The Carriage house is a great value in the heart of Rosemary Beach. It’s exceptionally clean and close to beach, food, shopping and many outdoor options. It’s small and the bath and storage are a bit tight but it works well for a couple. Street parking is first come first serve and be aware that the entry access is above the garage via outside stairs.

Everything was incredible! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we had the most beautiful time. The home was cozy and perfect for us! The area and its amenities were perfect. We could not ask for anything more. We cannot wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was great for a little solo getaway. It took me a while to find the right light switches for the outdoor lights. It's hard to see the somewhat steep outdoor stairs at night so turning on the lower switch from inside the garage, and the upper light is key.) A few bulbs were burned out but were replaced. Communication was okay - made less stellar by the back and forth about signing the waiver for using the bikes.

Perfect accommodation for a family of 4!

This was our second time visiting Rosemary, first time staying in one of the carriage houses. We loved it! Our 3 year old took the sleeper sofa and our 1.5 year old was in a pack n play we brought from home, while my husband and I took the main bedroom and it worked out perfectly. We love how close this place is to the beach AND our favorite Rosemary beach pool!
