Loved our stay here! Super clean, peaceful, had everything we needed, and enjoyed the hot tub. We couldn’t get enough of the views and wild life. I think it’s the first time our dog saw deer. In fact he felt really comfortable and we loved our walks in the neighborhood. Really enjoyed our family stay here.

Very nice house with a great layout. We arrived on a cold rainy day. The fireplace was on and the hot tub was hot. That was a nice welcoming. The house has a great view of the bay and Tomales Point. We were there for five very relaxing days and really enjoyed the house. The location is great with a 2 minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to Valley Ford and 20 minutes to Petaluma. I hope we get to return soon. The only issue is the kitchen needs a little TLC. That didn’t take anything away from the wonderful time we had staying there. Five Stars!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Nest. The views are incredible and we loved the hot tub. I would stay here again, but the two couches in the living room need to be replaced, they’re at the end of their life.

Great vacation home-Spectacular Ocean View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ocean/bay view from this home was breathtakingly beautiful. When you walk into the living room or upstairs room, you get a spectacular of the ocean from Dillon beach all the way to Bodega head. A very relaxing home with a fully functional kitchen, nice deck, hot tub with ocean view and sauna!(a slight problem with the tv working, though a very nice lady from Wine country came and fixed the problem)

Great Host. The day before our stay, the hot tub stopped working. The host reached out to offer alternative homes of equal or better value, or offered a partial credit. The customer service was top notch. We decided to stick with this home. They had local bakery treats delivered for the inconvenience. The home itself was in great shape and well maintained. Plenty of cookware and kitchen items. Goodie basket prepared waiting on the counter. All necessary instructions for your stay presented cleanly. The deck was huge with a great view. The weather didn't cooperate with us but I would love to spend another sunny weekend here and enjoy that view!

Beautiful coastal views

We loved being so close to Dillon Beach and coastal hiking. The game room was fun and accommodations were great. I highly recommend this place.

The tv in the living room didn’t work and the rental folks couldn’t make it work. We had to sit in the upstairs bedroom to view and she couldn’t go to bed until we were done.The shower had to be explained because it was put in backwards.The dryer was not working.We repeatedly asked for the final price and never really got it. It was advertised as 2 week nights for 2. But we don’t know for sure but don’t think they honored o. They also said they would lower the daily price for the home. We don’t know if they did that.In many rooms there was not sufficient lighting. I found 1 movable light on the main floor. It was too dark to read. And overall the home looks worn out—the upstairs couch was filled with down feathers, we could only sit on it for a short while because it was so worn out that the drawers 1/2 in and 1/2 out of the fabric, sit in it, you will immediately see what I mean, broken tiles in the kitchen, cabinets 1/2 painted, and many scraped places throughout the whole house.

The shower had to be explained because it was put in backwards. ***The handle turns to opposite way, but did not stop you from using the shower. The dryer was not working.We repeatedly asked for the final price and never really got it. It was advertised as 2 week nights for 2. But we don’t know for sure but don’t think they honored *** We did let you know about the dryer as soon as we knew. It is now fixed. When asked, you said "No problem". We gave you a LARGE discount for the trouble regardless. They also said they would lower the daily price for the home. We don’t know if they did that.In many rooms there was not sufficient lighting. I found 1 movable light on the main floor. It was too dark to read. *** This is the first time in the many years that anyone has complained out this we will certainly take a look. the upstairs couch was filled with down feathers, we could only sit on it for a short while. ** Yes, down couches are super soft. Sorry your stay was less than stellar this home usual garners 5 Star Reviews. Latest Review from 2/13 to 2/16 were all 5 stars. Think it was simply a bad fit.
