Waco visit

We booked this condo for our visit to Waco, we were very pleased with our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Conveniently located near all downtown attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here whether you’re visiting Waco or Baylor!

Charming place in a great location to Baylor

Very cozy spot with a nice little kitchen that was perfect for a visit to see our Bear student and whip up a home cooked meal. Very conveniently located. Very clean and convenient parking right outside your door!

Great location but bad sleep

Location and condo was great. There was a small problem with the satellite box, but the property manager was able to provide a solution quickly. The other disappointment was the beds. First off was the fact that they were short, 19-22 inches high. It was extremely difficult to get in and out of when that low to the floor. Second were the mattresses, they need to be replaced.

Quick magnolia trip

Enjoyed our quick trip to Waco for a girls weekend. Check in and out process went smooth and Ashley and Gaby were quick to respond when needed. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again but would book directly through their website as I found out later that we paid significantly more going through VRBO.

excellent!

We were in Waco for a Baylor law school graduation. The location was perfect! And, the location was incredibly convenient to downtown and the restaurants we chose. Very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and glassware/dishware. So cute!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for visiting Baylor and Waco

This beautiful (inside and out) is directly across the street from Baylor University and less than 3 miles from Magnolia Silos complex as well as downtown restaurants and sites. The outdoor sitting area is lovely. Everything was perfect for my stay.

Visit Waco attractions

Two story accommodations were excellent in a very nice area. Very clean and had every accomadation to make your stay enjoyable. Check in and out process a breeze and managment was a plesure to work with. Great location to visit attractions in Waco. Highly recommended!

The Perfect Spot for Baylor Parents

I try to stay here whenever I come to Waco - the ease of seeing our student, attending campus events, and parking cannot be matched. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. We eat all of our meals there, and enjoy utilizing the fully equipped kitchen.

オーナー : Jack Thomas Herrin

Born in Waco, raised/ educated in Austin, my family has been in and around the Waco area for generations. I currently "reside" in Colorado but more or less spit my time between the 3. I have a deep passion for everything outdoors, live music and, of course, Baylor University Athletics.

Family Owned and operated since construction was completed in the 70's by my Grandfather, Jack Thomas, who was a student athlete and later coached football for the Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 30 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community.

Once student housing, we have recently remodeled completely and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Greater Waco area in their accommodation needs while maintaining the sense of community that is our heritage.

Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he'd be proud. we hope to carry on Jack Thomas' s legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come.
