Located on Austin Avenue in the heart of Downtown Waco, we are quite literally steps from an endless selection of shopping, restaurants and entertainment options.

- 5 minute walk - The Magnolia Silos and the Finderey are both a 5 minute walk from our door, with lots of other great shopping opportunities in between.
- 2 miles or less - Baylor University, McLane Stadium, Cameron Park and the Cameron Park Zoo are all less than 2 miles from our property.

You truly cannot ask for a better location in the Waco area.

Bedroom 1 - features a king bed, adjoining full bathroom with large soaking tub and direct access to our private balcony. Tempurpedic mattress with down comforter, 1,500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Smart TV w/ full cable & streaming apps.

Beds 3 & 4 - two resort quality tempurpedic rollaway twin beds can be used in the master bedroom or living room. We shopped extensively for a rollaway bed that offered the same comfort as a stand alone. No sore backs or restless nights with these beds... you'll want to bring them home with you!

Our expansive private balcony offers views of downtown Waco and the upcoming Magnolia Hotel. Featuring spacious outdoor living and outdoor dining areas as well as a firepit, it's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax after a day of exploring. In addition to our private balcony, the property also features a shared 3rd floor balcony with an outdoor television and 360 degree views of Downtown Waco.

PLEASE NOTE! Our condo is located in the heart of Downtown Waco near many restaurants, bars and music venues. You will often be able to hear music from neighboring establishments, particularly on Thurs, Fri and Sat nights. We have provided sound machines in each bedroom for your convenience but if you are looking for absolute solitude during your stay, you might want to consider a property outside of the downtown area.

This is a great home/location. You are able to walk to lots of great spots from the home. The Silos, Dr Pepper Museum and tons of restaurants. Especially loved the patio, the weather was perfect for hanging out in the mornings and evenings.

Wonderful getaway with a friend at this lovely property! The location could not have been better! Walking distance or short drive to so many restaurants and attractions. Parking was convenient and abundant. The private balcony was such a treat! The unit was very clean and comfortably set up, and communication with host was very quick and friendly. It’s located in a prime urban setting so a little music could be heard at night, but it didn’t disturb our stay at all. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in Waco!

The inside of the unit was very neat, clean and lovely decorated. Location very central. Walking to Magnolia easy and Hotel 1928 can be seen from unit balcony. Very well appointed.

Waco Getaway

The property was great. It was very clean and the location was amazing. The kitchen only has salt and pepper so we didn’t cook. We loved the open lanai in the evening. We ran out of soap for bathing after the first night. They provided one teeny tiny hotel bar soap in each bath. We had to buy a 20 soap bar at Magnolia to bathe and shared it between baths! Toilet paper was limited to 2 rolls per bathroom. We used every last bit and good thing we didn’t need more!! You’d think you’d get enough soap to not have to go searching for a store to shop when you’re there to sight see. On the second and third night of our stay, an apartment (below) played jazzy R&B music all night long from 10pm to 5am in the morning. You can hear through the walls. Needless to say, despite the beautiful and comfortable beds, we didn’t sleep much. Someone kept parking in our parking stall, so that was useless. It was a nice place to stay, but I wish it was stocked better with bath soap and toilet paper and the lack of sleep didn’t made it difficult to enjoy our stay. We loved the look and location, but wouldn’t stay again.

Fantastic

This is such a fantastic property. It is so close to many restaurants, bars, shops, and of course the Silos. It is literally not quite 1/2 a block to Berties on the roof Hotel 1928.The property is clean, and beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck area. Such a great place.The hosts were prompt with any questions we had.Thanks so much.

The home was perfect. Right when you walk in, it's decorated perfectly. Silo's is really 2 blocks away. Perfect day there. Highly recommend the Garden Tour making pressed flower print to take home. Hotel 1928 is in the backyard across parking lot. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and Magnolia. Beautiful decor. Comfy beds. Outdoor space very relaxing. We did hear music from the outdoor venue next door but with the sound machine (provided by the owner) we slept soundly. Would definitely come again!

Robin & Wendy met in 2000 as freshmen at Baylor University. 22 years later, they now have three amazing children (Colin, Ethan and Camryn) who keep them busy with baseball and softball games, theater shows and gymnastics competitions. Avid supporters of Waco and Baylor University, they're excited to share this amazing space and hope it will be a place that others can make lifelong memories together.

Location, location, location. We searched for over three years before we found the right property. This condo is nestled in the historic downtown area along Austin Ave and within a 5 minute walk of Magnolia, the Findery, Union Food Hall and everything downtown has to offer. The huge private balcony sold us on this condo and most guests report they spend as much time relaxing and grilling on the patio as they do inside!

In addition to creating a space that would be beautiful and inviting for our guests, we also worked hard to ensure that none of the "little things" that make a stay comfortable were overlooked. Things like the quality of the sheets, duvets and towels, large king beds and high-quality mattresses, Starbuck's coffee, full cable tv and charging blocks in all rooms, and comfortable patio furniture with multiple areas to relaxing. These are just a few examples of the steps we've taken to hopefully exceed our guest's expectations.
