This was hands-down the best VRBO experience we've had! The house was beautiful, tucked into a private neighborhood with incredible Pacific Ocean views, and a trail down to nearby Doran Beach for easy access to take walks on the beach. The homeowner thought of everything to make the house enjoyable, including multiple cupboards filled with board games and puzzles for all ages, a kitchen like no other (all of us were stunned at how completely stocked it was, with every dream utensil, Wolf appliances, and even a standing mixer for baking a cheesecake!), upgraded bathrooms loaded with beach and bath towels, and water views from almost every room. Because we stayed over Christmas, the owner bought a Christmas tree and very pretty bulbs to decorate. It made our holiday feel much more festive and made us feel right at home. My communications with the owner were helpful, and she was immediately available to advise, when power was very briefly lost in Bodega Bay during a windstorm. The house fortunately had a generator, so we were one of the only houses in the neighborhood whose lights stayed on during this outage -- a HUGE advantage during winter in Northern California!I absolutely want to return to this house in the future. Best VRBO experience among many over the years!
