    We had a wonderful 14 night stay at this flat and would happily give it five stars. The location is excellent. It is an easy walk to the station, with a bus stop right outside, making it ideal for exploring Camden as well as the rest of London and beyond.The flat was exactly as described and very well fitted out. It felt spacious enough rather than limiting, especially for a longer stay. Having two bedrooms and a full kitchen made it extremely comfortable for an adult and older teen over two weeks. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of space to use it properly.The property was clean on arrival and very comfortable throughout our stay. The bed and living spaces were great, the bathroom was excellent, and the heating worked very well, which was especially appreciated during nights in late December. Despite being in Camden, the flat was quiet with no noise issues at all, as it is just far enough out of the township. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.Check in and check out were smooth, and communication with the host was clear and responsive from start to finish. We felt the price was good for the quality, space, and location, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well located, well equipped base in London.

    Perfect for our purposes

    The apartment has everything we needed for two weeks in London. We did some cooking and several loads of laundry in the well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are tiny, but adequate for sleeping. And the bathtub is wonderful. Location is excellent. The 29 bus stops right in front of the building and easily gets you to Trafalgar Square and multiple tube lines. There are shops, bars, and restaurants within a short walk. The host is easy to reach through VRBO messaging and very responsive to questions. We didn't have any problems with the apartment. It's a terrific home base for London exploration.

    Purposeful great location well equipped

    Excellent communication with host. Everything felt easy and straightforward. The flat is very well equipped. Good internet and TV. You can make proper meals but I would say ideal for short stays. Note that one bedroom does not have a window and slightly noisy from street cats and night. However overall a great choice

    Great value and location

    The flat had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It wasn’t “posh”, but it was very tidy, quiet, and had terrific access to public transportation to every part of London we wanted to visit, as well as allowing us to explore new places as well. The host was very friendly and responsive to our questions. I would recommend this flat to anyone wanting good value for their money.

    Great spot

    We stayed here for 2 weeks in July 2023. The Flat is compact (but typical for London) but has everything you need. A quick 8 min walk to the tube station and grocery store. A quick tube ride into the centre of the city. Had a great stay.

    Dishonest host

    The apartment is not what is advertised. Black mold is hidden under the bed on the floor, baseboards and walls and the apartment . The smell of mold is a health hazard.On searching for a rotten smell as well as for the mold once we discovered used sanitary towels and used tampons in the oven on a baking tray !!! The second bedroom had no windows, it’s a box room so the smell of the mold and used women’s products stank the apartment out.The bedrooms do not have wardrobes and are tiny. No where to hang clothes . The apartment is on ground floor, windows can not be opened and people and cars can look through the windows at you.We contacted vrbo and the host within 20 min of arrival.Sent photos to vrbo and host. We called the person who let us in the apartment to come back,he did in minutes to see the mold and women’s products in oven, he was also disgusted. We tried to find another place to stay vrbo was of no help and refused to help immediately as our photos and complaint had to go to vrbo health and safety . The host refused to give us our money back stating he will loose money if we don’t stay. This host knew he had black mold and falsely advertised his old worn out apartment !!’ Someone left the used disgusting sanitary towel and tamp ons in his oven. Vrbo needs to STOP working with this dishonest host. We were left stranded In London without my refund in full. They took my money in full before we arrived. I trusted the host &vrbo all they want is our money!

    Close to public transportation and Groceries

    We had a great time visiting London. It was located near grocery options, restaurants and public transportation. The flat was comfortable. The only bad thing was a strong musty smell in the hallway outside the apartment. Overall we really enjoyed our time.

    Very nice spot. I stayed with my dad, the place had a good amount of space for us. The bedrooms were much bigger than they appeared in the photos, we both slept amazing the entire trip. Big doors that were able to block out the sound from different rooms. Nice bathroom. Great public transportation, can catch a bus steps outside the door. Interesting neighborhood with good restaurants. Only minor issue was the wifi was not the strongest in one of the bedrooms, but this was as minor an issue as they come. 10/10 Would happily stay in this place again.

    Great place to stay in London!

    Joseph's place was great to stay at and he was communicative and responsive. Exactly as it showed in the pictures, felt safe and was wonderfully close to buses and trains that take you directly into the center of London without a million changes (one bus right outside the flat takes you straight to Trafalgar Square). Also very close to Sainsbury's which was fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing your place! Emma

    Stop looking, you've found it!

    What a wonderful stay!! Flat is bright and comfortable! Stocked with everything you need! Location is superb! So easy to get around city. 29 bus literally stops steps away! Camden tube about 10 minute walk. I was by myself so really liked that I could come home at night from theatre and get off across the street and inside in mere minutes. (If I needed to stop for some groceries at night, would take tube then a few minutes walk, go into the huge Sainsbury's, then catch the bus right out front of it!) Never felt unsafe. Building is locked. Although you are on "ground" floor, there are a few steps up so your windows are high enough to be open and not worry. Bed was comfortable, area is fairly quiet. Sometimes hear people talking as they are walking by, but it's residential so no businesses or bars close enough to be a bother. There's an Esso gas station to the right that has a little Tesco store that's about a 3 minute walk. TV is huge and has tons of stations available, watched Netflix most of the time and had some wonderful music stations. Bathroom very nice, shower super easy, push button, wait a few moments, simple dial to set temp and you are good to go (some European showers are crazy to figure out!). Wonderful water pressure too! There are loads of sheets and towels too! Wonderful having a washer! I just brought a carryon for 3 weeks! There's a huge drying rack and clothes dry quickly. Having a dishwasher was such a bonus! Who wants to wash dishes on vacation! Manager very responsive, friendly and welcoming! I have stayed all around London before but I've now found my home away from home!!

    Nice place in a cool neighborhood

    We loved the place. I would recommend it for a father-son trip like mine was. I would not have more than 2 people. It is clean, easy and comfortable. Owners were great and easy. It is a 10 minute walk to a very convenient tube stop. Neighborhood is unique and a genuine opportunity to experience real London.

    Well-equipped flat for a stay in London

    This apartment had everything we needed for our month-long stay in London. Nice sunlight comes into the apartment and it has basic furnishings and seating for two. The apartment is very conveniently located next to a stop for the 29 bus, which runs to Trafalgar Square; and is a short walk from the underground as well. Would be good for tourists as well as those looking for a longer stay. Grocery stores a short walk nearby, and the apartment is equipped with a washer, dishwasher and everything you would need for a stay, including small things like soap, detergent, tea, etc. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there is also a TV. We did think some of the dishes should be sorted out/replaced, and pots and pans need replacement. The bedding also should be replaced/upgraded - it was a bit scratchy and not that comfy. Overall, good value for money, and the host was very helpful in communicating, check-in and check-out were easy.

    Unfortunately, not as described!

    I am very disappointed with how this rental evolved. The booking process was smooth and Joseph was quick to respond. I rented based on the previous positive reviews, however, the flat was not as advertised. I realize that the last review was posted over a year ago, and all of the previous posts have been positive, so maybe time has not been kind to this accommodation. The pictures show a bright little flat, but that is not the case. Upon our arrival we noticed a stale smell, but we were quickly in and out as we had a meeting to attend. When we returned to the flat we had the time to explore the bedrooms and we were overtaken by the musty/moldy smell in those rooms. I contacted Joseph and he suggested that I open the window to let in fresh air. The smell was so strong I felt further investigation was necessary. When I pulled the bed away from the wall I discovered, what I believe to be, black mold growing on the floor and the baseboards. The under side of the bed, and the wooden floors, were both wet, which is a breeding ground for mold. I immediately contacted Joseph and VRBO to discuss this situation. We located a hotel and vacated the flat. In it’s current condition, this flat should not be rented as it is not a healthy place to occupy.

    Tous les atouts pour vivre à Camden

    Nous avons loué l'appartement pour notre fille étudiante. Très bien équipé. Idéalement situé, proche des commerces, des transports (bus et metro) et de Camden Market. La communication avec Joseph et l'accueil par Perry ont été vraiment agréables et efficaces. Une adresse à sélectionner et à retenir.

    Joseph was very prompt with any and all communication. Perry met us at the flat and showed us around. He also made sure the internet was working before he left. The flat had everything we needed for our stay. Very easy to get around and it was very useful having the bus stop literally just out the door. Thank you, Joseph and Perry, we had a lovely time.

    Gemütliche kleine Wohnung in toller Lage

    Die Wohnung liegt nur 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß von den Märkten Camden Towns entfernt. In der Nähe sind mehrere Supermärkte, in denen man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. Die Einteilung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer, einen offenen Wohnbereich mit Küche, die mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine ausgestattet ist und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Der Check In war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch, wir bekamen sogar eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

    This flat is located in Camden Town, Camden Markets are a number of adjoining large retail markets in Camden Town near the Camden Road Lock of the Regent's Canal , often collectively named "Camden Market" or "Camden Lock". Among products sold on the stalls are crafts, clothing, bric-a-brac, and fast food. It is the fourth-most popular visitor attraction in London, attracting approximately 100,000 people each weekend.[1] A small local food market that has operated in Inverness Street since the beginning of the 20th century has lost stalls since local supermarkets opened, and as of 2010 this market retains only three fruit and vegetable stalls (which are closed on Sundays), in addition to stalls for other products. Since 1974 a small weekly crafts market that has operated every Sunday near Camden Lock has developed into a large complex of markets.[2] The markets have a mixture of temporary stalls and fixed premises. The markets originally operated on Sundays, which continue to be the main trading days, with much activity on Saturdays, while a number of traders, mainly those in fixed premises, operate throughout the week.
