again would have been good if someone would have let us know it was a false alarm!!! Other than this the stay was enjoyed.

Great property - wonderful views!

We were a family of five that stayed here between Christmas and New Year's for a baseball tournament. The condo was perfect for us and truly looks like the pictures. We knew of other families that stayed at the same property, and our room was definitely the most modern compared to the others. It had everything we needed, and everything was working properly. The views were amazing. Our kids enjoyed the pool (but it was very cold) and the hot tub. Everyone enjoyed the beach. I was nervous about the elevators after reading the reviews, but we did not have long wait times. This is because we stayed during the off-peak season. Also note, when staying during the off-peak season, a lot of restaurants were closed for the season or remodeling (e.g. Pineapple Willy's). Make sure you check the restaurant before heading over. The parking is a walk from the reserved space to the condo. One tip: when loading or unloading your car, park in one of the guest spots on the 12th floor. It's only one flight of stairs if you're carrying things and don't want to wait for the elevator. Will definitely consider this condo again if we're back in the area!

Very Nice 3 bedroom 3 Bath

Unit 1331 was great over all. Very nice condo with nice furniture/appliances and decor. Beautiful views because of the wrap around balcony and floor to ceiling sliding door and windows. The only problem we had the entire stay was the dryer vent seems to be stopped up. We had to run the dryer through about 6 cycles to get anything dry. It's getting plenty hot and the lent trap is clean, I just think the vent to the outside is stopped up or something. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Would definitely stay here again, but would probably bring my own sheets next time because the sheets were definitely the cheapest sheets money can buy. They felt like a brown paper sack. Note from Management: Hi Jamie! Thank you so much for the review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the condo clean and comfortable. You are correct that the exterior lint traps will be cleaned out soon. The resort is doing that this month. I will also make a note to the laundry about the sheets so they can take any that are worn out of rotation. We aim to provide the most comfortable and sanitized sheets with our partner, Gulf Coast Laundry Services.

Great Views - Great Unit - Professional Management

We had a great stay! There’s a nice long view down the beach as well as a full oceanfront view. Tastefully decorated and cozy. We were able to have good coffee each morning thanks to the nicest Keurig I’ve ever used. Roku TVs throughout, except the master bedroom. The location was good, as it was close to a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff in the building were attentive and security constantly patrolled the parking garage. This unit was a relatively long distance from the parking garage. Well worth the walk though! The property management was top notch. We were sent a text as soon as we checked in to communicate easily and directly with them should any issues arise. We reported a slow draining tub as well as missing pillowcases and wash rags, and both issues were handled immediately. We stayed for three weeks and these were the only issues we had. Both Kayla and Beth were extremely friendly and responsive when we texted. For the most part, the furnishings were in good shape. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was broken with signs of previous repairs. The kitchen pots and pans and the sofa in the living room sadly show signs of rough usage by previous renters. The sofa sunk so low it was nearly impossible to sit on comfortably. It was like somebody had a good time jumping up and down on it at some point. The love seat and the chairs in the living room and master bedroom were very comfy though! Highly recommend!

Room great...resort lacking

Our room was overall pretty nice. The only issues we had was not being able to lock the balcony. Could've been a little cleaner, but okay. As far as the resort, it needs work. One of the main reasons we booked at this resort was the pool area photos. We are rarely in the room on vacation. We probably spent a total of 10 mins in the pool over the whole week The pool was so cold we couldnt enjoy it (it never rained during our week, temps where 85ish each day) no matter when you checked the pool it was freezing. The indoor pool was the same thing. There is only one hot tub-it is a bigger one, but still only one. So with the pool being so cold it was always packed. Resort workers were not friendly. The resort needs pressure washing and a refresh. The ocean water was at least warm and beautiful!

We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $100 resort fee. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
